Bo vid havet med utsikt över bukten i Cagnes sur Mer upp till Antibesbukten. Stor trerumslägenhet 76 m2 luftkonditionerad med balkong 10m2. Stort marmorgolv vardagsrum med stort matbord. Två oberoende dubbelrum separerade av ett stort omklädningsrum. Badrum med fönster, stor dusch och handfat, separat toalett, stort utrustat kök med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, kyl, frys, mikrovågsugn och fyra keramiska spisar. 6: e våningen med hiss (före sista våningen) och privat parkering i bostaden.
Tillgång till Nice och gamla Nice med Cros de Cagnes tågstation 2 minuters promenad, många bussar 2 minuter från lägenheten och Nice Côte d'Azur flygplats 15 minuter med bil och 30 minuter med buss.
Många bekvämligheter och fritid för en sommar, kulturell vistelse och nära Mercantour naturpark.

Superb location

This is our second time in the apartment. Location is spectacular. Restaurants Boulanger around the corner. Sunset walks on the Boulevard. Can’t be beat.

Unbeatable location

Perfect location for shops/restaurants/seafront and longer forays into the interior. Quiet block (we were here out of season) with dedicated parking space. Apartment well-equipped and comfortable.

Excellent location

This apartment suited the two of us perfectly for a week. The location was excellent and view across the Med wonderful. Very close to many bars and restaurants. Easy public transport access to Nice Furnishings somewhat old fashioned but it all worked well

Highly enjoyable stay in Nice

This was a great condo for our family in Nice. It is right across from the beach and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It had everything we needed for an excellent stay in Nice. I would highly recommend it. Walking distance to everything you need. Great cycling and running right from the door. The whole family really enjoyed our stay here.

Cagnes sur Mer is an ideal base for visiting other parts of the French Riviera. Good bus/train links

Spacious and well stocked apartment very close to the sea and nearby supermarket. 15 minutes from Nice airport. Could have had clearer directions to the property eg name of the apartment block but would go there again. Beach is very shingly so take swim shoes. Probably not so great for little ones but we loved it.

Christmas 2024

This was our fourth stay in the flat over the Christmas period. 5 stars for its generous light space and location close to the restaurants & shops and its view. However, it would be even better if it was equipped for what it now is – a holiday rental – rather than with the remains of a personal occupancy.Some other points:-1.The easy chair is partially broken; the standard lamp beside it does not work nor does the light in the entrance; some bulbs in the ceiling light in the kitchen need to be replaced; the backs of the 2 blue folding chairs still need repair/replacement.2.It is unrealistic to expect each occupier to leave the flat totally clean for the next occupier – our little dog found pieces of a broken water glass in the kitchen. Full set of cleaningmaterials need to be provided and the who;e flat given a thorough clean every few months.3.Old empty or partially empty bottles, jars & packets of food should be discarded, not left to be ignoresd by the next occuppiers.

Christmas 2022

We stayed here over Christmas 2021 and may well try to stay again for the same period in 2023; so clearly we are very happy with our choice. It is a super location with excellent local facilities; the flat is spacious , pretty well equipped and comfortable. However, we feel that it would be helpful if a few things were dealt with soon, such as (1) window in bathroom does not shut properly and neither of the front windows lock properly (2) the washbasin plug does not work (3) the shower drain needs regular cleaning of hair so that the water drains away properly (4) the lock on the toilet door is broken (5) more than 2 mugs in the kitchen would be good. The lack of pictures on the walls still makes it feel less cosy than it should and, finally, will the emplty Grand Mariner bottle still be there next year?

bel appartement très bien situé

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement bien équipé et situé en étage élevé. Il bénéficie d'une très belle vue. Résidence tranquille. Accès à la mer en 2 minutes. La climatisation est un plus en cas de canicule. Bonne literie. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette location et soulignons la gentillesse du propriétaire Mr Blanchet. Nous gardons l'adresse...

Cagnes sur Mer 2024

Tres biens situé, tres belle vue sur la baie et les environs, a proximité de tous les services, epiceries. Boucheries, bolangeries, marchés dans les ruelles le mardi et jeudi, restos, plage 2 minutes a pieds. Nous avons passés un tres bon sejours.
