Andelslägenhet sover bekvämt upp till sex (Maximal beläggning är 6 med högst 3 som vuxna), och har en fantastisk nionde våning, utsikt över viken från vardagsrummet, sovrummet och bred balkong. Se viken som sitter på soffan eller ligger i sängen. Önskvärt delat sovrumsdesign lokaliserar ett sovrum och ett bad på varje sida av lägenheten med kök och vardagsrum däremellan. Kaklat och speglat vardagsrum, kaklat kök och bad. Beachy inredning och balkong tillgänglig från vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Fullt möblerad med fullt kök.

Fantastic Location
The condo was just like it was advertised. Beautiful view from the balcony, we watched the sunrise every morning. We were just steps from the beach. the owners were great to work with and even checked on us when the weather got bad one day. Check in and out process was easy. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We will definitely stay here again!

Just a fantastic experience
We stayed at this property for the first time the first week of April 2024. Everything was excellent, kitchen was well stocked, the view is amazing, and the communication with the owner was easy and quick when we had questions. I would highly recommend this unit. If you’re considering a trip to Gulf Shores Plantation, it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed up.

We had a relaxing vacation
The view from our balcony was beautiful. I watched the sunrise twice! The condo was neat and clean and well stocked with essentials. Our host, John Linn, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I liked the futon chair-it was easier to get in and out of it than off the low sofa. We attended the Shrimp Festival on Friday evening and had a blast! We will definitely look John up next time we want to go to Gulf Shores!

Nice vacation
We had a really nice stay snd really have no complaints. The condo was very clean and very well stocked with towels and wash clothes. The grounds are very well maintained and the swimming pools are amazing. John was very helpful, answered texts right away and was very friendly.

Top floor so view was very good towards the beach/ocean, and surrounding area. Being on the top floor condo was very quite and relaxing. Roomy and comfortable with 2bed/ 2 bath.

Great experience
The listing was accurate, but the pictures do not do the view justice! It is an amazing view from the balcony! There is a great view of the bay and the Gulf! We had some weather issues, but we could sit on the deck and still enjoy our view! The owner was responsive to any and all of my questions. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our adult son. It was clean and comfortable! I highly recommend this property!

Listen to the Gulf Waters - Balcony Sunrises
Ideal location to watch the pelicans and listen to gulf waters. We spotted dolphins several times. Look to the left to see the Bay. This 8th floor unit towers above the other buildings, thereby offering the best views. This is the quieter, peaceful side of the building that offers shade in the scorching afternoons. Fun awaits outside with several pools, hot tub, tennis, etc. The unit is well cared for, comfortable, clean, thoughtfully stocked with kitchen supplies. We especially adore the little window, with screen, that opens between the kitchen and balcony. This allowed us to keep up with conversations and fun while prepping meals. The owner is considerate, prompt and helpful. We are grateful that this property is available and do hope to return.

COME RELAX
This is our second trip to Ft Morgan and this unit. We stayed the month of February both times. The unit is great. It has a wonderful view of the Gulf. The owner couldn't be more gracious. The staff here is excellent.

The condo was as pictured and the owners were quick to respond to questions. It was clean, fully functional, and I really appreciated the security on property (they checked to make sure every vehicle was supposed to be there). The beach view was great, I enjoyed the outside hot tub (they were doing construction on the indoor one) and exercise room had sufficient equipment and was well-maintained. Only negative for us was the master bedroom mattress was softer than to what we are accustomed (but that is a personal preference). I would recommend to friends

Time to relax and let go
The property was quite and easy to get to. It is off the beaten path, so that was really nice, however close enough to travel inland. Private beach and inside pool was nice. Wish we would have been told the hot tub had been down for two years before hand, that was somewhat a disappointment since we were there when the outdoor pools were to cold to use. Also floors in our unit should have been cleaner, overall the unit was clean, but my socks turned black. Would recommend floors to be cleaned and upgrade on towels, pillows and beading. Overall we had what we needed and it was nice to have been able to see the ocean and be out of the tourist area.

Best view, perfect place
My husband and I were blown away by the view from our balcony, we did not expect it to be so spectacular. The place had all the amenities and more. We would definitely rent from again. The owner communicated quite regularly and we appreciated that.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This area is tranquil and serene. It's a good place to go to the beach to relax but escape the crowds and drunk or rowdy students.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Gulf Shores Plantation is on Fort Morgan Road close to several restaurants, and also close enough to the amusements, restaurants, shopping and night life 'in town' that it is all easily accessible with a 10-15 minute drive, but far enough away that you can escape back to our family oriented resort with its wide sandy beaches, and unspoiled dunes and nature. Unlike what has resulted from the over-building and over-crowding 'in town' in 'Gulf Shores proper', Orange beach, and West beach. It's like the beach was when I was a kid. Just a great place where the kids are safe, there is no through-traffic, or 'girls/boys gone wild'.
