Welcome to our inviting New Orleans retreat on Napoleon Avenue, perfectly situated for experiencing the best of the city's charm and festivities. Nestled in close proximity to vibrant Freret Street's dining scene, the historic St. Charles streetcar line, and just steps away from all Mardi Gras parades, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Airbnb promises convenience and comfort.
The Space:
Our charming Airbnb offers a comfortable retreat with ample space for relaxation and convenience. The sleeping arrangements include a California King bed and sleeper sofa in Bedroom 1, a Queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a queen bed along with 2 Twin beds in Bedroom 3, accommodating a variety of sleeping preferences.
Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher and all major appliances, alongside cooking basics, dishware, and flatware. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and Crockpot, as well as an ice maker and water filter for culinary exploration. There is plenty of space to dine along the large dining room table.
The home is thoughtfully appointed with amenities such as a Smart TV, a dining table for communal meals, large double vanities for added comfort, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. A selection of books and board games provides entertainment, while a shared backyard with outdoor deck offers a relaxing outdoor space.
Additional comforts include free WiFi and keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, complimentary toiletries, and access to a washer/dryer with laundry detergent, linens, and towels provided for your convenience.
For accessibility, please note that this home is on the second story and requires walking up a steep outdoor staircase. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The uptown neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops. Feret street is just a few blocks away as well as the St. Charles street car for getting into downtown and the french quarter.
Other Things to Note:
The shared backyard is also used by our dog, Lefty.
We do not host locals. If you are a local, you must contact us before booking or your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Pets are accepted for a one time $75 per pet fee.
