Detta helt ombyggda 3 sovrum, 2-bad hus ligger inom gångavstånd från Arizona State University och Mill Avenue, som är hjärtat av Tempe centrum. Stadsbussar och ett lätta järnvägssystem gör denna plats mycket önskvärt. Fastigheten ligger nära Sun Devil Stadium, Grady Gammage Auditorium, Tempe Center for Arts och Tempe Town Lake, som är hemmet för den årliga Ironman Triathlon och många andra evenemang. AZ-kardinalen stadion ligger 30 minuters bilresa bort, så den här egenskapen är ett perfekt läge för AZ Cardinals-spel och den årliga Fiesta Bowl.

We loved it!

What a great stay! The Pool House is spot on and we’d love to come back sometime very soon! The house is exactly as described on HomeAway, so what you see is what you get. It’s clean and equipped with everything you need and the location is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the backyard of the house is totally private. The whole family really loved to hang out by the pool. Especially the kids who literally had to be dragged out of the pool every night. The owners are also very friendly and accomodating. You can tell that it’s important for them that you’ll be happy with your stay. We can easily recommend anyone to spend a few days, weeks or months at the pool house and one thing is for sure - we’ll be back. Tack för en trevlig vistelse! The Falk family, Sweden.

Fun pool weekend

The house and pool were clean and inviting. The communication was great and I appreciate how accommodating Shirley was. It was a fun weekend swimming with a great location near Mill Ave.

Wonderful stay

Nice and clean house with heated pool. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had so many towels, pool floats, bikes etc. that you could use. They have thought of everything. Owners were also so organized and easy to get a hold of. If we return to AZ we will stay here again!

We LOVE the Pool House!

The Pool House is fantastic! Excellent location, within walking distance to ASU and a ton of restaurants. The home is very clean and has all the amenities! The hosts are responsive, kind and helpful. We've stayed here at least four times and we'll be back, for sure!

Great spot, and walking distance to Mill Ave

We were down just after Christmas for HS basketball tournament. This place was just as described and owners very responsive and way over top to welcome us. Little gift on counter as we arrived. Even heated the pool for us before we got there. Bedrooms were nice, everything clean. No fan in the master bathroom but not only issue there is a small window. The mattresses same firm but it's the memory foam and were so great. We did not use the third bedroom which is a Murphy bag but it was clean looked good. Pool has deep end which is nice. Outdoor area is really cool with the little bar table and two TVs, and they have cable hooked up to each one. I personally travel for work a lot and bring my own Roku so I have my own settings and I was able to use that on one of the TVs that didn't get the channels we wanted. But for the Christmas break and all the bowl games and basketball and movies it was great to sit outside. Also so nice that just to 0.6 mi walk to Mill avenue and restaurants and everything else. Definitely going to look into this place again March 2025

Always fantastic!

We love this house and the hosts! We've stayed here several times over the last 4 yer while our daughter attended ASU. It's super close to campus and has everything you would ever need from spices to bikes to coolers. Being from the PNW we always enjoy the heated pool.

Pool Time

Well maintained, updated and stocked property. Very clean home, good location about 10 minutes from airport. Heated clean pool was our main attraction for 10 yo granddaughter. Plenty of pool toys/lounges/beach towels. Patio and pool well maintained, lots of seating. Communication initiated by host prior to arrival was very helpful.

Home away from home

We felt right at home! The host is easily accessible and responsive. The home has everything we needed and more, pool is amazing and was our sons favorite part Our trip to the Grand Canyon was smooth because the home was equipped with handy items. We now have a reason to come back to to Phoenix!! Thank you Shirley!!

Close to ASU, great pool

Great stay at the pool house. We were there for a college visit. It is only 5 minutes from the ASU campus. This is one of the most well stocked house I have ever stayed in. The pool is a lot of fun. We will definitely be back

Great Rental - Close to ASU

The house is conveniently located to ASU and is equipped with everything you need for a great stay. There is a beautiful pool with floats and lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. Hosts are amazing. Highly recommend this property.

We'll Be Back

Saying you'll return says it all. All expectations met with no bad surprises. This "home" isn't managed by a soulless corporation and it shows. The pantry, the linen closet, the storage cabinets, even the kitchen drawers are like home and have every little thing you might need. Everything as pictured and nice, homey touches throughout. My Happy Place

This was my fourth time staying at Shirley's property and it never disappoints. The property is always clean, fully stocked and just comfy. The pool floaties were on point this year and as always the location is the best part of this property! Love going to Mill Ave to go to the bars and restaurants. I hope to be back a fifth time.

Pete and Shirley are retired high school teachers. Shirley's first house, which she bought in 1985, is 3 doors from this property. Pete and Shirley have very much enjoyed renting their other property as a vacation rental since 2009 and, as a result, they purchased this property when it became available in 2011.

It is fun to live in this neighborhood. It is quiet but close to a lot of activity. ASU students as well as home-owners live throughout, making the neighborhood upbeat and lively. Pete and Shirley have lived in the area since 1985.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is conveniently located to ASU and the numerous activities that occur there. You can always find something to do within minutes. A dog park is located at the end of the street so it is entertaining to just sit in the front yard, watching the neighbors walking to the park each night.
