Andelslägenhet sover bekvämt upp till sex (Maximal beläggning är 6 med högst 3 som vuxna), och har en fantastisk nionde våning, utsikt över viken från vardagsrummet, sovrummet och bred balkong. Se viken som sitter på soffan eller ligger i sängen. Önskvärt delat sovrumsdesign lokaliserar ett sovrum och ett bad på varje sida av lägenheten med kök och vardagsrum däremellan. Beautiful beach views, nice condo. Could use some updating. Queen bed very uncomfortable, could use mattress topper maybe, and twin bedroom could use ceiling fan, very hot. Nice kitchen and nice pool and amenities. Great condo for the price. 8/10 (only because of bed)

Thank you for the review and for choosing our condo! I understand about the bed. It's a firm mattress because that's what we prefer and most guests prefer. I wish it were possible to accommodate everyone's preference for bedding without having to buy a 'sleep number bed', which would get destroyed with the heavy summer traffic. But I do understand. Everything was wonderful! Beautiful views, plenty of space, easy access to pools and beach. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was a little spotty but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again!!

There have been a few kinks since the recent changeover. Hopefully that improves with time. It was a pleasure having you! Always great to hear our guests enjoyed their vacations! Call on us any time and if you call direct, you can avoid the VRBO fees. You are right about the wide expanse of beach and sand dunes making the walk to the water a little farther than 'usual'. They put these building setbacks in the proper place to leave natural dunes in place and preventing the tide from flooding the property. We've owned for 24 years and in all the tropical stormand hurricanes, the high tide makes it to the lawn but not beyond. The lawns have never been killed by saltwater. They laid it out perfectly! And the dunes and beaches are natural and have not once needed replenishment by man and dredges like so many beaches elsewhere.

What a view!!!! This condo had a great location on the Gulf Coast and very easy walking access to a beautiful beach - we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day! The property is in a safe and well-kept resort with plenty of ammenities, and its location was convenient to Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, the state park, and Foley.The condo is on the top floor (great views!) and had everything we needed for an easy and comfortable month-long stay. We were able to prepare and enjoy all of our meals as we had planned (including using the resort charcoal grills). Bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the dressers and closets for organization. Two bathrooms allowed us to spread out - and great water presure in the showers. TV, internet, and cell service were all excellent!We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great condo!

The condo and location are great! Spectacular views and easy access to the beach. The pools are really convenient too. The restaurant (Sassy bass island grill) is located in the first floor of the unit and is delicious! Have to try the Dirty Banana!

Top floor so view was very good towards the beach/ocean, and surrounding area. Being on the top floor condo was very quite and relaxing. Roomy and comfortable with 2bed/ 2 bath.

VRBO should drop this property.Master BED was unusable. It felt like laying on hard springs. We didn't use it once. Rather, we slept in the twin beds in room too. They were 3 out of 5.You could smell previous guests in the couch. It was WAY beyond its useful life.Clump of mold in the master bath. The tile needs to be scrubbed and sanitized.Dried cheese on a plate in the cupboard.Bring your own paper goods for 1,700? One bad apple turns us into a Red Roof Inn?Babies with NONE swimming diapers in the pool (against the rules). We got out.View was pretty good. Beach was nice. Location is good. Parking was inadequate. We weren't allowed to bring down a trailer with two motorcycles. Two vehicle limit. PERIOD.These people must be in dire need of income. I had family in other rooms with the same quality.It's Very Sad. This entire place could be a nice gem if it weren't for the owners and management.We left two days early. Just wasn't worth it. And, I'm not hard to please.

Apparently your opinion is an outlier from the other reviews. Master bed is fine. It's a firm mattress on a firm foundation, which we and 90% of guests require. You say you didn't use it once yet every bed in the condo was used by your party of 2. You said you were there with two other families staying in other condos; and I suspect your complaint about having to sleep in another room was because there were more overnight guests than the two you rented for. You didn't want to do the laundry and make the beds and this was your cover story. It doesn't surprise me that you found a dish in the cabinet that wasn't clean. Guests get in a hurry and the maid can't do a "deep" clean between guests on changeover day. I mentioned the complaint about the tile in the corner. She asked why you didn't mention it early so she could come in to remedy it. Paper products were supplied as advertised, but I suspect you didn't read the information provided. This is not a hotel. It is a condo. You get toilet paper and paper towels to get you started, but not to sustain you for week necessarily. My rental of "$1700" includes $500 more than i receive, to cover all taxes and fees imposed on me and you. Out of my proceeds, I also have to pay the 3% credit card fee. The other issues- such as owners not using swimmies on their kids and the no trailer rule during high season due to parking spot limitations - those are not issues under my control and I can't remedy them.

This area is tranquil and serene. It's a good place to go to the beach to relax but escape the crowds and drunk or rowdy students.

Gulf Shores Plantation is on Fort Morgan Road close to several restaurants, and also close enough to the amusements, restaurants, shopping and night life 'in town' that it is all easily accessible with a 10-15 minute drive, but far enough away that you can escape back to our family oriented resort with its wide sandy beaches, and unspoiled dunes and nature. Unlike what has resulted from the over-building and over-crowding 'in town' in 'Gulf Shores proper', Orange beach, and West beach. It's like the beach was when I was a kid. Just a great place where the kids are safe, there is no through-traffic, or 'girls/boys gone wild'.
