Höra havet när du sover medan havsbrisen uppdaterar dig. Detta 1150 kvm ft enheten har uppdaterats med keramiska plattor golv, Berber matta och en lönn kök. Ett fullt utrustat kök och 3 TV-apparater (alla med kabel service) får dig att känna dig som hemma. Du kan surfa från den privata 32 'balkong med fri hög hastighet Wi-Fi. Vackra rataan möbler och en nautisk tema förstärka enheten. Vissa badrumsrenovering slutfördes 2016. Nya matrasser köptes 2016. En ny skjutdörrdörr installerades 2017 och nya vardagsrumsmöbler år 2018. En uppvärmd pool garanterar året runt komfort. Vi ber bara en fyra natten minimum maj-december, exklusive semester veckor och sju natten minst under högsäsong. Holiday veckor kräver en 7 natt minimum. Ta din semester när du vill! Excellent location

The condo was exactly as described & had the best sunsets. Plenty of food places to walk to then "home" for sitting on the balcony for sunset most nights. Joyce was excellent to work with & answered my few questions quickly. Loved having the beach stuff in the balcony closet & so easy to get setup on the beach. Will definitely be back to this place again in the future & have already recommended to several friends. Thank you Joyce for sharing your condo with us!

The condo had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. We could drive to Johns Pass, sit on the balcony and watch dolphins, or drive to Clearwater.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We are from Iowa and this is the 2nd time in a year that we stayed at this property. Ǐt is great in so many ways. All of the people we encountered, including owner, property manager, workers and other guests were very friendly. The unit was perfect as well as the location. We feel safe, it is very convenient. Can’t wait to go back!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The 4 of us had a blast. The location is convenient to a lot of things to do. The beachfront view was spectacular. Joyce was very easy to work with and was easy to get a hold of during our stay. Most definitely would recommend staying here.

Great Poperty! Family friendly!

Wonderful experience. This condo was very clean! Had all the necessary tools for a fun filled family vacation. The beach view was incredible. The owner responded fast and accommodated my request for a little later check because of our flight!

The View

This condo is all about the view! The bed was hard, but that small detail melted away when you were engrossed by the sounds of the waves as you enjoyed your morning coffee on the patio. The owner and manager were awesome. Would recommend to anyone that needs to get away!

Watched sunsets from the large balcony every evening.

We had a wonderful stay. This unit was in a great location. The beach was not crowded at all. The unit had beach chairs and umbrella to use! It was clean and stocked with everything in the kitchen anyone would need. Loved the 4 glass doors/panels that had a beautiful view of the ocean. The large balcony has comfy furniture to watch the sunsets. Would definitely stay again.

Great Time!

We had beautiful weather and clear water, perfect for swimming. Really enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the balcony watching all the beach things! The keys required some jiggling to make them work, but we found some WD40, and that helped some! I think a few more keys(we only had 2) or maybe the newer code entry would be good. I would stay there again!

Everything was perfect

This place cannot get closer to the ocean. We spent so much time on the balcony listening to the waves, “working” remotely. The condo was well stocked, well maintained, check in process was easily communicated and it was very spacious 2 bedroom (3 bed) 2 bathroom place. Would recommend 100/100 times and will rent again when we come back!

I've been visiting the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area for 20 years and have stayed all over. Once I stayed at Holiday Villas II in 2002, I never stayed anywhere else. In 2006 I decided since I keep coming back there time and time again, I should just purchase my own condo.

Our building has one of the largest pools of other condo complexes in the area. We have tables with umbrellas and more than 50 chairs and loungers around the pool. The pool is heated to 86 degrees for year round comfort.
