We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful.

Perfect house for our family vacation!!

We had a full house with 4 kids and 4 adults but the house had plenty of space so we didnt feel crowded, all of the beds were very comfortable. I do feel like the kitchen could be reworked just for the cupboard space because we didnt have anywhere to put our groceries due to over crowding with extra dishes. The beach is beautiful and we spent most of our time there and the walk was really not bad at all. We love your home and will definitely be booking again soon!

Comfortable stay at the beach

We had a great time. Main house was comfortable; game room was fun, and the hot tub was nice to have at night. Our only minor complaint was that the cleaners went to town with some highly fragrant cleaning material, which didn't smell great and lingered the whole time we were there. So folks with chemical/fragrance allergies may want to check in with the host first.

The Tides Beach House was great!

Clean and plenty of space for our group of 5. Short walk to the beach and ate at the Side door cafe which was excellent. Thanks Dave for the recommendation. The cafe across the street was also nice and convenient.

Highly recommend this place! The owner was very responsive and repaired a few relatively minor things very quickly. Very comfortable property. Great location. We really enjoyed our time here and will be coming back!

Awesome vacation

This was the perfect place to stay. Stayed with my Grandkids, their parents and my Goldendoddle. We all loved the house in every way. The HOA was quite, friendly, and safe. The beach was the best. Even the weather was perfect the entire time

Wonderful for families

This is a wonderful accommodation for those seeking a family gathering. A wonderful coffee shop directly across the street. Plenty of comfortable beds and baths. The hot tub is private and the home has plenty of seating, albeit the couch has seen better days. Kitchen well-equipped. The game room a big hit with the grands. The beach is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes. And what a wonderful beach it is.

This was the perfect place for our stay. My husband and I and our son and his family. Our grandsons loved the game room and the youngest ones favorite thing was the hot tub. We just enjoyed our time together. Very comfortable and the perfect set up for us with the room over the garage and then the 3 bedrooms in the main house. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Wish we could make this a yearly thing

Perfect beach spot

This is the cutest house and they have made the most of the space! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party and there was ample space to stretch out. The kids loved the game room! We enjoyed the hot tub and bbq grill as well. Everything was provided, from towels and bedding, to toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and garbage bags. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to either Lincoln City or Depoe Bay/ Newport. This is our new favorite- we also loved the Cafe across the street.

Great communication, pet friendly, easy access, clean and ready to go upon arrival. Very quiet, well maintained neighborhood. Easy walk to beach access stairs. Convenient grocery store short drive away. Main house has everything you need. If important to you, game/activity room shown is in unheated space with small TV. We were disappointed in the access to the beach. It was more than stated distance. The stairs were very steep for one of us who is over 70. The mold smells in the cottage was overwhelming. This should be taken care of. Mold is mold.

Family Beach Birthday

The house is absolutely charming, cozy, and immaculate. Beds were very comfy, as was living room couch. Most everything was labeled nicely and laminated info sheets were very helpful. Kitchen was generally well stocked. Showers had great water pressure. Fireplace was nice and heated up main living area well. Lovely front porch. Awesome hot tub, well worth $35 fee. Loved the string lights above it. Neighborhood is charming as well, very dog friendly, and so much fun to wander about. Short walk to our new favorite beach! A few things we suggest
Provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and washcloths in the carriage house. Stock more silverware, especially spoons. Tighten the griddle handle. Label the hot tub key. Add blinds to the kitchen window. Repair broken slat in fence next to hot tub. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was great for the price! The hot tub is awesome, felt great after being at the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, close walk to the beach. The ONLY negative was the odor in the carriage house. If I owned the property I would invest in making that room nicer, both the bedroom and game room. The amenities are nice and the customer service was 10/10.

Beautiful spot

Loved the neighborhood, house and property. Hot tub was in great condition and clean. Beds were comfy. Front and backyard space were lovely. Across from crepe cafe and block from a neighborhood playground. The beach is just a short walk. Spotted seals swimming each day :)

Family weekend

My husband with our kids and significant others started the weekend here. We had an amazing time. I do give warning that the master bath steam from the shower can set off the smoke detector in the Master bedroom
 Whoops! So please open the window to help resolve this issue. Having the little bistro across the street is awesome and the food and coffee is great! The extra parking was needed and that was just right next to the house so that made it great. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is set at 104 which was a bit too hot for us but we just took the top off for a bit before we got in to let that cool down before getting in. We would definitely rent this again! The King Family

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We spend the greater part of our kids summer vacations roaming around the states. Oregon coast has always had a magnetic pull for us. The land so clean and green. Last summer we found this wonderful gem of a home and the wonderful community around. This house called our name and we could not say no. The perfect layout and location.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You are located just steps from the sand and yet close to the majority of great things to do in town. The house has one of the best yards, super spacious and secluded as well the interior is ample in size and layout. The big bonus is the carriage house above the garage. Best place for your extra guest.
