PLATS, PLATS, PLATS ... TILL GATEN FRÅN GLAZE MEADOW POOL & SPORTS COMPLEX, ÄR MYCKET STOR OCH PRIVAT PÅ 2 1/2 ACRES !!! En av de största massorna och bästa platserna i alla Black Butte Ranch !! Detta 3000 SQ. FT. Northwest Contemporary lodge stil hem med 2 Master Suites är perfekt för familjeåterförening, golf grupper (7 enkelsängar), tjejer helg och perfekt för bara en avkopplande semester. Vi har samma gäster som återkommer varje år !!!

Den långa privata uppfarten leder dig till denna nordvästra moderna stil Hem. Det finns flera parkeringsplatser för att rymma vänner och familj. Detta hem är mycket öppet och rymligt hela med stora rum. Det stora rummet har mycket högt i tak med en öppen spis, öppen för matsalen och köket. Däcket är extra stort, perfekt för underhållande!

Det 1: a sovrummet (king size-säng) ligger på huvudplanen och öppnar mot däckens privata sida. Den har ett ombyggt badrum med jacuzzi och separat dusch. Det har också en mycket stor klädkammare.

Det andra sovrummet ligger på huvudnivån nära sovrummet och har även en king size-säng. Ett komplett badrum ligger intill detta sovrum.

Den 2: e Master Suite (en queen size-säng) ligger på övervåningen med egen privat loft. Det har också en dubbelsäng undangömd i en krog område, perfekt för små barn! Befälhavaren badrummet har en soaker badkar och separat dusch. Denna 2: e Master svit på 3: e nivå anses vara det tredje sovrummet.

Nedre källaren är vår nya tillägg. Vi lade till ett nytt sovrum med 2 tvillingar och en våningssäng (sover 4 enkelsängar). "Cowboy" rummet ligger utanför spelrummet och har ett badrum
nära. Spelrummet är nyligen ombyggt. Vi lade till en eldstad, ny matta och en skjutdörr på den stora uteplatsen. Detta rum är perfekt för barn spel, tv, etc; Ett bra ställe för barn att umgås när föräldrarna är på övervåningen socialiserar :)

The Den kan användas som en våningssäng för tonåringar eftersom den ligger utanför mudderrummet. Detta är ett mindre rum som rymmer 2 barn bekvämt. Detta anses vara det femte sovrummet.

Spacious, Clean, Well Equipped in a Great Setting!

Our 3 generation family group enjoyed our stay! The proximity to Glaze Meadow rec area is a real plus. The house has a/c and window treatments for the hot afternoon sun. The foosball table was a hit!

This has been our favorite home in Black Butte Ranch we have rented! Beautiful, quiet, private home. Located within a short walk to many great amenities (Pool, Golf, Bike Rentals)! The deck and entire home will make your family retreat special!

Wonderful Family Reunion

Great property in a convenient central location with plenty of room for our family. Lots of privacy, love the large deck and well supplied kitchen. The owner Dean always responded quickly when we had questions. We are repeat renters and have already booked for next summer!

Beautiful and comfortable week at Black Butte.

We enjoyed the location of the house. We were close to the pool and the playground for the kids and we took advantage of the tennis and pickle ball courts. The kitchen was great for large family meals.

Fabulous home in Black Butte

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. Nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and towels for a week, lots of space to spread out, great deck space, and very easy to communicate with owners. Already planning our next trip back!

Perfect location

This house was perfect for our family and the location was ideal. It is so close to Glaze Meadow pools, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, and easy access to bike paths. The house is very well equipped to handle large families. The owners are great and responded promptly each time I contacted them. Black Butte Ranch is such a family friendly resort area and this house was perfect for our family.

Great Family Retreat

A perfect setting for our family with a location across the street from the Glaze Meadow Pool complex a big plus! Plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck for evening meals. We’ve been coming to the ranch for many years and this home ranks near the top for us. Highly recommend!

This lovely home is in a great location. It has lots of beds and sleeping options. The kitchen is well- stocked with any items needed for meal prep for a large group. Great deck and outdoor seating.

Wonderful family-oriented vacation home

This home was well equipped and sized for our large family. It facilitated family meals inside or outside and great interactions with kids, teens and adults. The living room and game room were big hits! We loved that it was close to the community pool and recreation center too! Our host was easy to communicate as questions arose. This was a welcome and memorable vacation. Very enjoyable.

Perfect house for multiple families, center Ranch

The house was perfect for our families. It feels like a private oasis despite being near the GMRC, and the golf course. Plenty of room for everybody to have their space and the kitchen was well appointed. The pantry was a really nice feature. Overall would highly recommend this home.

Big Lot

This property is situated on a 2 1/2 acre lot, which provides much privacy. House was well-stocked with basic items. The house had 2 refrigerators, which is a BIG plus. (The owner needs to mention this in the write-up of the property). Also handy that there were 2 clothes dryers.

Great House!

My family of 11 enjoyed this very large, spacious house during our vacation. It feels very secluded despite being located minutes from the Glaze Meadow Rec Center. The “kids room” adjacent to the bunk room was fantastic for giving the kids a place to play and be loud, separate from the adults. We enjoyed watching the deer in the evening from the large deck. I definitely recommend this house to bigger families looking for a place to vacation together.

Excellent Black Butte rental

Excellent large house that worked well for our 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room for spreading out. Well stocked with many extras including firewood for the great living area fireplace; lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and utensils; games and puzzles; many staples in the pantry; great soaps in the bathrooms. The hosts called us a couple of days prior to our stay to check in and give us some additional information and answer any questions we had which was very helpful. The house is located on a large lot and doesn't look out at any other houses so it feels very secluded. We had a wonderful time and it was a great place to have a fun family getaway and forget about Covid for a few days! We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stay in Black Butte Ranch twice a year and have been doing so for over 30 years. This home is a nice stay and the owners are wonderful. There are a few things I would caution other renters on. The bedrooms are a bit unique for younger kids. The bunk room is on the lower levels so a monitor will be needed. Another room is off the front door and separate from the home. Almost like an entry way mud room which took us forever to find. Good for an adult but not so great for kids. Over all the owners were lovely and communicated really great. I would return to this home for sure but would make sure to include monitors incase the little ones woke and didn't know there way around the house.

Great location but fell short in terms of a Black Buttte Resort.

I have two pages of handwritten notes with issues we experienced here. The furnishings in this beautiful home are in disrepair or uncomfortable or noticeably unclean. A tear in a sheet, a filthy filter in the upstairs AC unit, mildew, cobwebs in can lights, distinct odor at the kitchen sink. We have rented at BBR for years. Certainly for the price, this house does not meet the standards of a rental at this resort.

Excellent house

Excellent home with ideal location for family vacation. The house sits across the street from the Glaze Meadow facility, which includes an indoor pool with a water slide, an outdoor pool, hot tub, shallow wading pool, locker rooms (with showers) small "cafe" with coffee/drinks/a few food items, gift shop, spa, bike rental facility, playground, and pickleball courts. Bike paths all around. House is back off the street and was very quiet. Well stocked house with all the equipment needed to make any meal (they even have a waffle maker). Beds were comfy. Washing machine was large and they have two dryers (the one in the garage works very well). Air conditioning worked well to give everyone a cool spot to rest in the middle of the day. Both adult movies and some Disney movie DVDs provided on the lower level. We used the DVD player and it worked well. The only flaw we noted was that one of the couches sinks a lot in the middle - but this turned into a fun moment watching a family member try to escape the couch! All in all, a wonderful house in a great location.

Perfect Getaway

Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces. House was well stocked with great access to the rec center and bike paths. Plenty to do for all ages. Communication with property owner was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to for a place to rest and relax.

Family Skii trip

Beautiful, well stocked home with lots of room. Great location. Check in was not good because vrbo didn’t send property address or code to get in. This has happened to us before with them. Lucky for us the property owner/manager was available by phone to get the information to us. Alittle hard to get sheets and towels washed and fireplace cleaned (we used in the morning) before we left.

Great Location

This is the second year we’ve stayed at this house and both times have been great. Literally next to the pool and rec area. This year we were fortunate to have plenty of snow and we were right beside sledding hills.

Great - Winter Wonderland

We started going to Black Butte Ranch several years ago really fell in love with it! We have stayed in a number of resorts elsewhere but none of those gave us the warm, family feeling like BBR! The amenities are first class yet the staff, the neighbors and guests are very down to earth!

We had always wanted a place that could comfortably handle the 8 adults and 7 children of our extended family. This home easily accommodates everyone with room to spare. The two gathering areas make it possible for separate activities while the large deck make it possible for the entire group to be together.
