Loved our stay!

This condo was absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed. It was very clean. We loved the location and the direct access to the beach and pools. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Panama City Beach area!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at 310 Treasure Island. Communication and check in was a breeze! Everything was as described, and we didn’t lack anything. We really enjoyed having ability to buy drinks and snacks at Liza’s by the pool. Who doesn’t love a cold frozen adult beverage by the beach?!

We loved being on the ground floor. No elevator wait and able to walk right out on the pool deck. Pool noise was not an issue, nor privacy. The kitchen and accessories were well appointed. Master bed was comfy, no worn areas.

Thank you for your review! I’m glad you found the ground floor convenient and comfortable. I too was concerned about pool noise & privacy when we first acquired it; but like you was pleasantly surprised the concerns unfounded! Also glad the kitchen well appointed still. I’ve not been down to do inventory, and is something that gets attention when I’m there … and the master mattress! LOL… Is still pretty new! I’m glad guests open to share if expectations there need attention! A good bed is essential to a relaxing vacation!!

Great property, enjoyed being near pool and beach. Oven went out on day 2, never got part in to fix it. Front door lock stopped working 2 times. We had a great time though and would stay there again

Fall Break

As always, Fall break is amazing in PCB. As for the condo, it was great. Looks as advertised, spacious, clean and best of all it was on the ground floor. This was our first time choosing a ground floor unit and I will never go back to waiting on elevators.

Very nice facility and the property owner was great. My only negative is the "Security" is rude and non clear on the property rules. That staff needs to learn how to address clients and respect that we are all visitors.

Great Property in a Great Location

This condo was a fantastic property in a great location. The first floor unit is wonderful - just walk out to the pool and a short distance to the beach. This is especially helpful if you have younger children. Our two older kiddos (10 and 7) were comfortable sharing the guest bedroom, and our younger child (2) slept in a pack and play in the closet of the main bedroom. Very clean and up to date. There were some issues with gaining access to the condo, but DaRinda explained them in her welcome email and also was very easily available by text, so it was not a problem for us. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Easy access to the pool and beach. Lots of room for a 2BR. Communication with DaRinda was excellent, even during our stay.

Outstanding Property

This condo is not only in a great location but it has everything you need for your vacation stay. It has high end furnishings, a great patio where you can sit and eat and watch the kids at the pool and is just steps to the beach. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The rental was very clean, nicely setup and very well maintained. The owner was very helpful and very kind. The experience was great and will definitely be back when we come to Panama City Beach.

LOVE the location!!! The Condo was very clean & beautiful! Check in & out was super easy. Anytime I reached out to DaRinda she was always quick to reply. And........ we were not expecting the views from the ground level to be SO beautiful!!! We will definitely be booking again soon!!

Summer getaway

Loved the location and condo itself. Walked right out the back door to the pool tiki bar and beach. Super close to restaurants all around. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Check in was an hour and a half late bc cleaning g crew wasn’t aware guests were coming. Also, the dishwasher and front door lock were broken. These few thing things were a bit in convenient but Darinda was SO available and stayed in touch while trying to figure things out. I highly recommend this place.

Love Love Love!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is prime and parking and access a breeze! We loved being able to walk straight out to the pool especially having 4 kids!!!! Highly recommend this condo and we hope to frequent here often!

It is the second time our family has rented 106 at the Gulf Crest! We had an awesome time each time. The condo is gorgeous and spacious! The kitchen is stocked well with anything you would need on your stay! Beds are comfy! 1st floor is the way to go!

We had never stayed in a ground floor unit prior to our obtaining GC 106...and you are right! Ground floor is incredibly convenient...and there was no lack of privacy (my primary thought...alleviated by our first visit after purchase!) We are excited to be a part of the Gulf Crest family, and like to engage with guests who like to have that level of report; while not being obtrusive to their time of relaxation and family time. We intend to continually strive to update and keep everything modern and "home-like" (stalled our process due to the hurricane last year...but will be back on track this fall). We truly want Gulf Crest to be our guests "home away from home", but with an awesome view! LOL :) Thank you again, and hope to host you again in the future. DaRinda

Tony and I have been coming to PCB since 1989! We began as a camping family at St Andrews National Park, and would come annually for almost a decade. We then graduated to renting little 1br condos for our stays, and in 2009 was able to purchase our first condo at Treasure Island. We hope to maybe be able to be snowbirds some it'll be a good 3-5 more years I suspect!
We had owned at Majestic Beach Towers for a few years, and though a lovely complex and beautiful condo, we just really preferred the ambiance of Thomas Dr, and decided to sell Majestic, purchasing Gulf Crest in it's place. We LOVE it as much as we do our Treasure Island 310, and suspect we'll own it for the rest of our lives. So, no worries with losing your vacation due to a sale of the property!
We are a pet-loving family ourselves, and love that Gulf Crest welcomes pets for our guests as well. However, the HOA does state pets for guests are welcome only with a monthly reservation. IF you want your pet (under 25#) for a short stay, I just ask you call the resort office to seek approval. PLEASE be courteous of other guests and the property in pet "pick up", and noise control. IF there are complaints I may have to change our stance to be liked by the "community" in respecting their desires as well.
We will be doing upgrades and changes in the coming seasons. We are only able to come down for "work" once a year, and if able we fit a trip in during the spring or late summer to check on things, and relax a bit. We are attentive to our property, so you can be assured that it will be kept up and well appointed for a pleasant stay. I love to cook, and kitchen gizmos and gadgets are usually well supplied. If ever there is a gizmo you'd like to make your stay more "like home" let me know and we may add it to our collection.
Our primary goal is to provide a nice, relaxing "feel at home" vacation for your family, and earn your trust in coming year after year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I absolutely LOVE the spaciousness of the living spaces, and the biggest private balcony/lania in all of PCB! It is conveniently located, and the views from the condo cannot be beat! I genuinely look forward to this becoming our home in the future.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Being on the ground level, one of the two pools is directly outside your private patio space, and steps away from the Tiki Hut for a quick snack/light meal...ice cream or adult beverage.

Handicap parking available literally at the front door (available on a 'first come" basis). Assigned parking is a reasonable walk to the front door.

Being a gated community with 24 hour onsite security available gives you peace of mind.
