Great stay.

Location and house were great. Super clean with everything you needed within walking distance. Was surprised that there were no washcloths or hand towels. When I inquired about received a quick response about bringing some, but none arrived. Overall I would totally stay there again!

Hip and homey neighborhood

The best aspect of this property has to be the location. It's just off the main drag of the Freret neighborhood, placing it within spitting distance of terrific eateries (e.g., Cure, an outstanding cocktail bar with a national reputation), a food market for any cooking or picnicking you might be planning, and good options for public transit (including the iconic St. Charles streetcar about a 10-15 minute walk away). As for the apartment itself, it's clean and comfortable. It's also got a kitchen with most of the basics, as well as a washer-dryer for laundry.

Freret shotgun

Great location next to commercial district with restaurants, grocery, coffee etc. Classic but nicely updated New Orleans duplex shotgun. Unwilling to accommodate request to drop bags prior to check in. Misleading emails attempted to get full payment prior to stated deadline.

Nice house, great location.

The house is cute, it was very clean & the location being not too far from the street car and a few doors from a coffee house was great. We had a few annoyances (you can hear people in the next unit pretty clearly, for example) but not bad. Biggest complaint is the early checkout (10 am instead of 11 or 12) and the strict out by 10:01 = a full extra night charge. The cleaning people showed up at 15 till. If you typically leave a rental early, then it's not a bad drawback. Otherwise we'd review it well.

Just renovated, clean house in a great location.

A friend and I stayed here for Tulane Homecoming. Super easy check in. The house is a classic New Orleans shotgun style with the two bedrooms in the rear. The place has been fully renovated, everything is brand new. I gave the house 5 stars despite one small issue with the heat which was quickly repaired (We were in the house on the first cold day since the house was finished and the heat did not come on). The owners were very responsive. The location is great, everything you need is within walking distance.
