Detta nybyggda hem är i ett utmärkt läge bara några steg från Dock Square - kort avstånd till stranden, restauranger och butiker. Bufflehead Cove Road ligger utanför Rt. 35, Lower Village och huset är cirka 100 meter utanför Rt. 35. Hemmet har varit professionellt dekorerad med fyra sovrum, tre badrum, ett stort öppet koncept vardagsrum med en state-of-the-art kök, rostfria vitvaror, granit bänkskivor med frukost och matplats, platt-TV, Sonos ljud systemet, trägolv i hela, och en mudroom entré, däck och eldstaden med adirondack stolar med utsikt över en damm.
De fyra sovrum hus sover 8: andra våningen har en master svit med en stor säng och separat badkar med duell huvudet dusch och badkar. Ytterligare sovrum: två med queen sängar och ett med våningssäng. The house was spacious and beautifully appointed. It was extremely clean and well decorated with lovely artwork by one of the owners The fire pit was cozy and easy to operate. The location was perfectly peaceful, but walkable to town with lovely shops and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house

We had an amazing time, the house was a perfect location. It was within walking distance of the port and yet secluded and quiet. It was only a short drive for us to get to the beach and other places we wanted to see. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home with easy access to town

The home is spotless, nicely decorated and light/bright. We appreciated the good quality finishings and comfortable beds. We walked to dinners and to stroll through the town. We would definitely stay here for a future visit.

Girls Family Weekend

Cozy Cottage

This property delivered exactly what the description promised ! It was fantastic from check in to check out. The entire home was spotless. We had plenty of space for us and our 4 adult children. The location was spot on for doing everything we wanted in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

The house was perfect. It was well located, furnished and equipped. Open downstairs design was great to gather the family. AC was a welcome feature on the few days we needed it. Beach parking pass and chairs were thoughtful additions. House was close enough to the port that we walked there every day during our stay We’re missing our breakfasts at Mornings in Paris and Kennebunk. Roasters.

Fall Weekend in Maine

4 couples all in our 50’s have been staying in Keenebunkport for a long weekend in October for 5 years now. This was our second year in the same house. The house has a great open floor plan that allows us to spend time together. We also loved using the gas firepit in the evening which allowed for terrific conversation and kept us warm in the cool October evenings. The house has the private settting but still is close enough to walk downtown or to the public beach both of which we did. Overall a terrific weekend!

Fabulous property for a getaway

Six sisters had an amazing weekend enjoying this well appointed home. The house was very clean and well maintained. We cooked, watched movies (brought our own DVD player) and did crafts. It is a short trip to the "port" area. We ate at Federal Jack's. The family is from the NH and MA area so we are familiar with the area. It was wonderful, and the art work from Wendy, the owner is amazing. A truly great find and we are a picky to be honest. We all said we would rent this again with our individual families or friends, or another gals trip. Thank you Tim and Wendy for a memorable weekend. ps Bring slippers as a request to remove your shoes at the door is in place. Be respectful of their home and wishes.. It was fantastic

Beautiful home!

The house is beautiful with many paintings from Wendy throughout and other nice decorations really showcasing the beauty of the home (although we had to put them in cabinets during our stay since we have young children). It's within walking distance to Kennabunkport and a playground behind the fire station if you have children. Something to note (since I didn't pick up on it reading the description), upstairs there is only ac in the master bedroom. We were there with another family and got the master which was very comfortable. The rest of the upstairs was a bit was warm though. There are box fans, but those don't help with humidity. I also like to sleep in a really cool room, so this may not bother everyone. The home really is beautiful though and I would recommend it if you are looking for a home in the area.

Immaculate, Clean, & Conveniently Located

This property is just perfect in every way. The attention to detail from the furnishings to the well stocked kitchen and all the nice touches the owners have provided, makes this an amazing place to stay. This property is extremely clean and very well maintained. It is located within walking distance to shops and eating establishments but also tucked away down a private street with tons of privacy. Don’t miss the beautiful artwork on the walls from the owner. Simply stunning. We can’t wait to return!

Mattress Warning

Yes, it is a beautiful home with everything you could need but a good nights sleep. Be aware the mattresses in all rooms fall short of minimum standards. Considering the nightly cost of this rental the mattresses should be of the highest quality but far from it. Even the twin beds that my adult brother used were poor at best. Not only were the king/queen mattresses so hard that they creaked with every move(sounds like rusted springs). The other homes rented for the wedding commented how comfortable their mattresses were. When I asked a family member visiting from another rental to come sit/lie on our mattress the response was OMG.

Nice stay

The property is beautiful and the hosts are wonderful. Very responsive and gracious with their welcome gifts! The fire place (we didn't use), and fire pit were added bonuses. The master bath double shower is awesome. The location is great. A couple of us have difficulty walking so we didn't walk into town, but it was very close to everything you may want. The only things I would improve on were that the pillows in the master bedroom had an odor to them from use. I don't think those could be washed. The master bed wasn't comfortable for me, but I admit I am a picky sleeper and love my memory foam mattress at home. The other women had no complaints about the other beds. We didn't think to bring supplies like foil, ziplocks, lobster picks, etc. and wish we had, but did not expect them to be provided. All other supplies were provided. We would definitely rent the house again,
