Charming and perfectly located, this coastal cottage is a hidden gem! Stephanie’s place was ideal for our end-of-summer getaway. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, everyone enjoyed plenty of room and no waiting after a long day in the sun. Just minutes from the beach, shops, and great dining, it’s thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Don’t miss the chance to stay at this adorable and convenient seaside retreat!

Purple door house

Location is great, close to everything. House was perfect for what we were looking for. Bikes and beach chairs were nice to have and backyard was great for grilling and hanging out. certainly would stay here again.

St. Simons Visit

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and has everything you may need. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, historic sites, and shopping. The owners were easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Place!

The house was clean and the layout was perfect. Even though we only needed two of the bedrooms, it has 3 very nice rooms with a bathroom in each. The location was amazing and communication with the owners was great. We are looking forward to our next visit! Wonderful rental and a wonderful Island to explore.

I HAVE stayed at this location several times with my family, of 6 and my spouse. Each time we visit it's truly an invite to come back. The owners are the most considerate people who make your visit comfortable. My spouse and I are preparing to return for our 50th anniversary. we love this location for our family.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME/ VERY COMFORTABLE

THE FAMILY WAS VERY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE WE WERE AND FELT SECURE IN THE HOME / EVERYTHING JUST WORKED OUT SO WELL. IT WAS CLOSE TO THE BEACH WHERE WE ALWAYS BEE. I WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER THE RENTAL AGAIN.

Wedding wknd

Family came to the island for a family wedding at the King and Prince resort and found this little gem of a home. It was within walking distance to the wedding venue and downtown (10 mins). But if walking isn’t your thing, we were surprised to see a vast array of bikes available for us to ride. The home was perfectly equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The three bathrooms were especially nice while the girls in the family were getting ready for the weeding (you know how women like their bathroom space lol). Would definitely repeat stay if coming back to St Simons.

Better than Advertised

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Photos on VRBO do not do it justice. Great location. Responsive owners. Very cute with a side and back porch and fenced back yard. 3 bedroom/3 bath. Both queen beds were extra comfortable! Slept well! Nice laundry room. Well appointed kitchen with a Keurig and a regular automatic coffee maker. You do NOT need to bring beach towels, beach chairs, coolers or bikes! There are even a few bike helmets, skim boards, floaties and a few beach toys for kids! Water pressure in showers was spot on. Check supplies before you hit grocery store as there was abundant laundry detergent, spices, cooking oils and DW detergent. Altogether a great home base for a stay on SSI!

This is a great house. There are a number of beach chairs, several bikes and coolers, and all kinds of other things to be used at the beach. We were able to drive to a public beach access in about 3 minutes. The house is clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this house!

Second Time at this Great Property

It is a great property with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which allows everyone their privacy. We have enjoyed both stays and can see the continuous upgrades the owners have made. Extremely easy to work with, providing timely info in advance and while you are there. We look forward to returning.

Very cute

Check in was flawless. Unit was very cute and nicely decorated. Unit was very clean. The appliances were very nice. Lots of towels, dinnerware, silverware, beach chairs, a charcoal grill, television and even bicycles. The location about halfway between Mallery Street & Pier Village and the commercial area north of the airport. Also very close to the beaches. We would like to return for another stay in the future.

Great location

The layout of the house makes it very comfortable for everyone- 3 bedrooms with each having a full bath. Nice kitchen and living area for cooking, relaxing, board games and family time. The location is great especially if a golf cart is rented. if not, the bikes are provided and are in great shape. we hope to return.

Beach trip

We all had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It was very clean and comfortable and decorated nicely. We had no issues. We enjoyed riding the bikes around town. The beach was a short half mile walk or you can drive with plenty of parking at the nearby public beach. Thank you so much!

AHOME AWAY FROM HOME(VERY SATISFYING)

MY trip to St Simons is always enjoyable and it makes it more meaningful when you find a relaxing place to stay in while visiting. This house is everything you could desire to have and is so convenient. The facilities were clean and very well stocked. The owners are just amazing had complete contact with them they insured me of the stay and were very well organized. I look forward to coming g back real soon. Again it is a great place.

Fall get-away

The house was very nice and had everything you could need. Lots of towels and bath towels. It was a short drive to Pier Village where all the shops and restaurants were. It was less than a mile so you could also walk or ride bikes (they have bikes but we didnt use them). We went to East Beach which was another short drive. Went to the WW II Home Front Museum and the lighthouse museum. Our grandson had fun at the playgrounds and the mini-golf course.

Coming over the bridge onto St Simons Island is like passing through a country gate into a beautiful hidden garden. This gem of an island is full of friendly people, quaint shops, an appreciation for art, excellent food, and fun for the entire family. You'll feel the relaxed island vibe as soon as you cross over. We bought this property in 1997 and have just recently decided to make it available for rent.
