Great apartment centrally located.

A great apartment at a great price with a great host. Centrally located at 4 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. Plenty of great restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Close to the vaporetto stop. Would highly recommend this place. Gianluca met us at the vaporetto ans walked us to the apartment and showed us all the features and familiarized us with the neighborhood. A great host.

Great place

Great place, nicely situated, updated, clean, comfortable and host was very helpful. He picked us up at the water taxi stop and suggested areas to visit and eat. He communicated with us before our arrival to give us clear instructions on what we needed to do upon arriving in Venice to get to the apartment and again during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely rent this apartment again if I am lucky enough to go back to Venice someday. Thank you Gianluca!

Venice!!

Gianluca was an excellent host-he met us at the Vaporetto stop to accompany us to the apartment. Great location in Venice, very close to the Rialto Bridge. The bedrooms were spacious, two full bathrooms (one is a bit small but fully equipped. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan & floor fan as well as one in the kitchen (no a/c).

Schöne Wohnung mitten in Venedig

Ein moderne, schöne Wohnung einen Steinwurf von der Rialto-Brücke entfernt. Netter und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Bei offenen Fenstern hört man die umliegenden Restaurants, aber das ist in der Lage nicht anders zu erwarten. (Keine Musikbeschallung o.ä., aber die engen Gassen tragen auch das Geräusch klappernder Teller) Eine Empfehlung!

Lovely apartment.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything was exactly as it showed on vrbo. The location was ideal and very close to transportation. The apartment was very clean and communication was excellent. I was given very detailed information on how to get to airport at the end of our stay and it made it super easy and effortless

Gianluca was a terrific host. Apartment was super clean with updated interior. Host even texted the next day to make sure we didn't need anything. Many extras like shampoo, laundry soap, shower soap etc. provided. We'll be back!

Fab location, comfortable apartment

This is an amazing location. Close to everything you want to see, do and eat in Venice. Gianlucca is a wonderful host. He supplied us with a map, treats in the kitchen, recommendations and told us to call/text with any questions. The apartment is comfortable, quiet and there can’t possibly be a better location.

The Perfect Location

This apartment was in the perfect location near the Grand Canal, but in a relatively quiet area. The owner was very helpful, and the apartment was updated and clean. Everything was in good working order. I felt safe walking around the area before and after dark. There are many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice.

Location is great. The water taxi is very close to the apartment and Gianluca met us and escorted us to our place. We didn’t have to cross any bridges with our suitcases which was a plus and the apartment is extremely close to the Rialto bridge. Gianluca is extremely friendly and helpful. I would say the apartment is more like two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a powder room. There is no living room which was ok with us as we were only there for 2 days and always outside exploring.

Enjoyable stay

Our host -Gianluca met us at San Silvestro vaporetto stop (First time in Venice - and it was an easy find from the airport to Piazzalle Roma by bus and to San Silvestro by vaporetto). The apartment is a 2 minute walk from there. Gianluca gave us a brief informative explanation of what we could find in the area and answered all our questions about visiting Venice. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Gianluca was readily available via text messaging if we needed. Very nice location- we would stay here again !!

Incredible Apartment in Venice!

We enjoyed a great stay at Giancarlo’s apartment in Venice. I was traveling alone with my 3 boys (11, 13, 14) and there were comfortable beds for all of us. Great, hot showers and laundry too. Giancarlo met us at the water taxi to walk us to the apartment. Everything was so, so easy! Perfect location in the middle of everything. Great pizza at Antico Forno just steps away. We hope to come back soon. Thank you, Giancarlo!!

Clean modernized apartment situated in a prime location close to Rialto bridge. Owner was very good with coordinating check in and being available during stay since once there you will have more questions than you think. If you are early risers like 0500 no issues but be aware there is a busy restaurant directly underneath that starts deliveries and clean up very early with no way to avoid the chaos you will be awakened. Lastly unit is very small given 2br/2ba with the 2nd bath basically closet size. Good choice based upon location, cleanliness and price.

Great location

Nicely remodeled apartment in a great location. The owner, Gianluca, met us at the bus station and escorted us to the apartment, showed us how everything worked, gave some recommendations on nearby places, and carried our luggage up the stairs. This was the only apartment we rented while in Italy that had ceiling fans in the bedrooms which we loved. We attempted to send a package to the apartment to arrive after we did but it arrived early and was rerouted.Gianluca went above and beyond and tracked the shipment down for us so we would know where to pick it up on our arrival. He kept in contact throughout our stay ensuring all was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend starting here
