År 2018 renoverade vi vårt lilla pensionat som ligger på gångavstånd till centrum, Compton Gardens och Crystal Bridges. Denna lilla och pittoreska lilla stuga är vårt pensionat på en perfekt liten stadsgata. Det främsta sovrummet var uppgraderat, och det bakre sovrummet omvandlades till ett masterbad, med en ny dusch och renoverad 100 år gammal klobadkar. Denna stuga kommer att sova två i sovrummet. Denna nya renovering har en tankvattenberedare och staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Fastigheten inkluderar WIFI och NETFLIX. Njut av din kopp kaffe på morgonen i den ursprungliga kökshallen på denna bekväma lilla hyra. Vi är ledsna, men inga husdjur tillåtna på den här fastigheten.

The cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway - walking distance to restaurants and shops, easy access to trails and just the right size for the two of us. We enjoyed its lovely furnishings, comfortable spaces and thoughtful touches by the hosts.

This cottage was everything we needed as it was walking distance to the square and an easy drive to Bella Vista and Rogers. The host communicated to make sure our stay was perfect. Felt like home.

The cute and cozy Mockingbird Cottage was a perfect place to stay in Bentonville. Its location in a quiet neighborhood close to the lovely town square allowed us to walk to great restaurants and even to the incredible Crystal Bridges Museum. The cottage was exceptionally clean, comfortable (with very efficient a/c) and beautifully decorated. Communication with the owners who live right next door was great. We had no problems and look forward to staying here again.

This cottage was super charming and the owners had provided thoughtful touches in every room! The bed was fluffy and comfortable. The location was wonderful for us. We walked to dinners and museums and bicycled from the house. This was a perfect place to call home in an idyllic town.

Quintessential charm and ideal location! The cottage was very tastefully decorated blending antiques with modern function. Overall very clean with great smelling bedding and towels. My husband’s favorite was the excellent shower water pressure. I loved having coffee on the patio watching birds and squirrels in the peaceful backyard. Can’t wait to visit again!

This was a delightful little cottage with everything anyone could want. It was fully stocked and then some. Perfect for two people and and a lovely back yard. Very quiet and private, in a lovely neighborhood.We were most interested in the location and it could'nt of been better. Walking distance to Museums, shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. We only used the car to venture outside of the City area. The Cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated...like living in a story book!

We enjoyed every moment at the cottage! It was purposefully organized, quaint and cozy but still had plenty of space for the two of us to enjoy. Loved the clawfoot tub! The hosts thought of everything to make the stay amazing.

The cottage was precious and very comfortable. Had everything we needed! The grounds are peaceful and the location is ideal. We walked to the square for meals, farmers market, and more! Definitely would stay again!

The Mockingbird cottage was as well appointed in all ways as any we have experienced over the years. Its proximity to bustling downtown Bentonville required an easy 5 minute walk. My wife and I will certainly return to this gem.

My wife and I invested in downtown in 2012 as we began our LLC Downtown Bentonviille Cottages. We established our rental business when there were only a few rental options in the area. Since that time we changed our business model on the existing rentals, and have now opened this new little cottage. We understand what you want when you travel and plan ahead of needs. We didn't just open a room or house for rent, but have been in the business and learned over time what guests need. You will enjoy this little place, it's very special.

Unique 100+ year old renovation. You will feel this place is special from the minute you walk in. Great neighborhood, great location to everything, and a comfortable space to enjoy home away from home.

As our guest you can walk directly East in side streets and in three small town blocks you are at the entrance of Compton Gardens. Head south three blocks and you are at a Walmart for groceries and the downtown square. Enjoy walking to Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings and now Wednesday evenings. All of downtown restaurants are also in walking distance to the Little House.
