Kirkland Place är en privat 1 100 kvm enstaka lägenhet belägen i ett litet komplex av 1-våningar hem. Kirkland Place ligger nära hjärtat av Tempe centrum, idealiskt beläget nära ASU huvud campus och Sun Devil Stadium. Några minuters bilfärd tar dig till närliggande Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Mesa, Sky Harbor Airport, och till flera våren utbildningsplatser. Cubs Sloan Park ligger inom 2 miles. Inom en mil njut cykel / vandringsleder och båtuthyrning på Town Lake, eller de många butiker och restauranger på Tempe Marketplace. Den kostnadsfria Orbit-skytteln ligger i närheten, liksom ljusskenan inom några kvarter.

Enheten består av ett stort sovrum med en stoppad king size-säng och eget badrum. Det andra sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Nyrenoverade hall badrummet har tillgång till alla rum och är ansluten till tvättstugan med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Den stora sektionssoffan har en utdragbar full size säng som rymmer upp till två extra gäster och har ett separat minne skum topper för att göra det bekvämare. Den privata bakgård uteplatsen är helt sluten och en bra plats för morgonkaffe, kvälls cocktails, bbqing eller ett glas vin vid gas eldstaden. Gemensam poolen ligger strax över parkeringsplatsen. Det finns en reserverad täckt carport parkeringsplats med flera öppna parkeringsplatser tillgängliga.

Lovely Oasis in the Desert

Alice's dwelling was exactly what we needed. It was homey and comfortable, had a good flow from room to room, and was truly close to EVERYTHING imaginable (from Trader Joe's/grocery stores, to comedy and music clubs, to the über-center "Tempe Marketplace" to the high country and cooler temps in the PHX summer). We were there to help our sister convalesce and couldn't have picked a better spot for what we needed. Finally, Alice was an exceptional host- great communication, quick to respond, warm and friendly. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend!! John C

Felt at home

Alice was an amazing host! Timely responses to messages and very accommodating. The home is so homey, relaxing, comfortable, furnished perfectly. I was amazed at how quiet and private the property was. Really enjoyed the private tranquil patio. Would definitely be my first choice for a stay in this area.

This was a great condo that has obviously been thoughtfully set up. It was close to ASU (and everything else we wanted to visit), the neighborhood was quiet, and Alice was a wonderful host. We'll check to here first when we return to the area!

Great Location!

This was our first experience staying in a VRBO and overall it was excellent. Communication from Alice was clear and timely. The property was exactly as described, and very well furnished with everything we needed! The location was convenient for getting to Cubs spring training and anything else we wanted to do. We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

Spring Training Baseball getaway

Great center location to access as many Ballparks with easy driving. Close to Mesa for A’s, ASU, Scottsdale for Diamond backs and Giants. Perfect place to relax and rewind for the day going multiple games a day and to feel like you are right at home. Had just the right amount of space to spread out and enjoy. Thank you!

Home away from home

The property was just as describes and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The condo was located in a quiet neighborhood ideally located within close proximity to many things.The Condo was stocked with many things that are not usually included. Will stay here again in the future.

IM AZ

Great base for our ironman Arizona race weekend. Everything you need within a 5-10 minutes' drive of the race site. restaurant, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Loved having the fire pit at night. The kitchen was fully stocked , the home was clean and decor was very Arizonian. The pool was a boys on those hot days.

Great little condo

We had a nice 2 night stay at this little condo. Very good location and Alice was great at communicating with us and made the directions so easy to find the place. Very clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It was perfect for our needs. It was centrally located to many attractions and just a short drive to the D’Backs stadium. I am a single professional who has lived here in Tempe off and on for the past 30 years. I am originally from the White Mountains of Arizona and go up there frequently to cool off! I worked many years with the airlines and have traveled all over the world and am always planning my next vacation. I have also lived in Spain, Minnesota, and California. I enjoy hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, scuba diving to name a few, and am an ASU alumni. Go Devils!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This was the first home I ever owned. I originally purchased it due to its quick location to the airport as I worked for the airlines. Interestingly enough, I got my condo keys on September 1, 2001. 10 days later 9/11 made history and my Phoenix base shut down by the end of the month and I was told to move or commute to Chicago. Well I chose to commute which didnt last long!. I guess maybe it holds a special place in my heart, but I also knew due to its location it would be a great rental to hang on to. I lived here for 8 years and then rented it as a long term rental for another 10 years. I have really enjoyed turning it into a furnished vacation rental and designing the rooms into spaces my guests can relax and enjoy.

What makes Kirkland Place unique is the large vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room which open up the space. The unique handmade clay mexican saltillo tiles are original and you can even find some dog paw prints if you look closely! A 90 year old Mexican chandelier graces the dining area which sets the mood for the home. The living and dining area has a full sliding glass wall that opens up to the private patio for additional outdoor living space. Both bathrooms have skylights for lots of natural light. The attached private patio can be accessed from the primary bedroom and living room. It has a table and seating for 4 with 2 additional chairs. Towering walls enclose the space for full privacy from the neighbors. It's a quiet oasis with brick paver walkway, turf areas, climbing vines, and strings of party lights for evening fun. A gas BBQ grill and fire pit both have complementary propane. The patio has a side gate access to the front common area.
