Chris made our stay wonderful! His place is the perfect place for a family vacation. The location is great and he’s very fast to respond with any questions you have. You have everything you need in the condo. We can’t wait to book again on our next trip to Naples!

5 Minute Walk to the Beach

This first floor, one bedroom condo was in the perfect location. Besides having the necessary amenities for cooking and relaxing and it being spotless, (plus a lovely and thoughtful gift basket upon arrival), we also had a beautiful view of the bay from the lanai, walked to a gorgeous beach in five minutes, and drove to wonderful shopping and restaurants in Naples in under 15 minutes. This condo is in a super location!

Outstanding location and cute property

I stayed for about a month and thoroughly enjoyed. Location and cute maintained. Great for 2 people (1BR) but would be tight with 3 or 4.

Sunshine stay

Overall, a pleasant stay, good location, easy access to beach, activities and restaurants. Condo was as shown in the photos. My one suggestion is perhaps a couple of hooks in entrance hall for jackets. The basket of snacks and wine, plus cheese and sausage in the frig were a pleasant surprise that we enjoyed. Thank you!!

Great location, terrific stay

only minor comments regarding the folding doors need improvement, storm door could use an upgrade and the blinds were difficult to raise / lower. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit and our vacation...thank you!

Perfect!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, the end unit was bright and the patio had such a nice breeze! We had everything we needed! The hosts were so helpful and accommodating! The welcome treats were such a nice surprise! The location was perfect for my husband and I, short walk to the beach, to the convenience store and good restaurants! The weather was overcast a few days so we spent time at the private roof top pool it was the best! Thanks for everything!!! We will certainly be back again!

Great location if you want to walk to the beach!

The property was just what we needed. Our group was a group of three adults/older teens. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as a few different place to eat. The place was clean, the location was perfect. I would stay again. I especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.

Warm welcome and comforts of home

We got a warm welcome; with goodies.. beach is in walking distance. Parking pass for guest .. pool was basically private, met a few other guests in the complex all very nice., oh pull out beds was comfy too ( I thought my daughter would be sleeping with us, but she was comfortable)

Best Kept Secret

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We normally like to stay right on the beach and was concerned about the distance to the sand but the location was perfect and not a far walk at all. Even toting all of our beach stuff and our young son was fine and no complaints. We spent some time enjoying the roof top pool and our balcony. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient. All of the features including the well stocked kitchen make it much more desirable to stay here than one of the overpriced resorts nearby. When we didn’t feel like cooking, DaRuMa and the Turtle club (at sunset) were great options within walking distance. Thank you for the welcome gift! We hope to be back soon.

Amazing family getaway

I can’t say enough great comments about our stay here. The condo was so clean, well stocked, amazing views, and great location. The hosts are beyond friendly and quick with communication. We loved the little welcome gifts that were so appreciated after a day of travel. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Truly Amazing

Highly recommend staying here. Had the amenities needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for the beach. Loved having a kitchen to make sandwiches and breakfast. The unit was clean and just as described. We could not be happier. Chris went above and beyond and was always available when we reached out. Left us a basket of goodies for us. Nice surprise. If your looking at this unit now to rent. I would just book. Not far from Naples, Bonita Springs. The bonus you are walking distance to a beach what more is there not to love? The unit is a end unit, under ground parking. Great deck to sit and relax. We will be back. Thanks again Chris!
