Such a lovely house and backyard. Perfect location for downtown boulder but also very quiet and dark at night. The hosts were super helpful and very easy to coordinate with. Overall, very impressed and would recommend.

The house was perfect for hosting my Chicago family for my brother’s wedding weekend! The location was close to everything. No more than a 5-7 minute drive to get downtown. Made for a good home base if needed. The deck was nicely secluded for coffee in the morning. We loved all the features of the home, including the bonus of a doggie door, large enough for our greyhound to use (first time ever!). We would love to come back for a more relaxing weekend, maybe hiking or shopping.

This is a great house to share with others. We enjoy older houses and houses with Charm. This definitely has charm but is very well maintained. The outdoor space is amazing and the location in Boulder is perfect. When we return to Boulder we will try to use this house again.

Such a cute and cozy home that gave us a place to relax. We were four out of a group of eight people in town for graduation. Having a place to host the other four for dinner and games and celebrating was the best idea.

Great communication with the host. The house is very comfy and super clean. We would stay again for sure. The outdoor space was great as well.
Comfy room with TV and plenty of blankets to settle on the sofa with a good book or watch a movie.
Entrance welcome room. Great conversation space I love the window seat.
Nice clean airy kitchen with great morning sunshine

Great venue for our celebration!

We had a great time celebrating! The house and backyard were perfect size and comfortable enough for everyone. Being close to town and trails were great for those visiting from out of town.

We had a great time at this cozy and historic home. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful and full of cool homes and unique garden yards. We really enjoyed strolling around and walking to nearby shops and restaurants. It was a great base for visiting CU for a football game.

Beautiful and comfy home, great location

My family has stayed in this home for the past 2 years over Christmas. We love how comfortable it is and is a perfect location - walking distance to downtown Boulder. I’d stay here over and over again if I could!

Great stay!

The house was very comfortable and clean! Great location into town. We could walk everywhere. The backyard was private and beautiful. It was perfect for our group of friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a charming home with wonderful living space. We had a beautiful holiday stay! The living space worked out great. Backyard completely fenced, and the pups felt right at home. Plus walked to all the shops on Pearl. Great location. The host was also available and went out of her way to help us. We will be back.

Liz had great communication before and during the stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. She even had a pack n play and gate for us to use. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again

Amazing Property!

This is a fantastic property! It’s a beautiful home with wonderful outdoor spaces and loads of charm. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, and sites. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely recommend staying here!

Great backyard

The host was very easy to contact and always responded immediately. We loved the quiet backyard and utilized the patio/deck every day! Loved how close it was to Pearl street, yet away from traffic. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the espresso machine was an added bonus!

Great Host - Great Location - Perfect for enjoying Boulder

Home is very welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful fenced in back yard. Nice bikes to use. So enjoyable that many times we all sat at the dining room table for meals instead of going out.

Walking distance to Pearl St. in Boulder

My friends and I had a lovely stay here over the Labor Day Weekend. Convenient and close to Pearl Street - walking distance. Easy drive to RMNP for a hike. Extremely comfortable space for 3 adult couples. Really enjoyed the back yard.

Charming home in Boulder

This home is in the perfect location to explore Boulder. It is well stocked with everything you need including good coffee. We utilized the bikes to get around town. Liz was responsive to all of our questions. Overall it was a perfect stay
