Close and convenient beach access

Condo complex is across the street from the beach and has its own boardwalk across the dunes. The complex also has a pool. Kitchen had everything we needed, comfy bed and couch. Small issue with electronic door lock but communication with Vacasa had the issue quickly resolved. This unit has 2 balconies with one view of the bay and one view of the beach. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the off season after spring break. It was very quiet and comfortable. The locals and owners were very plesent and friendly. Access to little lagoon and the beach is a bonus. The price was better than staying in a motel. I would definitely stay again.

Just As Describe

Wonderful stay. Such a quick walk across the street for the beach. The sofa bed pulled out and slept well—was also enough room in living room to blow up an air mattress for my kids. The two balconies were nice, one you can see the lagoon and the other you could see the ocean.

Gulf Shores condo

The unit was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed , and then some, for our stay. We had a couple of minor things when we first arrived but they were dealt with promptly Would definitely rent again.

Nice and cozy

We loved everything about our stay. It was nice having 2 balconies. Bed was very comfortable. The condo is a perfect lil setup. The lagoon was our favorite. Sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from it. We will definitely go back and we have friends and family interested in staying there. Thanks you to all who made our time there wonderful.

Convenient location

We really liked the condo. It was a great view with the balcony being beach view. It was a short walk to beach across parking lot. All new furniture and appliances. Pull out couch very comfortable. Nice decor, not crowded at the beach, nice big washer/dryer. Great stay for 2 people. Other than a few maintenance issues-that needed to be handled with Vacasa-we had a nice visit.

Deceived

This truly was the worst condo that I’ve ever stayed at. I did call and they were going to come re-clean but it was the broken door on the living room floor,the broken locks on front door and balcony door. The broken screen door hanging sideways. The blood on the toilet seat upon arrival the mold on the shower curtain. The dusty ceiling fans the stained pillows and trash under the pull out bed that had me disgusted. The black marks all thru out the condo this was not just a cleaning issues it was an up keep issue. The broom to sweep that was provided was disgusting. The spare closet looked like someone just threw everything in there. Sheets were next to the nasty black mop and broom in the closet. F

Perfect View Condo

I adored everything about this condo. The balcony’s were my favorite have one on both the living room side and one in the bedroom to have the view of the lagoon. The condo was very clean and updated with very nice tv in the bedroom as well as one in the living room for music or weather updates. We enjoyed the island/ dinning nook to sit and eat our meals while we at during our stay. The linens were cleaned and it had everything we needed there. I will rent this unit again and tell others about this perfect little condo.

Overall Great

This property is as described, it’s a wonderful location; and very nice for the overall price! I would definitely recommend it. The pool was an amazing feature, the only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that upon arrival we noticed the main balcony door was left open by housekeeping and would not remain latched without a hard shove. Since the door was left open; there was a large amount of fruit flies that we had to become friendly with. Also, the balcony door wouldn’t lock, so that should be fixed! Also be prepared to fight for a spot on the beach, as the resorts piece of the beach is absolutely tiny!

Excellent stay.

Condo was exactly what the pictures showed. Only bad thing, the door to the washer and dryer fell off the track and almost hit one of the kids when it was opened. Just be careful opening them if it doesn’t get fixed. Other than that, it was a great stay. We had a great time.

Perfect Spot

We had a fantastic stay. Condo was very clean and cute! Bed was to die for. View of Lagoon from bedroom balcony which was about 75ft away, and view of Gulf right across from living room balcony. Perfect spot to vacation. We will be back.

Great Easy Getaway

Accurate to pictures and convenient location! We enjoyed a vacation spot set back from the spring break-ers and the hustle of the main strip. The private beach was an easy walk across the two-lane road. We really enjoyed the quiet community and never had to wait for pool or hot tub access. The facility is a little outdated but great for the price and worth the booking! We will be back! Renting was easy and efficient. The host was clear and quick in communication. The rental was unlocked when we arrived but once we figured out the lock we felt very secure. The elevator in building “A” was broken but the location of this rental right by the stairs made unloading easy! Overall, rental and beach access not super handicap accessible but manageable if elevator was working. Rental did not provide dish towels and with just two of us we had to do dishes each night to have utensils for the next day. Overall, we had most things we needed! Good space for a couple or a few friends!
