This was a perfect spot for our visit. Just minutes to Forsyth Park and easy walk up to everything by the river. Being able to bring our pup with us just added to our stay. We really enjoyed the space. It was so easy and one hiccup with the WiFi that the host got taken care of so quickly. Definitely would stay again when we come to Savannah!

We should have been told traversing a spiral staircase was required to stay in the room. The bed was super comfortable & the body wash in the shower was terrific!

Such a neat rental, small but layout is very spacious. I would love to know the history on this property. Location is very good for walking around to view amazing buildings and parks. River street is still within walking distance, right at a mile. Holly was great on the communication, we will definitely be back.

Sweet Savannah

Love this place! I’ve stayed here 5 times and I never get tired of it. The bed is so comfortable! I love looking at the birds outside my bedroom window. I love the spiral staircase and the decor. I enjoy my morning cup of coffee out on the private patio with the songs of birds above me. The location is great! Easy parking.

Cutest place right in the heart of downtown Savannah

I enjoyed my stay so much! Very cute property right near everything downtown. Super clean, nicely decorated with all needed amenities. Bed was SO comfy. Easy check-in and out and great communications from property manager! Will definitely stay here again.

This is such a cute, cozy place. The location is great for walking to the park and many of the historic locations and fun places to visit. We had everything we needed right there. I enjoyed it very much.

Bed issues

Property was really tiny, but the big issue was the bed, which was hip height, involving climbing 2 steps to get into and out of it. It is enclosed on 3 sides, so the inner occupant has to climb over the outer occupant to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Outdoor lock mechanism is tricky.

Disappointing for me

I waited a couple of days to write a review because I was very conflicted. I found Holly to be so sweet and communicative so I did not want to leave a bad review. It’s a personal opinion but for me, it was not great. The main concern was for the safety of my dog. The bed was so incredibly high and there was an opening from the bed to the stairs in which he could have fallen over. We ended up sleeping downstairs on the floor to prevent accidents. So it is not pet friendly as the description says. Pets are welcome but it is not designed for a pet whatsoever. The shower was small. Equivalent to one on a cruise ship. That small. It was surprising to me. The place is very cute and you can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the interior design. The location is good. It’s good for a couple that wants to party and not be in the room. But for the large amount of money that I paid for two nights I expected so much more. We only stayed one night and left early. It hurt me to pay that much for this. It was a mistake on my part. The 42 5-star reviews just really confused me. So I wanted to be honest about my experience.

Excellent property, cute, neat, 20 minutes or less walking to everything in the Historic District. Our host was great communicating for access and check in as well as nearby transport options. If we visit again this property would definitely be on our short list!

Our stay was fantastic. The home was quaint, beautifully decorated, full of amenties, and within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see! The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great spot, close to everything we planned to see and do. Nice outdoor area. Parking was easy too. Would just add one thing-We’ve never had to strip the bed linens before, will not stay anywhere where I have to do that again- remember, you have a cleaning fee. Otherwise, would stay again in the future.

Small but cute and clean

Great location. Close to Forsythe Park. We could have stayed for less time and saw all the attractions. The last four days it rained. Uber service was great. Never had to wait more than five minutes for a ride. Kroger was in walking distance. Loved the funky vibe of the place.

Cozy stay in Savannah

Street parking was super easy, the loft was stylish and cozy (stairs might be a challenge for some), and perfectly walkable location for most of Savannah’s main attractions.

Cute Cozy and Clean!

This is an adorable space perfect for a couple. The courtyard is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine. Check in was super smooth and the host is very friendly. Location is so convenient and close to everything Savannah has to offer. Bed is insanely comfortable. The shower is a little small but we didn’t mind. I will definitely stay here again. It’s a gem.

My husband, Ron, and I are living our dream in the beautiful and charming city of Savannah, GA. We moved here from NC in 2017 after purchasing this historic property and guest house, which had always been a dream of mine, and to create a short term vacation rental. After a year and a half of lots of tender love and care, sweat and tears, we created this charming and cozy home and guest quarters, full of antiques that I have collected for over 30 years. We are full time residents of Savannah and proud parents of two rescue terriers, Nigel & QBee, who love walks and picnics in Forsyth Park.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The perfect spot for a couple with or without a pup! The small, totally private courtyard is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Free street parking is available and a luxury in Historic Savannah. A gas grill is available upon request. Comfortable seating for 2 to watch a movie downstairs or in the cozy, queen size bed in the upstairs loft/bathroom with shower and small closet space. Windows surround the bed, allowing ample daylight for reading or looking out into the courtyard. Plush sheets and towels are provided. Coffee and tea provided.
