detta exklusiva 800-tal som helt återställts till sin ursprungliga skönhet ligger 20 minuters promenad från fasaden på Pantheon och några minuter från Navona och mäter över 220 kvadratmeter med 4. 5 meters tak, toskanska bomullsgolv. 3 sovrum med dubbelsäng har ett komplett badrum direkt tillgängligt privat inifrån sovrummet och alla rum har kraftfull Daikin tyst a / c. vardagsrummet är stort mer än hela vanliga lägenheten i hjärtat av Rom och förvandlas till ett fjärde extra stort rum med sin privata dörr / tillgång och a / c-tv.
Om du bokar för 2 personer kommer endast det stora sovrummet att vara tillgängligt och de andra kommer att låsas så om du är 2 personer men vill ha två separata dubbelrum måste du boka för minst 3 personer. Great location to walk to all the sights

This is a beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Walk out the door and you have restaurants and shops. Steps away from the Pantheon and less 25 minute walk to all the attractions

Excellent Location

Looking for a great Rome location?? Look no further. Be aware the building does not have an elevator, so carrying luggage up stairs might be a challenge for some. All necessary items provided by host who was great to communicate with.

In the heart of the Pantheon neighborhood

Everything was as described in the write up, and served our family of six adults nicely. We needed nothing extra and everything worked well, including beater pressure. Perfect location for sightseeing Rome by walking, or just enjoying the many restaurants in the neighborhood including the Piazza Navona!

Wonderful home base in a wonderful city!

We had a great time this month in Rome and this property was a big part of that. It’s three large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave us and our two teenagers lots of space, the beds we’re comfortable and the location was perfect. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go within about a half hour and there was a good grocery store around the corner where we could pick up supplies to have breakfast in the apartment before heading out sightseeing. Management was very responsive. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great Location, but …

GREAT location, easy walk to everything, but is in a VERY BUSY and NOISY pedestrian area 200m from nearest vehicle access. The apartment is on 4th floor with no elevator and very difficult for older guests. Apartment is spacious and beds are comfortable but sofas are not. Dining chairs are narrow wooden planks.

Not happy with this stay at all. The apartment is laid out very strangely ( kitchen supplies are in living room). Most disappointing was the cleanliness or lack thereof. None of the beds had comforters or spreads- just sheets. Yes the location is right near the Pantheon. There are four sets of stairs with no lift making it difficult traveling with a one year old. Would not recommend.

Half a block from the Pantheon!!!

We loved staying here! The location couldn’t be better. We lived in Rome in college and this is our favorite neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. It was very charming and the host was very prompt in communicating. The air conditioning worked very well. Know that if you don’t rent the whole place, you don’t have access to the living room or dishes. That was confusing. Also there was no lift. 60 steps up. It’s really perfect for 3 couples and 2 singles as there are two very comfortable couch beds in the living room. Each bedroom had a private bathroom plus another full bath by the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable! We really loved it and highly recommend this property!!

Nice apartment in central location.

Very nice historic apartment in a great central location for touring sites. Easy to access restaurants, food, and shopping. I would recommend. Our only issue that I would warn others about is that what they describe as 4 bedrooms, living and dining room is not. The living and dining room is actually the 4th bedroom. It does have a door but you loose the use of a common area to gather. Everyone had to sit in their bedroom waiting to hear others up and moving about or all retire to bed when the person in the 4th room was ready for bed. The owner stated that 6 people means 3 couples. We were 2 couples and 2 singles who didn’t want to share a room. We made it work but it wasn’t ideal.

Amazing location in Rome

Had an amazing stay literally a few steps from the Pantheon. Can’t say enough about the location. Could walk 30 steps to the Pantheon and easily catch a Taxi or Uber wherever we wanted to go saving us time and exhaustion. The Trevi fountain is a 5 min walk in the opposite direction. Amazing rooftop bar and good restaurants nearby. Keep in mind you are in the action here so lots of street noise until 11:30 but only if the windows are open. It is a 4th floor walk up so lots of steps but it helped me justify my wine and pasta consumption . The owner was super helpful and gave us great suggestions for dining. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. We were able to do laundry which ment smaller luggage to lug around on trains from town to town. They were easy to contact when issues arose (hint for those from the US- you have to empty the collected water from the clothes dryer for it to continue to dry. Something we don’t have to do back home and I knew nothing about) Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were fully equipped. Kitchen is small but we didn’t come to Rome to cook and we never used it. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!
