Place is very nice, only complaint we had is that the person before us either had a cat or dog, there was hair everywhere on the couch and rugs, my son also broke out in a rash bc of it, he’s allergic, staff was very nice and condo was as well

Great vacation

The condo was great only issue was the beds were a little uncomfortable and the mattress felt slanted toward the middle. Very minor issue to an overall great experience. The AC was out when we first arrived but the host was very responsive when we reached out about it. Turns out it was out for the entire resort and not just our room but it was fixed within 24 hours.

Pictures included are the view from the balcony (7th floor) & view from the door exiting the unit. Unit was clean and stocked for the first night (you are responsible for everything else except your bath towels after the first night, that is for every unit on the property) beds were clean and comfortable. The sectional couch wasn’t connected together and we have 4 little ones who kept dropping things between the sections but overall the experience was great and accommodated our family of 11. The wrist bands given were much easier than carrying around key cards everywhere you go at the resort.

Excellent vacation spot!

This property was wonderful- very clean and spacious. The private balcony with grill and hot tub was wonderful for relaxing and family cookouts. The kitchen was great, included everything you need to meal prep (and the property is just a few minutes from a Walmart and Publix for easy grocery shopping). Our kids loved the lazy river, tennis courts, mini golf, and beach. A couple notes, be sure you bring your own towels for pool and beach as these are not provided (and bring your own racquets if you plan to use the courts). Beds were very comfortable and living room was large, fit our family of 6 very well! Only other note, you need to bring your own dishwasher soap, laundry soap, to and paper towel, as this is not restocked after the first roll. We were very happy with our vacation and will rebook this property in the future.

Love Turquoise Place

Had a great stay. TP is an excellent place to stay on the beach. Wish we could have had better weather, but that’s not your fault. Everything was just as expected. Beds were a bit too firm for our liking. Loved that there was a Christmas tree. We added a few bows for future guests.

Great family trip

The property could use a little more detail to cleaning. Molding in the bathrooms and most all the doors in the unit were dirty when we arrived but was an easy clean with a Clorox wipe. The master bed could also use an update or a flip, it was definitely on the uncomfortable side compared to the other rooms. And if a small vacuum could be added to the room that would have been great! It seems this unit has been well loved by many and that’s probably what is most visible with normal wear and tear (stained decorative pillows in bedrooms, small rips in curtains in living room, scuffed and stained walls) all things that just need updated with time. Overall the location and amenities that were offered made this a great vacation.There was plenty of room so you didn’t feel crammed in with a large group. The kitchen was stocked well and made nightly dinners easy to prepare and the grill was a great addition. The elevators were fast so no issues with coming and going. Parking was easy and there was plenty of it. Balcony hot tub was a nice extra bonus for when you just wanted to relax in a more quiet area, also like that they check it daily.

Great Christmas stay

We had a wonderful visit in late December. No crowds. Enjoyed the amazing view from this condo, as well as the hot tub on the balcony. It was even warm enough to enjoy the heated lazy river one day. The indoor pool is large as well and was amazing to enjoy. Good ramp to the beach if you have older folks that can't navigate stairs. Great stay. condo exactly as advertised!!

Wonderful stay in Orange Beach

This was our second stay with Prickett Properties and also at Turquoise Place. Condo was very clean. Minor issues addressed immediately. Had everything we needed. Weather was amazing. This was our yearly beach trip with my brother, mother and aunt.

Beautiful place

This is our 2nd stay here ! Last year was perfect ! Condo owner was in contact with my daughter before during & after our stay ! Their condo was awesome & we were in condo before 4 ! This year different condo ! We were to get an email or text when ready, when I hadn’t by 4 which I know things come up, I went to front desk around 4:20 & the young lady said oh yes it’s after 4 you are ready but much to my dismay when I got on elevator because my crew had gone up, my daughter sent text they were just running in to clean the condo so here we sit in hall with All of our stuff including groceries for another hour ! They had forgotten to clean this condo ! Of course they are all set up the same so we really do like the set up ! Problems ; 1st br on right, entrance door sqeaked bad & had to be forced closed, bathR door sqeaked so you woke whomever if you went to bathroom , was going to use the two blankets in the closet & they had Cheetos stains , urine & what looked like maybe coffee or juice stains, I put them in floor when we left ! And I swept articles from under dresser & around room & discarded in trash ! Hall bathroom handle on toilet was broken had to take back off to flush if other toilets were taken ! Sliding glass door lock falls off in your hand when you lock or unlock and to much furniture on balcony ! Also just FYI & you may want to warn the facility manager, I acquired an allergic reaction from the indoor pool facility from to much chlorine ! Please advise !
