Location location location and fabulous balcony

Perfect location, centrally located and walking distance to all our desired sites. We enjoyed the balcony morning, noon and night. We were in the heart of Piazza Novana and could experience all the sights, sounds/music and fabulous smells of delicious food. What a treat to be able to enjoy coffee/tea/cocktails on the fabulous balcony. For me, it was a lil bit of heaven.

Family vacation

We had our 70 year old father with and he was able to get around. The location was great and everything was waking distance. The owners were wonderful and responsive.

Location! Location! Location!

I cannot think of a time we had a better location on a trip. As a family we were able to spread out in this spacious, comfortable apartment and run downstairs for wine and cheese as needed. The host was kind and prompt in responding- she can arrange transfers to and from the airport for you.Highly, highly recommend!

Unforgettable Stay on Piazza Navona – Perfect Location and Wonderful Host

Our stay at this VRBO on Piazza Navona was absolutely magical. The location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of Rome, surrounded by restaurants, charming shops, and iconic historical sites, all within walking distance. Listening to the lively chatter of Italians in the square below was like stepping into a postcard-perfect moment every day.Aleesia, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. She arranged all our transportation needs and provided excellent recommendations for dining and exploring the city. Her warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our experience.If you’re looking for a place to immerse yourself in the beauty and charm of Rome, this is it! Highly recommended.

Perfect for Family Visit

What a perfect place to call home base for a few days! Our group of 5 adults had plenty of room to relax and hang out in between visiting the areas of Rome. Alessia's apartment is in the perfect location to walk to the sites, and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and all types of stores. We couldn't have been happier with the location. In addition, a huge thank you to Alessia. When we landed in Rome, we were scheduled to immediately take a train to Pisa. All trains were cancelled due to a strike. Alessia jumped in as was able to arrange a driver for us - we are forever grateful. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Perfect Location

We saw all of Rome and never stepped foot in a taxi once we arrived at this property. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and must see sights. It was nice to live like a local for a few days. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Time at the Piazza!

Bravo Alessia and her staff for their expert service. The airlines did not cooperate with us and made several delays and changes to our flight to Rome. Thankfully, Alessia and her staff were there to assist with making necessary changes to our transportation from the airport to the apartment. They also provided a drop-off location for our luggage, which was delayed, so we did not have to hang out at the apartment waiting for our luggage to arrive. She also set up three transports and a tour to Capri for us. The apartment accommodated all 8 of us. We could not say enough about the location, It is in the heart of Rome. We say everything and could walk to most spots. The apartment is a historical building overlooking a historical piazza. We loved drinking wine and espresso on the balcony which overlooked the piazza. We saw tour guides pointing out our building for historical significance from our balcony. Just walk downstairs to enjoy restaurants, coffee bars and shops. People from other parts of the city toured our piazza. Even though it was an historical site, the apartment was air conditioned. Our family (6 adults and 2 children) had a great time.

Wonderful location with A/C and all the amenities

Thanks for a lovely stay and for the complime tary bottle of wine. We enjoyed overlooking the busy square at night from the balcony. Pantheon was only a 5 min walk away!

Fountains under construction

We loved the property and location, but unfortunately the view in the listing is not accurate due to the construction of the fountains. I wish we were advised before we arrived. Everything else was great!

Fabulous property in a great location

Everything about this property was great!! The communication at booking, before arriving and during our stay was fast and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and very spacious with all the amenities you want for a vacation rental. It was also clean and very well maintained. The location in Rome cannot be beat! The balcony overlooks Piazza Navona, and all the top historic sites are a relatively short walk away (within 2km). There is a large selection of restaurants around the property, as well as shops and a bakery. This is definitely the place to stay in Rome!!

Wonderful Experience

We were met right away by the property manager and fron there it only got better. Beautiful location with plenty of space. We had two children under the age of 10 and grabpparebts staying with us for six people total. Plenty of space for everyone. Amazing views of Piazza Navona. Propert manager was accomadating of every need and helped us in so many ways. The poperty is in a great location and is well appointed. Washing machine et al... Would 100% stay here again. Truly a great place to stay for families and ive never had a more helpful host. 5 Stars across.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Rome!!

I could not have asked for a more beautiful and perfect place to stay while in Rome. The communication prior to and during our stay was outstanding! The apartment is huge and well appointed. It has everything you would need. The apartment was within walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the Piazza every evening and drinking wine was like a dream! The host arranged, both pick up from the airport and then drop off at the train station for the next leg of our trip. She was so accommodating. 1000% will return here on our next trip to Rome!

DISAPOINTMAN IS AN UNDERSTATEMAN

I have rented 5 apartments in Rome in the past two years ,3 times in Piazza Navona. It's hard to describe all the inconveniences that this apartment has. : The doors and windows are NOT soundproof therefore sleeping is all must imposiblethe, noise after midnight from trucks, and all kinds of cleaning and picking up trash remains until 5 am. You have to live from your suitcases because drawers do not exist in any bedroom nor do hangers for slacks. There are crooked steps all over the place, to the rooms, to the bathrooms to the kitchen. The floors are stained and look dirty all over the apartment. Alessia was very nice. We stayed for 8 nights and do not recommend this apartment

Spectacular location and view!

Balcony overlooks Piazza Navona. We enjoyed hanging out there and having wine after dinner—the people watching was excellent. The apartment is centrally located, close to all the sights. Host was very responsive and answered questions almost immediately. Would definitely return!

No Better Place in all of ROME!

This condo is beyond the best place to stay. It is huge, well appointed and right in the middle of the action. Alessia is attentive and friendly! She arranged an airport pickup and even let us into the condo early to accommodate our very early arrival. Many nights we found that just hanging out on the balcony was all that we needed, there is always action in this square. If you want to be in the middle of it, this is your place. I don't think I could ever go to Rome and stay somewhere else!

So Fun! But loud.

CONS: putting this first, only to give people a heads up who may not want to endure the things that are not ideal. It is very loud. It's loud late into the evening and loud early in the morning with trash/recycling being picked up. If you want to be able to nap, or go to bed early, or sleep in, this is not the place for you. Also, two of the mattresses are very hard and all the pillows are subpar at best. The layout isn't ideal for persons with bad knees or anything. steps up to the apartment and steps around the inside of the apartment. That being said, the views are absolutely unbeatable, the people watching is superb, the apartment is incredibly spacious, and the communication from the manager was absolutely A+. It's central to a lot of great sights that are walkable and the little store right underneath it is ideal to grab some wine, cheese, etc. Would absolutely stay here again, happily.

Perfect Location comfortable Propery

The property couldn’t be better located if you enjoy watching all the activity at Piazza Narvona and being within walking distance of just about everything this is the best! Property had 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms one off the kitchen which was a little inconvenient however it was still overall an excellent experience.
