What an amazing stay! This home is so beautiful and peaceful, and the location is spectacular. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Jeff was a fantastic host with great communication. One of my favorite VRBOs ever!

Wonderful family celebration. Our family of 5 adults, 4 teens, and a 9 yo had a wonderful celebration of my 80th birthday in this beautiful home. The kitchen and large dining table comfortably accommodated a dinner group of 15 people. We enjoyed the backyard and hot tub. We also enjoyed hanging out on the huge front patio where we met friendly neighbors. The street is quiet and lined with lovely trees. The location was accessible to Pearl St and the UC campus. Thank you Jeff for sharing your beautiful home.

This property is probably my favorite rental so far. Right when I walked in, it feels like a place people actually care about instead of a cookie-cutter rental setup. The surfaces, appliances, sinks/faucets, etc. are all quality and items I would choose for my own home. The number of plates/bowls/utensils, condiments, teas, etc. is fantastic and very helpful for renters that don't want to buy one-time use items at the store for a weekend. The beds/bedrooms, bathrooms are very nice and luxurious. The location is quiet especially for its proximity to UC Boulder. Street parking was mostly simple, never had to park far from the property.10/10, would definitely choose to rent this place again.

This house is perfect for a family or group getaway. It is very well stocked. Beds are comfortable and the location is wonderful for walking around Boulder.

A beautiful home in the heart of Boulder in walking distance to both downtown Pearl street and the University. It was a perfect spot for our family gathering of 10 of us. The property is obviously a private residence and not a corporate listing, which shows in the care and details, including a fully stocked kitchen with absolutely everything you might need for your stay. It is an older house that was completely renovated with one bedroom downstairs and four upstairs. The description and photos are accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Boulder.
