Stunning Beachfront Escape!

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, cozy, and had the most amazing ocean view – even better than the photos listed. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. Perfect location, easy check-in, and everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Son Birthday Trip

Loved Everything About The Stay. The Bedrooms and Especially The View Off The Balconies. But The Wi-Fi Was a Big Bummer, It Was Down The Entire Time (stayed 3 nights). We Couldn't Get Relaxed Like We Wanted. Had To Continuously Find More Activities To Do Outside Of The Condo Because of That Matter. Other Than That, Great Place To Stay and The Owners Was Very Responsive Quick.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook in condo. Only 2 elevators, very slow.

Great visit - minor issues

Condo was nice but had a few issues. The master toilet ran on and off the entire week. The outside light on the balcony did not work. Could not lock all the sliding glass doors. Refrigerator door was not super strong - had to push it closed most of the time. Damp towel was left on the back of the master bathroom. Elevators during the week had issues - one time both were out - had to go up to the 15th floor by stairs. Patio furniture was old and broken down. View was spectacular. Interior was very nice and clean. Shower was fantastic. Pool was very nice.

Absolutely love this condo! Very spacious for our family of 6! Had everything we needed, beds are cozy, and just the most spectacular view of the beach. We will book again in the future

Good beach trip

We enjoyed our stay !! The condo was perfect with plenty of room, great beach view from balcony . Only things we was not crazy about at first was getting into parking lot was a little tricky at first but once we figure it out it was good. Than about the one elevator at floor 9 on one of the elevators it would shake noticeable, we just use the other.

Fantastic unit

This unit was as close to perfect as you could ask for. The huge balcony was amazing. The unit was comfortable, quiet and clean. We all agreed that it was the best unit we have ever stayed in. I don't know how it could have been better.

Needed a little more

We made more trips to Walmart than I expected to get things that would’ve been included in a resort experience right down to the salt and pepper shakers, extra rolls of TP, and coffee filters. The location had plenty of restaurants close but we realized that having something on site would’ve been much more convenient. DoorDash or Uber Eats we’re used but also not efficient. The beach was beautiful and the pool was a great option. Gulf Shores is a great family getaway overall.

White Caps was the worst condominium my family has ever rented

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got a message before check in this property was a total non smoking condo you had to walk all the way to street to smoke. Upon arrival unloaded car came down to a warning on windshield because we did not put guest pass in windshield yet which had only taken about 20 minutes in room security said car would be towed if we didn’t get it in there he was rude and very disrespectful had eyes on us the entire time spoke with many other guest that were getting warnings about silly stuff he was even shining flashlight on guest balconies

Nice & quiet!

I preferred this property over the larger chain we usually use. Easy access, no crowds. Corner unit is really nice with walls of floor to ceiling glass overlooking gulf and city. Beautiful view of the sunset from the couch!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an easy no contact check-in to a beautiful west end corner unit. The unit is decorated well and plenty of space for the 5 of us. Convenient location to stores and restaurants. The only disappointment was the small bathrooms and only 4 washcloths for a unit that sleeps 6 to 8. Positives were a large balcony, tile floors throughout, and a large well appointed kitchen. Issues: Only one elevator working all week with construction workers & renters using it. Then both elevators were down on check-out. Not fun carrying luggage & cooler down 12 stories of stairs! Outside hot tub down & construction on east end of building.
