Beläget bara en halv mil från centrala Kennebunk, och fyra miles från stränderna och Kennebunkports Dock Square, gör vårt hem läge det enkelt att köra, promenera eller cykla till lokala restauranger och butiker.

Detta tre sovrum, två badrum, två våningar Cape stil-hem har ett två-bil garage, och det är bekvämt beläget en mil från Maine Turnpike, med Portland, Maine och Portsmouth, NH bara en halvtimme norr och söder, respektive.

Bekväma och mysiga hus på 1 800 kvadratmeter har hårda trägolv och ett uppdaterat kök med apparater i rostfritt stål och en stor ö för matlagning. Solrummet har kontorslokaler och en soffa och har utsikt över den soliga trädgården. Två fulla bad, ett på varje våning, har en stand-up dusch och en bubbelbadkar.

Beautiful home

This was our second stay. Carl does an amazing job thinking of everything a guest may need. The home is beautiful with an inviting yard in a quiet picturesque neighborhood. It is close to everything yet tucked away so one can enjoy the quiet. We feel at home the minute we arrive. Highly recommend!

Very nice house

The house was very nice. The property was real nice with a beautiful quiet backyard. The owner had anything you might need for your stay. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. Also, the house was well stocked with kitchen supplies. He also 2 beach passes for the local beaches that were great to have. There were some games to play. The owner was quick to respond to a question I had.

Perfect Maine Getaway

Our 3rd time staying here! Very comfortable house with all the amenities. Location is excellent with easy access to may wonderful spots in Maine. Love the included beach passes. Feels like home away from home! Looking forward to returning!

Kennebunk Cape House

This property was just as pictured and what we were looking for. It was very clean and spacious for my daughter, 2 granddaughters and me. The kitchen was very well stocked and, in fact, lacked nothing that we needed. There was an abundance of towels and outdoor chairs when we had guests. The bottle of wine welcoming us was an added surprise. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and the neighborhood excellent for walking her. The home was very private and located in a quiet area. We hope to return again next year.

Terrific Family Home helped make our vacation

The communication with the host was outstanding. Carl returned contact and answered questions quickly. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was our first vacation with our 1 yr old granddaughter, and we all had so much fun. The home is an easy drive to the beach, market and downtown and the port.

Comforts of Home

Our stay in Kennebunk had all the comforts of home while on vacation. There was even a small vegetable garden to pick a ripe tomato to enhance our beach lunches The fenced in private back yard was perfect for a barbecue and playing family games. Close to several beaches and great restaurants, this home it perfect! Of course there are trips to the candy store and an evening ice cream treat if desired.

The perfect getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 4 adults and 2 teens so the bedrooms were perfect for us. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook with. The jetted tub and fire pit were bonuses. The location was a nice quiet residential neighborhood and easy to get to the beaches and golf and restaurants. We would certainly stay again.

Relaxing!

We had such a relaxing week. The house is clean and inviting. It felt just like home. The backyard was great and very private. Nice neighborhood, close to beaches and shopping. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog, he loved it too! Looking forward to next year!

Excellent getaway!

My family and I had a great week! The property is excellent, clean, and has great amenities including a private backyard with a fire pit and a nice deck to grill on. The location is perfect - close to the highway yet quiet and easy to get to many beaches and other fun places to visit in Maine. Thank you for an excellent week and we look forward to coming back!

Great dog friendly house!

Very clean and great location to beaches and stores. Hannaford is a mile from the house. We are so happy to have found this great dog friendly house with a fenced in backyard. The charcoal grill took some getting used to, if you are used to a propane grill, but we enjoyed it and the fire pit.

Great little cape in Kennebunk

We had a great time at this house in Kennebunk. It is on a quiet street, perfect for relaxing, and taking dogs or kids for a walk. It’s pretty central to everything you could want to do! The cute town of Kennebunk is about a 3 minute drive down the road. Kennebunkport town and beaches about a 15 minute drive (in traffic) and having the beach passes was a major bonus. It’s also only a few minutes drive to Wells, Ogunquit and Biddeford. The house was great, with a nice yard for our dogs to run around and pretty much everything you would need on vacation. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hosts and property!

I cannot say enough great things about our hosts and the property. The hosts were especially gracious when we accidentally did not check out on time. I can only hope their next guests don't hold them to anything that was the result of our error. The property was everything advertised and more!

You won’t be disappointed

The pictures do not do this property justice as the home is gorgeous! It’s close to anything you would want to do but serene , quiet and safe! We all enjoyed the back yard but it was perfect for our toddler grandson and our Bichon as it was fenced in where they spent hours running and playing. The owners didn’t miss a thing! First class all the way. The bottle of wine was a nice touch and the dog food was extremely thoughtful as our dog refused to eat his own food and did enjoy it. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you Carl for making our family vacation one we will always remember!

Excellent rental property!

I highly recommend this property. Not only was it extremely clean, it was extremely well-stocked. Prior to our arrival, the previous renter has broken the coffee pot. Carl called me directly to let me know and there was a new one on the doorstep the following morning! Great location and convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach!

Beautiful home in a quiet location

This house had everything we needed, from beach passes, beach chairs, a wonderful fire pit and a fully stocked kitchen! The home is about a 12 minute drive to Mother’s Beach which is wonderful! The yard is well kept with beautiful flowers and even a vegetable garden. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely go back, great for a family of 5!

Wonderful property

The house was immaculate & beautifully decorated. The grounds were also beautiful. The location is close to everything but feels very secluded and private-the best of both worlds. The owners seem to have thought of everything a renter would need. Wonderful experience. Will definitely rent again!

Comfortable, relaxing and great location

Very nice home, stocked with everything you need and more. Convenient location to beaches, town, and highway for day trips. Nice deck to sit out on, grill, and fire-pit to relax by and star gaze. It was wonderful to have beach passes, beach chairs and cooler for our use. Best of all was being able to have our dogs with us. They enjoyed the fenced in backyard, trips to the beach and walks in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. We’ll be back!

Located in a very quiet neighborhood with limited traffic, our home is a half mile to downtown Kennebunk and four miles to Kennebunkport. We love its close proximity to the towns' beaches, restaurants, antique shops and outdoor activities, including the Rachel Carson Wildlife Reserve. And we're just a half hour drive from Portland, Maine, a fun tourist city with more restaurants than you can count.
