Välkommen till Sunrise # 1! Njut av fantastisk utsikt över Sherwin Mountains från denna snyggt uppdaterade och väldigt välutrustade lägenhet. Nyligen renoverat kök, badrum och nya möbler. Detta är en 2 våningar, 1 säng + loft hörn med gott om naturligt ljus och välvda tak. Vardagsrummet har en behaglig sectional soffa, vilstol, matbord med plats för 6. LG Smart 55 "TV (gratis internet och kabel-TV) med DVD / Blu-ray-spelare. Ved tillhandahålls för vedeldad spis. Det nyrenoverade köket har bänkskivor i granit, kakelgolv och skifferutrustning. Det är fullt utrustat med nya redskap, porslin, kastruller och kokkärl, och många andra extras. Njut av att vakna upp till en fantastisk utsikt över Sherwin Mountains från sovrummet. Befälhavaren har en Cal King-säng med ny madrass, platt-TV, DVD / Blu-ray-spelare med smarta kapaciteter och ombyggd garderob. Bottenvåningen badrummet har ombyggnats med all ny promenad i kakel dusch, fåfänga med kvarts mot toppen och kakel golv. På övervåningen öppnas vardagsrummet av en halvvägg. Det finns en drottning säng och våningssäng med en hel på botten och tvilling på toppen. Övervåningen badet har också renoverats. Det finns en fin utsikt över Mammoth Mountain när du står ute på främre entré, Eagle Lodge ligger mindre än 2 miles away och gratis Röda linjen och Town shuttles är en lätt gångavstånd. Sunrise ligger på den lugna sidan av staden nära Mammoth Creek och gångavstånd till stadens bekvämligheter, såsom den nya stadsparken, ängområdet, mat och restauranger. Det finns två utomhus parkeringsplatser tillgängliga. Sunrise Condominiums erbjuder spa, bastu och säsongsöppen pool. Myntstyrda tvättmöjligheter som ligger i det gemensamma området nära kontoret. The property had everything we needed. The location was a short walk to the shuttle stop and a short drive to the ski lifts. Overall, it was a great place to stay during our ski trip.

Our stay was exceptional! Everything went perfectly! The beds were nice, the kitchen had plenty to cook with and the sitting area was great! The only suggestion I would give would be to have coffee filters that go with the coffee pot. It is a cone shape and the cup shaped filters that were there collapsed making the coffee go all over. But besides that, excellent stay! Would love to visit again this summer!

Wonderful stay.

Everything was as nice or better than expected. Very comfortable unit with plenty of space. View from the balcony was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for my daughters wedding

It’s a great location, very spacious. The couch was soooo cozy. The girls stayed in the loft upstairs that had its own bathroom which was great. We would definitely stay there again if ever going back to Mammoth

Well equipped Mammoth condo

Comfy well laid out condo close to mammoth. The four of us enjoyed our stay here and the view is amazing from the balcony. Well equipped too with toiletries, plenty of linens and cleaning supplies.

Snow trip

My grandsons from Arizona had never seen snow until our stay. They also got to try skiing. It was a nice cozy place and close to town. We had a great stay and beautiful sunny weather in the middle of winter.

Clean easy entry great view

This place was spotless and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The entry process was incredibly easy, which made settling in stress-free. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. On top of that, the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Comfortable stay!

We really appreciated how clean and comfortably furnished this condo is. It's very conveniently located, yet in a quiet location with a lovely meadow/mountain view off the balcony and close to a paved walking trail for evening walks with a great view. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. And the property manager was responsive and friendly when we reached out to them with a few needs we had during our stay. Great choice for our lodging needs in Mammoth!

Great rental

Great condo. It is renovated and so nice. A small piece fell off of the shower head upstairs but that is all. We will come back.

Comfortable, convenient, reasonable price

Good mattresses. Well equipped kitchen. Good TV (though complicated and instructions not quite correct), adequate parking, quick drive to slopes and town, very accommodating property management and much more than I expected for the price.

Cozy Condo with Beautiful View

The condo was just as stated. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and my wife liked the bathrooms. The location was a few minutes walk to the trolly and the view off the patio deck was all mountains. Perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The pool was also in close proximity. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

Near walking trails with a beautiful stream nearby. You can walk to Vons and most restaurant. However, the condo is located in a very quiet area. The condo was very well equipped with pots, pans glasses, condiments etc. Probably the most I have ever seen and we appreciate that. Great place to stay. Thank you

A+++ star rating

This condo is fully loaded with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved everything about it including the gorgeous view straight out to the Sierra Nevada mtns. Easy walk to the bus for a ride up to the ski mountain or just around town. Also I had requested just a few weeks before my stay to make a change to my reservation and I was immediately contacted and it was taken care of so quickly and easily. I would definitely book this again for a visit next time I’m in mammoth!

Spring House Stay

This beautiful home provided us the best Mammoth visit to date! It was cozy, clean and felt like home to us. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cleaning and cooking supplies. Our only minor challenge were finding some kitchen measuring items and a can opener. Otherwise, it was an awesome place with a quiet neighborhood, amazing mountain views and conveniently close to grocery stores & Mammoth village.
