Large spacious home with over 2700 square feet. Relax on the deck with stunning view of the lake.
This home features 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, great room with pool table and large wrap around deck with grill and seating for 8. Please note Outdoor furniture and full use of deck is not available during winter months due to heavy snow!
The first floor has fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8. The kitchen flows into the Great Room that has gas fireplace, large screen TV, pool table and ceiling to floor windows. Outside deck off this floor with grill and seating for 8. Enjoy the view looking at the lake while enjoying quality time with your family and friends. 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms are on this floor. Bedroom #1 with King Bed with bathroom that has shower and bath. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed.
Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #4 has a double bed and Bedroom #5 has twin bed. There is a office space area that provides privacy if you need to get a little work done. Laundry room access to washer/dryer.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE INCLINE VILLAGE BEACH PASSES
Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.

The platform automatically generates distance estimates (e.g., "5â10 minutes to the lake"). These are not added or controlled by us as the host. Some of our properties are located close to Incline Villageâs private beaches; however, access to these beaches is restricted by IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) and is only available to property owners. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guest access to these private beaches.
We kindly ask guests not to leave negative reviews for lack of lake access, as this is clearly explained in our listing's notes section and is outside of our control.
