Denna tysta cul-de-sac hem ligger på en stor privat mycket bara en kort promenad från det nyrenoverade Glaze Meadow Pool anläggning. Den Glaze Meadow Golf Course ligger också i närheten. Med över 2200 kvm. Ft. Utrymme, är det en idealisk plats för familjer att komma bort från det liv och rörelse i den verkliga världen. På andra våningen hittar du två stora sovrum med queen-size sängar och fåfänga bad tillsammans med ett badrum. Den övre våningen öppet loft har en storbilds-TV, DVD och video till mysa med på natten. Nedre våningen hittar du de andra två sovrummen innehåller våningssängar och det andra hela badet. Dessutom bottenvåningen finns ett rymligt kök, vardagsrum, braskamin, stereo m / CD-spelare och tillgängliga badtunna på däck. Med Mt. Ungkarl bara en kort bit upp på vägen, är vårt hem utmärkt för dem vintern skidturer eller sommaren kul.

Ranch :: Black Butte Ranch är en unik resort. Det ägs och förvaltas av BBR Association, (de människor som har köpt hem platser) och erbjuder ett brett utbud av inomhus- och utomhusaktiviteter.

Great summer vacation home

Property was well set up for our family vacation. The home was well equipped with all of the amenities we needed to have a very successful trip. The home was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs and was very accessible. I would recommend this property for a family vacation.

Great vacation home!

Would have loved to have given 5 stars but the cleaning company prior to our arrival did not clean, so we ended up needing to do a pretty thorough vacuuming, dusting and cleaning. Otherwise, we loved the convenient location close to Glaze Meadow Pool, the spacious layout of the home, and the beautiful view to the huge deck and all the trees on the large property. The home is spacious and located in a quiet cul de sac on the ranch. There is plenty of parking. We really appreciated having sinks in the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

great house in great location

We've really enjoyed our time in Black Butte and have stayed in this home multiple times. The house works really works really well for 2 families and is in a fantastic location. we end up spending most of our time on the huge deck which is a lovely outdoor living space.

space And room for everyone

Fast and kind communication was great and appreciated! Especially when I missed the fact the property had no AC and had some grumpy grannies on my hands. Bryan contacted me right away and helped me get things cooled off quickly. The house is spacious and has lots to offer for larger groups as there was more than enough beds to spare.

only hiccup was a driveway full of snow but with a phone call it was plowed courtesy of the owner after a few hours had a nice time

Big comfy cabin

Thus was a great place to relax and kick back with friends and family. Good selection of board games and the hit tub was wonderful. I would stay here again for sure.

Well stocked, family friendly, pretty surroundings

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and games, and the beautiful, snow covered surroundings, and short walk to pool. The house layout with adults on one floor and kids on other floor was great for our group with teens. One surprise was to find a queen bed in one of the kids rooms, when the website had indicated two twins in that room. We also appreciated the quick responses of the host.

Great SKI Week Retreat

Two families with kiddos stayed at the house & it was plenty of space! We LOVED building fires each night in the wood stove & relaxing in the hot tub. Very convenient location near GMRC. Lots of towels, games, kid toys, kitchen tools, pantry supplies & extra bedding! No complaints!

BBR July Vacation

We stayed at South Meadow 219 for an early July family wedding and vacation. The house is very nice and spacious, if a bit dated. It's well appointed, I don't think there was any kitchen item or utensil that wasn't there! We had a wonderful time, and indeed, having a hot tub on the deck was wonderful!
