Vackert inredda hem beläget i pittoreska Crystal Bay. 4 sovrum, 4 badrum, stort 2 bilgarage och parkering framför garaget för ytterligare 2 bilar. Anpassade funktioner i hela hemmet inklusive trägolv, vackra inbyggda skåp och nämnde vi det jättedäck med utsikt över Lake Tahoe? Sovrummet har en king size-säng, gas spis, inbyggd badkar och dusch. Inredning gör detta till den avgörande Tahoe-tillflyktsorten. När du kommer in i hemmet genom lerrummet finns det gott om utrymme att lämna dina skidmaterial och våta kläder. Du kommer in i den övre delen av hemmet för att se ett vackert hölje / kontor arbetsrum med TV och PS3 att koppla av. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum på denna våning. När du väljer trappan ser du en blå vägg som är Lake Tahoe. Dörrar öppnas mot ett expansivt, nybyggt 200 000 dollar däck. Du kan lämna dörrarna öppna när du äter i vardagsrummet. Tystnaden är otroligt. Huset byggdes så att varje rum i huset ger en sjöutsikt.
Köket är fullt utrustat med kryddor, mixer, tupperware, koppar, tallrikar, kaffebryggare, bestick, fonduepanna, kalkonbröd, alla klädda krukor och kokkärl.
Vardagsrummet har en skinnsoffa och en annan TV för att koppla av och titta på solnedgången genom bildfönster.
Det stora sovrummet är också på denna nivå. Panoramautsikt återigen från en stor inbyggd king size-säng med utsikt över Lake Tahoe.
Det 4: e sovrummet är nere på en hall och nedanför befälhavaren. Det finns en gasspis (fungerar till och med när elektriciteten går ut), ett badrum med sjöutsikt och dörrar som vetter mot ett däck och en liten trägung.
Perfekt för par som inte vill vara ovanpå varandra eftersom alla rum är mycket utspridda.
Gångavstånd till kasinon, 10 minuters bilresa till Incline Village, 10 minuters bilresa till Kings Beach, 20 minuter till Northstar, 45 minuter till Squaw Valley, 15 minuter till Diamond Peak och 20 minuter till Mt. Rose skidområde.

Great Trip to Tahoe

Home was nice and location was great as well. It had everything we needed. There is no A/C for summer visits but that is rare in area to have it anyways. We would stay here again given the opportunity in the future.

It's all about the view!

No matter where you are in this lovely home you can enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Every family member spoke of the comfortable beds and the spaces for gathering as a group or enjoying solitude when wanted. Owner is very accommodating and is excellent at communicating and responding to any questions.

Perfect House

This property was perfect in every way. If you like quiet and serene, this is it. The property was very clean, organized, and wonderfully decorated. Any thing that you could be looking for is provided. Every room in the house had a beautiful view of the lake, even the garage. The hostess was very accommodating. We will definitely be back! Love, love, love it.

Beautiful Cabin with a Superior Lake View

We had a wonderful long weekend staying in the Martini home. The view is spectacular from every room in the house and even better on the deck overlooking the lake. The house is spacious and the kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of six adults to allow privacy and there was lots of space for us all to be together. The location was super convenient to Incline and not too far from Tahoe City. Samantha was very responsive when I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Lake Views - Beautiful Deck

Beautiful home, great location, plenty of space to be together and also have privacy. Close to everything. Owner very accommodating. Parking for only three cars, but this is known upfront and comes with the home being on a hill with beautiful views. Our group had an 89-year-old and a 1. 5-year-old and all were happy. Only complaint, could use a hot tub!

Beautiful, rustic just like home vibes with a spectacular view of the lake!!!! Loved this location!

This house made my family and I feel at home. It feels very rustic and cabin like. The wood burning fireplace was fantastic. We sat in the kitchen around the fire every night. Would really like to come back during the summer months and enjoy that back deck! Amazing views of the lake. Beautiful to wake up to or watch the sunset. Perfect location to get to all areas surrounding the lake. We enjoyed the closeness of the local nightlife while having peace and quite in the peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom layouts were great. Gave each couple some privacy while also enjoyed sharing the common areas. Enjoyed the sauna in the master. Really wanted to use the jet tub, but the jets looked like they could use some TLC. Very friendly owner. She allowed us to take some of her big pine cones! Loved seeing all the trees. We drove to Calvareas Big Tree park to check out the grove of sequoias. So much to do in this area! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Superb View and Deck

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and view! The bedroom set up was perfect for two older couples and two younger couples. As you wake up in the elevated master bed your gaze is immediately drawn out the large windows to the tall pines, sun peeking over the mountains, and lovely Lake Tahoe. There is plenty of room for separation if someone needs it. We had a few still having to work remotely. There is an oversized two car garage for parking plus one on the street. My family loved staying here and would definitely rent it again!

Martini House

We had a great trip for 10 nights at the Martini House in July. Samantha, the owner, was very responsive every step of the way. The house has a very nice layout and plenty of room. The Master bed was very comfortable and loved waking up to that fabulous view each morning. Great location between Incline and Kings Beach. Absolutely loved and enjoyed the large deck and the best part of the house. Great views and spacious and amble seating for all our guests. We cooked out on the grill almost every night and it worked great. Inside could use some minor TLC. I would stay again for sure.

Beautiful lake view retreat

Loved the property. Beautiful deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. All rooms had view of the lake with separate balconies. Close to beach, walking trails, and stores. Owner was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again for another family retreat.

Crystal Bay

The house was in a great spot overlooking the beautiful, clear lake. The sunrises and views of the stars were great from the back deck. Easy drive to both Incline Village and Kings Beach. We had a great time.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful time staying at the Martini House! Upon arrival, Samantha greeted us, making us feel very welcomed. Great lake view home, clean and absolutely beautiful craftsmanship

Last minute decision to flee the smoke over Thanksgiving and what a great place! Not only did we get to experience a few days of snow, but we enjoyed some cozy days and nights overlooking Lake Tahoe. Beautiful views. The moon actually rose right over the mountain on the other side of the lake. Comfortable home, liked the small touches of water by the bed, spices, cooking essentials that were supplied. Bedding was super comfortable,think it was Restoration Hardware! Cannot wait to rebook it in the summer to take advantage of the giant deck. Samantha was easy to deal with and actually walked us through the house to make sure we didn't have any questions. Great vacation all around

I recently had 3 properties I rented in New Orleans but the travel was a little too extensive so I decided to invest in my local area of Lake Tahoe. I have worked at various companies as a property manager so felt a rental here of my own would be the next logical step.
I went to school at Le Rosey and graduated from UNR with a double major in photography and Journalism. I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, surfing, hiking, yoga and being outdoors as much as possible.

The views, deck, craftsmanship, and the neighborhood. Walk thru the quaint, quiet neighborhood to multiple hiking trails directly out the front door. The location is great, 10 minute drive to incline Village and 5 minute drive to Kings Beach.

The lakeviews are tremendous, and the house itself is cozy, quiet and extremely relaxing.
