Country Weekend

The property was just the right location to accommodate an overflow of family who were in town to attend a party. It is convenient to Waco and all things "Magnolia". You have great hosts who are ready to make your stay in a peaceful setting, the best.

Quiet place in the country

Perfect for the 2 of us. Quiet and comfortable. Host was great. Had snacks and water for us as well. I didn’t find and wifi but it’s ok - didn’t need it anyway. It’s not that kind of place. But good tv and lots of sitting areas inside and out. Come here if you want to sit quietly and watch nature.

Beautiful property

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is beautiful. So peaceful and the outdoor area is perfect for evening drinks and morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Country Living

The Cottonseed house will be my choice when we visit the Waco area next time. The house was very well maintained, comfortable and relaxing. My family (5 adults and 1 toddler) were down for the Baylor graduation and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Bill and Cathy were great to deal with! My grandson loved the goldfish pond and the wide open spaces on the property to explore. The only caution I would give to a party of 4 or 6 is the one bathroom, but scheduling bath time should not be a factor for other benefits this location has to offer. Hope this rental is available the next time I am in Waco.

Great Stay!

Perfect and comfortable!

Our weekend stay at Elm Mott was perfect. The house was adorable. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed. We loved relaxing outside. We even played a round of checkers on the big checker board. Lots of fun. We will definitely be back
