Property and pool well maintained no issues whatsoever. Any problems that did arise contact with owner was quick and handled efficiently would highly recommend.

House was pretty clean and set up nicely for our family, pool was warm and clean, hammock was moldy, plastic chairs in pool area were cracked. Bikes and game room was nice. We hopped to use the Kayaks but there is no good way to access the canal from the property unless you catch it at high tide. Overall it was a nice and safe place to stay and loved the area. Even had a couple dolphin pods swim through in the evenings.

Our trip to Punta Gorda

Really enjoyed our stay, the house was very nice, open and very spacious. Great outdoor space by the pool which we especially enjoyed in the mornings. I would definitely go back and stay again.

Very relaxing!

My husband and I booked this location, and it was a nice quiet/relaxing place to stay. Punta Gorda has many tourist attractions and delicious restaurants to visit. Weather was cooler than we wanted, but the heated pool was a nice touch to the place!

Perfectly Relaxing!

The house is perfect! Everything you need plus a pool, dock, and beautiful views! Punta Gorda is a wonderful town with fabulous restaurants and a small town, relaxed vibe. Would definitely re-book this house!

Winter getaway

This property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, spacious and close proximity to everything. Property manager was great and answered any questions we had. Enjoyed the bikes and pool. Would stay here again.

Very nice location and property

This is the first time we rented a house for a month so we were unsure how it would be. The experience was wonderful, and we would have rented it for March of 2025, but it was already rented. Excellent location and wonderful property.

Would stay again!

It was everything we needed and expected. Close to everything. We were there working in the hurricane impacted areas, was not a trip for leisure, but felt very comfortable there. Beds were very comfortable. Would book here again. TY!

Great Stay for Golf, Fishing, and Dining

Stayed with 3 people for 3 nights. Played 3 local golf courses, all above average. Found a local fishing guide only 10 minutes from the house. Ate at various restaurants in the immediate area that were all very good. The house was very comfortable and the pool was the perfect touch to our stay after a long day on the golf course/boat.

Very nice month in paradise

This home is set up very well and very clean! The pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. Heads up on a few things. Have patience waiting on hot water. It takes it a while to come. Doesn't have hot pads. Great place!

Nice Roomy Home

The property was as listed and the host was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The pool area was awesome with plenty of pool floats etc. The garage is converted into a fun place to play ping pong and darts and still get fresh air and sunshine. The only negative thing is we wish there were a way to turn off the cameras in the pool area, it made us uncomfortable.

San Diego to Punta Gorda

The property was clean and fresh. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of pool toys. Although it sort of worked, you might want to invest in a new coffee maker and additional towels. Overall we loved it and would recommend it to our friends👍❤️

Fun in the Sun

We had a great time and the house was amazing. Just my opinion but all the rules should be on the website. If your worried about guests breaking things make them buy insurance through vrbo.

Beautiful location and home

We loved the very clean and updated home and its location. The heated pool was wonderful. Unfortunately there was no propane for the grill so had to borrow a tank and the washing machine was very loud. The queen and king beds were quite soft and uncomfortable so had to use one of the twin beds. Also, one bike was flat and wouldn’t hold air.

We will make an assessment on your concerns however, in regards to the gas for the grill we have instructed to the guest that if they used all to kindly re/filled sadly it had happened that they was a back to back reservation and they did not kindly refilled it and it was not reported. We will have to re- assess it in a differently. Thanks

Mother’s Day

Before check-in, you must sign a separate contact and meet someone to give the signed document to at check in. All adults must sign the contract before staying here. Once you get passed the check in process, the house was great. Great location and enjoyed seeing some wildlife in the water behind the property.

Thank you Jeff for your review. It was a decoding error which you were nicely rewarded. The tour upon check-in its given and it was explained the usage of the faucet to obtain hot water in the kitchen and the bathroom. It’s about Just wait couple minutes to be hot .

It has an opportunity to be a great propoerty, but maintenance seems to be severely lacking. The TV remotes were broke and there wasn't any TV in the master. There were several things broke that needed some attention.

Lifetime vacation

This was probably our once in a lifetime vacation. The property more than equaled the pictures. Beautiful, quiet, the pool was wonderful. We used the bicycle s,I fell just stopping. Ha ha oh well old knees. Thank you. It's great.

Great place, great stay

Very nice place. Convenient to downtown Punta Gorda and to I-75 for exploring the region. Great neighborhood - seemed safe and friendly, easy parking, not much traffic. Lots of space to spread out in the house. We didn’t have a chance to use the kayaks or the game room in the garage, but those are great touches. The lanai and pool area, and being right on the canal were fantastic. The property manager meeting us at check-in and giving us the quick tour was very helpful. Tip for future guests - hot and cold are reversed from what you’d expect on the kitchen sink faucet, but once you figure that out it works just fine. Definitely would stay here again.
