Everything was as advertised no surprises. Only thing was we weren’t able to get in the pool seems like they were trying to do some maintenance to it.

We are very sorry that one swimming pool was closed for maintenance, but the complex has 5 other outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bed is comfy. We enjoyed the private balcony for dolphin spotting and coffee in the mornings.

Nice getaway

We had a great time. The location was great and just as described. Only recommendations would be bring a fan as the room doesnt have great air circulation. Great for a couples getaway!

This unit does have a ceiling fan between the bed and the sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, we do not leave portable fans in the unit.

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Morgan. Our condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for our anniversary. Access to the beach was great. We will definitely book again with Katrina.

Will stay again

Adorable studio apartment with everything we needed to cook and enjoy time at the beach. It is a lonnnggg walk to the apartment from the elevator so just keep that in mind.

Perfect Location

This condo has a perfect location for beach activities and interesting dinning. The condo is a good size for a small group. Katrina was great to work with. No problems at all and we will stay there again. Loved it!

Great little place

Enjoyed our stay. Every thing as advertised. Really only complaint is pillows smelled really bad but we always bring our own so not a real issue. Manager great to work with. Would stay there again.
