Margarita Days är en charmig 2-vånings strandstuga som ligger bakom Bella Vista på Tupelo Street i Seaside. Det är den perfekta tillflyktsorten för ett par eller en liten familj eftersom det sover 2 till 4 med ett drottningssovrum och fullt badrum på första våningen och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet för 2 barn om det behövs. Den har ett kök och vardagsrum / matplats alla på andra våningen med en liten balkong i trädtopparna.

Tupelo-paviljongen ligger bara några steg bort till den oförstörda vita sandstranden. Tillbringa dagen på stranden eller njut av Seasides privata pool och fitnessanläggningar.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Margarita Days in Seaside. We enjoy the location of this property as it places us near everything in Seaside including beach access. Perfect place for a ‘getaway’ for 2.

Great location small rental!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I liked the location. You could walk to get anything you needed in Seaside. The rental seemed turned around.... You opened the sliders to the bedroom and upstairs was the kitchenette and living room. It needed some updating, but it’s true what they say location, location, location.

The location of the property is the best part of it! As guests who had to fly to this destination, there are things that would have been nice to know when thinking of packing space. The rental provides a welcome packet that has a small soap bottle and sponge (wonderful! but wouldn't have packed them had we known.) The rental only comes with 1 roll of toilet paper (different from any others we have stayed in). There was not only 1 but 2 blow dryers (again wouldn't have packed one). The 2nd bed is a sofa bed upstairs but there are no curtains on any of the windows which doesn't work well with kids. The listing says there's access to the public pool but there is hardly any information on it, where it is located, etc. And our passes weren't even in the rental, we had to call and wait for them to be delivered. Location is hard to beat and just wish there was better communcation.

Location!

The excellent location almost supersedes the need for furnishing updates at this property. The mattress is very soft, as previous reviews have mentioned, but it’s soft in that there are two very deep indentions that make it incredibly uncomfortable and feel very old to the point we slept on top of the provided covers using our own bedding. While the house is very clean on the surface, the air vents are in need of a good scrub. The property manager was very responsive, but we had issues with the key box that may have been of our own making but were very difficult to resolve. Overall, we will happily stay here again and again but only once the mattress is replaced.

Met our short list of needs

The little cottage met our needs! Cute and clean; very minimal of course. Could turn this into 5 star review with better beds, bedding and pillows. Benchmark was more like a 2/5 stars as they have a policy not to deliver additional blankets or pillows, which we needed with our infant. Additionally, we extended our stay but they forgot to extend our code.

Quaint Bungalow in Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was very quaint. Queen bed very comfortable. Has everything you need for a nice stay close to beach. Just walk out door cross street and take private walkway over to beach. If you will be using the upstairs sleeper sofa there is no blinds/curtains on windows. Walk easily to the town center where there are resturants and plenty of food trucks. We also utilized the community gym. Small but has everything you need It's perfect for a couple to get away. Bit pricy but that is Seaside.

Great Location!

Very close to the center of Seaside. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Just know that it is tiny. Once you open your suitcase there isn’t much room to walk around your bed. The only complaint I have is that there were no beach towels. Every beach house I have rented has had them. We flew. Beach towels take up a lot of space in a suitcase. Had to go buy towels.

Cozy house near the beach

My family and I enjoyed the house , it has everything you need for your stay and it was well maintained. Conveniently located, walk 2 minutes and you are at the beach which we enjoyed every day!! A lot of options for food and snacks without driving. We had a great 4th of July weekend!!

Cozy beach cottage

Great property with a perfect location, everything is walkable - the seaside shops, the beach, restaurants. You just park your car and get around easily on foot. It's small and quaint, is perfect for 2 and has everything you need for a comfortable getaway.

Beach Vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location being just a few steps from Tupelo pavilion leading down to the beach and it was an easy walk to the center of town. We did have a few disappointments and concerns about the property itself. As senior adults, we were concerned about there being no grab bars in the shower. In addition, there was a GFI receptacle in the bathroom pulled completely away from the wall just inches from the bathroom sink. Also, the toaster oven on top of the fridge did not work. We tried to relocate it to the counter, however, could not move it. It seemed to be plugged in behind the fridge, but we never got it to work even leaving it on top of the fridge. This was our third stay in this property. Our first was in 2014. Furniture and furnishings have not been updated since our first stay. The sofa just felt dirty. These are probably considered minor issues, however, we paid a premium price to stay at this property and, with a premium price comes high expectations. The price for this property has risen significantly since our last stay in 2019. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations.

Love Seaside no matter where we stay

This is a cute cottage. However, when we arrived parking was tricky. The property address is on Tupelo, but can’t be accessed unless you park on the private drive which is a street over. This wouldn’t have been a big problem except for the fact that I drive a large SUV and there is a terrible layout for parking. If anyone would have been parked next door we would have been stuck because I wouldn’t have been able to get my vehicle out other than to back out onto 30a and cross the pedestrian sidewalk with no visibility (plants/trees/houses). Second, when we arrived, our code did not work on the door. It had to be reset remotely. Then, the code to the beach pavilion gate did not work. They gave me another code, which worked that evening but was not working the following morning. Very inconvenient when you’re carrying beach gear for 3 in 90 degree weather. The last thing I’d have to say is that if you are planning on cooking… it’s probably not a good idea. The kitchen is small, which is to be expected. It is very well stocked, but the smoke detector is only a few feet away and just turning the burner on set it off. No smoke. Scared my kids the few times I tried using it. The oven burned the bottom of biscuits and cinnamon rolls after only 1/2 of the recommended cook time which gave us raw food on the inside and burnt bottoms. I am an avid cook at home, so using kitchen equipment is not something new to me. I would suggest planning on dining out if you stay at this property.
