Villa Daniso är en bekväm rymlig villa, perfekt för familjesemestrar. Villan har 7 sovrum och 6 badrum. Det stora sovrummet (med dubbelsäng) har ett badrum i viktoriansk stil med ett viktorianskt bad med mässingsfötter. Det finns också ett rymligt omklädningsrum med eget badrum.
Det andra sovrummet (utan badrum) har två enkelsängar. Detta sovrum har direkt tillgång till den täckta Naya och poolområdet. Sovrummen 3 och 4 är anslutna rum med eget badrum. Ett av dessa två rum har 2 enkelsängar. Det andra rummet har en stor våningssäng. Det femte sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och ett badrum med eget badrum. Via en inre trappa når du det sjätte sovrummet (mycket rymligt) på andra våningen. Detta sovrum är i själva verket en liten studio med en arbetsplats (skrivbord), en liten plats att sitta och en platt-tv. Detta sovrum har 2 enkelsängar och eget badrum och direkt tillgång till terrassen på andra våningen. Terrassen på andra våningen har en fin utsikt mot havet och bergen och den kan täckas vid behov. Denna terrass kan också nås via en utvändig trappa. I källaren finns ett extra sovrum med separat ingång och två enkelsängar.

Köket är rymligt och komplett med en ny diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn, stort kylskåp och ett angränsande rum med tvättmaskin plus strykjärn. Alla redskap finns där och en brödrost, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare etc.,

Middagsbordet har 10 platser och matplatsen ligger bredvid köket. I samma område hänger en platt-TV (inkl DVD-spelare och karaoke), som är ansluten till parabolantennerna.

Alla rum i huset har varm / kall luftkonditionering och centralvärme för gas. Villan har en extra vattenförvaring, vilket är mycket användbart mitt på sommaren, när vattentrycket i Moraira kan vara lågt.

Utanför huset finns flera (täckta) terrasser med solstolar och solstolar nära poolen. Det finns ett stort matbord på en terrass bredvid sommarköket. Sommarköket är täckt och terrassen med middagsbord kan täckas vid behov.

Det finns gott om utrymme att spela ping-pong och minifotboll. Hela området runt huset är inhägnad.

Det finns en extra dusch bredvid poolen och det finns också en liten byggnad i trädgården med ytterligare ett badrum (dusch, tvättställ och toalett).

Två bilar kan parkeras i lokalerna.

I det direkta kvarteret Villa Daniso finns många tallar och eukalyptusträd och det finns alltid en lätt havbris.

Fint hus med hög standard. Samtliga sovrum hade bra sängar och egen toalett. Vi hade en riktigt bra backa 12 personer mellan 15 och 80!

Lovely stay at Villa Daniso!

We were two families travelling together with 7 kids between 7 month and 18 years old. This house looked fantastic on the web and it was even better in the reality!!! We had 9 fantastic days at Villa Daniso in Moraira. The kids were in the pool all the time, they also played table tennis or football game in the shadow when they needed a break from the sun. The outside kitchen was fantastic and we ate all meals outside during the hole stay. There was plenty of space and a long table for all of us. The house was very big with nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Everything nice and clean! The contact with Nina and Ruud were very good and they meet us and showed us around at arrival. We really recommend to have a car and it’s easy to park outside the house. It’s a beautiful walk down to the village and the beach but a long walk back especially with kids. You also need the car to the supermarket. We hope we will come back soon again!

Great villa with lots of outside space and an amazing pool which had a large sun umbrella to shade some of it which was lovely. The bedrooms all had air conditioning which made sleeping so much easier in the heat. The hosts were excellent and came round straight away to fix any problems.Moraira is beautiful. It is about a 25 minute walk into town. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. There is a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of families. Taxis back to the villa were about 9 euros.We had a lovely time and would definitely go back.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit ebensolchen Außenanlagen. Durch den tollen Pool, den Kicker und die Tischtennisplatte super für Großfamilien mit Kindern und Enkelkindern geeignet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Nina. Die Zubereitung einer Paella durch Ninas Mann war spitze, vielen Dank dafür. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Küche könnte für 14 Personen etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein.

Wow!Communication with the owner was 10 out of 10 from the very start.My family used it for one week. on arrival we were met by Nina who gave an excellent handover and instructions for everything in the villa. Her husband Nick cleaned the pool during the mornings before we even woke, he remained on hand to rectify any small issues that arose throughout a week. Nina and Nick were supportive and responsive and just amazing lovely people. The Villa, all of the bedrooms had air-conditioning, were exceptionally clean, had plenty of storage space and were large and airy. The family room has fixed bunk beds, and double bed. The Lounge and kitchen had everything and every day Home would need.The outside area, where we spent most of our time together, had an amazing pool a superb relaxing pool side area ideal for adults and children. We all had a sunbed and plenty of space to put it the outdoor kitchen with barbecue fridge freezer hot plate was where most of our evening cooking took place. The barbecue area the Veranda and the upstairs balcony all had its own shade if you wished.I would highly recommend this to any family or group looking for large Villa in a beautiful area in Moraira. Villa is located on a hill outside Moraira but it’s only took 25 minutes to walk into the town. There is a taxi rank in town to take you back for less than 10. The villa does have a carport should you wish to have your own car.

Fantastic Villa

Had an amazing time at this villa with two families, it was very spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The communication from Ruud & Nina was excellent. Just a 25 min walk down to Moraira and the Paella evening prepared by Nick was fantastic. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely like to return to this villa.

Perfect family villa.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The outdoor kitchen and pool area are fantastic. The family never left the villa. There was 13 of us and we had more than enough space in and out of the villa. The host was very accommodating and on hand for any assistance. The villa itself was well maintained and absolutely spotless. The location was really good and it was a nice quiet area. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The villa was fantastic and was better than expected. We had a family group of 13 and we all fitted in, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Family Holiday

The villa is fantastic, 12 of us stayed and the ages ranged from 15 months to 61 years of age and everyone had a great time, the villa had everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool was a great size. Enough sunbeds and chairs, the only thing the villa could add is furniture on the upstairs balcony and shutters to the back bedroom and the family bedroom with the bunkbeds. This did not stop us enjoying the villa though.and shutters on

Nice villa in a beautiful area

We rented this house for two weeks in July 2024. We were 14 guests in the age of 1-73 and we had a great time. The villa is spacious and well equipped and all the families had their own bathrooms. Outside there was also enough space for everyone and the pool was lovely. We recommend to have a rental car as there is a 20-25 minute walk to the beach/shops. We had some small problems but they were solved very fast. Nina and Ruud answered quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend this villa for a family holiday!

Flott høstferie med storfamilie

Vi var 8 voksne og 6 barn mellom 2,5 og 69 år, som alle var svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Huset var romslig og praktisk med god beliggenhet i et rolig og lekkert villaområde. Flott basseng! Noe av aircondition anlegget fungerte ikke de første dagene, dette ble rettet opp. Hyggelig vertskap og stedet anbefales!

A must stay

I can not rate this property and Nina and Rudd enough. What a stay, we have been visiting moraira for over 30 years, its like home. Clean, friendly, safe and you make friends wherever you go. Family have property here but we took our adult children and grandchildren this year and needed a bigger property. We found these and the property looked to suit all our needs. The house was perfect, for the parents with children a pefect attached room, a room upstairs to escape for who needed it, the master was just amazing. The living space was perfect for the 9 of us, the kitchen also amazing. Outside was just perfect, climbing frame for the kids known as the park they just loved and the eating area was awesome to sit together and eat. The Outside sitting area with the most comfortable furniture was just anazing to relax and read under the shade but we all just had the best time in the pool. Was a perfect size and couldn't get us out. The whole stay was just amazing and would recommend it to everyone. It will forever be on my list to go when bringing the family. Thank you to our wonderful hosts. You were amazing. Not only should you have moraira forevermore your go to holiday but always contact these guys should you need a wonderful villa to stay in. Thank you both for allowing us to use your property to make the best memories ❤️

Espacioso y tranquilo

La casa está en la zona alta y más tranquila de la urbanización. Disfruté de mis paseos matutinos hasta la playa, aunque para la vuelta hay que estar preparado para enfrentarse a las cuestas. La piscina fenomenal y el salon amplio para grupos numerosos, además de muchas camas y baños. Lo único que echamos en falta fue el aire acondicionado en el salon, pero en resto de la casa incluida cocina si que hay y funciona bien. La playa de l'Ampolla q es la mas cercana es pequeña pero esta muy bien, con un pinar al lado para aparcar sin problemas. Hay que tener en cuenta con respecto a la hosteleria q es zona de extranjeros y el horario comidas y cenas es más temprano, si no espabilais en algunos restaurantes encontraréis la cocina cerrada. A

Great property, loverly pool, great location, one very annoying thing is air conditioning is on a timer in all the rooms so through the night requires a press of a button to keep it running so in some of the rooms we were constantly up and down all night. The owner was lovely and very easy to deal with.

A week at our Spanish villa

On arrival, we were met by Nina and given a tour of the villa. It was immediately clear that we had made an excellent decision in choosing this villa! The villa is wonderful. All of the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor space around the pool offers both shade and sun. The swimming pool is an excellent size and there is also a table football and table tennis table. Our days were spent in the villa and also at the beach in different resorts which are all a short drive away. This is a great villa and I would happily return for another holiday.

Outstanding large family Villa

Great pool; superb facilities; fantastic layout; perfect location. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax. Large pool - big enough for adults and great for kids learning to swim. Location is ideal - with Moraira and Calpe only a very short drive away. Villa was clean, and Ruud was a great host - everything organised before our arrival - check-in was quick and easy.

Scorchio in Moraira

We have just had a fantastic family week at Ruud and Ninas villa in Moraira. Highlights of the villa are the swimming pool area and the outdoor BBQ area which we used almost every day. We had lots of small children in our party and it was brilliant to be able to put the huge sun umbrella over the end of the pool giving the toddlers shade whilst they played in the shallow end. Ruud was great to deal with. Very efficient and fast to respond to any queries. Moraira is a lovely town with many bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are only 5 minutes drive. We particularly enjoyed Paella night at the villa which Ruud arranged. It fed 12 of us in the evening and provided lunch for next day . Overall a great holiday in a lovely villa. Cheers

Great villa for family holiday in Moreira

The villa was ideal for our family holiday. Very well equipped and spacious for our group of 10. The outside bbq area was ideal and the table tennis, table football and pool were well used. The villa is in a lovely area and about a 30min walk to the beach and town, with lovely cafes and restaurants. The walk back is good exercise! There are a couple of restaurants close to the villa too. Plenty of supermarkets a short drive away. Any questions we had were answered quickly both before and during our visit. We had a wonderful holiday- would highly recommend.

The owner of villa Daniso is Nina. Nina is the eldest daughter out of a family with 7 children. She lives the biggest part of the year with her husband and her three children in villa Daniso. Her chidren attend an international school very close to Moraira.

Varför värden valde detta boende

A few years ago Nina decided to settle down in Moraira because of the unique environment, healthy climate, tranquillity and hospitality of the people, which create excellent conditions for her children to grow up and study.

During the past 40 years Villa Daniso belonged to a Spanish family. At the time when they bought the house it was still a Spanish finca (farm-house). They gradually improved and expanded the house and built terraces and a swimming-pool. After growing up of their children the Spanish owners decided to move into a smaller place for themselves and they sold their house to Nina. During 5 months the villa was completely updated, modernized and painted inside out..

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Villa Daniso delighted us at first sight. It is big and comfortable but at the same time cosy and private. There is plenty of room to live with a big family and to receive many guests. All amenities are nearby. After a sun-bath on the terrace in summer it is cool inside of Villa Daniso. During a cool day in winter it is nicely dry and warm inside of the villa. You can easily stay with several small families because of the space inside and outside of the house
