Huset ligger nÀra Rialto-bron, i hjÀrtat av staden, i ett av de mest typiska omrÄdena i Venedig. Huset Àr ocksÄ vÀldigt tyst, eftersom det ligger i en liten innergÄrd.

Ca 'San Piero ligger pÄ andra vÄningen: det har underbart naturligt ljus och Àr vÀldigt tyst.
Huset bestÄr av ett vardagsrum dÀr du kan hitta en mycket bekvÀm bÀddsoffa för tvÄ personer och ett litet bibliotek (det finns ocksÄ böcker pÄ franska!); ett vackert rum för tvÄ personer med en stor sÀng och en stor garderob; du kan nÄ det andra sovrummet med en trappa och det finns tvÄ bÀddar. Detta rum Àr mycket charmigt och romantiskt!
Köket Àr mycket vÀlutrustat: det finns nÀstan allt dÀr, Àven diskmaskin.
I badrummet finns en dusch och en tvÀttmaskin.
Vi har precis avslutat restaureringsarbetet, sÄ huset kommer att erbjuda dig alla bekvÀmligheter: luftkonditionering, oberoende vÀrme och internet.

Loved the location! The apartment was close to all of the major sites in Venice and on a quiet side street. The space upstairs was ideal for our young adult daughter. We had everything we needed at this lovely apartment.

Fabulous location , we were met at the Rialto bridge by Tania who was lovely .The apartment is so close to every RT ing but super quiet at night ,’comfortable bed . Good communication , highly recommended for a Venice stay Only 19 steps from Suso

The host was so kind and her husband was as well. The host was as very nice and communicative. The apartment is roomy and with 6 people did not feel crowded at all. It was also clean and in a great location.

We had a great two nights stay at this apartment in Venice. The apartment is exactly as described on the website. It was clean and well stocked. The bedroom was very comfortable and quite dark, which I appreciate since I often have trouble sleeping. It was on a quiet, small courtyard. We were met at the water bus by the host friend who helped us with our luggage on the way to the apartment, which was very kind of her. It’s a short five minute walk from the Rialto water bus stop.The apartment is well located to visit all of the usual tourist locations in Venice. Many good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would happily stay here again.

The perfect location

This accommodation was located very close to the Rialto bridge and waterbus stop making it extremely convenient to tour around. Tucked away off a side street made it less noisy in the evening, great for relaxing. The size of the apartment is perfect for a single family. Everything we needed was available and the welcome book was packed with helpful tips. This is on the third floor, so you will definitely get your steps in!

I really like this apartment. It was pretty big and had about everything. This apartment was tucked away from the busy street so it was quiet.Not a lot of noise which I really appreciate . The host was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.Yet it was still in the center and walking distance to everything. The apartment had mostly all the essentials. Bonus for having a washer. I was only staying there by myself but this apartment can fit about 5 people or more. I didn’t expect much but got more. Location is great!

We had a lovely stay here in Venice. The location was central and the hosts and Ms. Tanja were very flexible with our delayed flight and allowing us to keep our bags in the apartment after check out while we explored the city before our flight home. The property was clean and the perfect amount of space for the three of us. Highly recommend!

Everything was excellent. Communication was great and Ms. Tanja and Samuel did a wonderful job helping us get in to the apartment and offering suggestions. The upstairs was a little tight, but worked well for what we needed. We loved everything about our experience there and the location made everything easily accessible. The owner was very communicative and so helpful in guiding us to the apartment. The three flights of stairs was a little tough, with so much luggage, but there are stairs everywhere in Venice! Our family of 5 fit snuggly, but enjoyed a true Italian stay over another cookie cutter hotel. Great value!

Both central and quiet! A great place to stay, especially if you only have a couple of days!

All sites very walkable, close to the vaporetto, yet very quiet. Tania came to meet us at the taxi station to walk us and gave us a few tips. Highly recommend! Make sure you have exact cash (euros) for tax.
