Wonderful Semi detached 3 story house , location was perfect to walk to beach , park opposite and a gated public pool were wonderful. Rear garden area with jetty over sea to watch sunset / sunrise , my children fished , we also watched the manatees and saw dolphins . Inside the house had everything we needed , was spacious and clean . We originally looked at suites in One of the hotels , this place gave us much more space and flexibility. Was present for our family stay

Beach Break

The area was excellent for us and the actual property was great, with the back garden having a small jetty to one of the small bays.The property has been effected by a previous hurricane, with facas boards missing along with a few missing fence panels.The property owner had made us aware that his cleaners had let him down & he had tried to clean the house, however unfortunately my wife had to do some further cleaning when we arrived. The people in the area are so friendly and helpful making the stay really welcoming.

Nice Stay but profile needs updated.

Pros - clean and spacious. Communication with owner was great. Cons - profile was not accurate as there was supposed to be two bikes but only one and it was broken, broken elliptical to work out with, issues with electric (including garage door did not work), and termites everywhere in child’s room. Youngest child refused to sleep in the room. House is nice but in need of some updating.

Perfect family spot

As other raters have mentioned, this house has a bunch of stairs, so beware if that is an issue for you. Otherwise though, we found this spot to be perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 6-9). The pictures don’t show what McKay park looks like now, but it is a WONDERFUL park with pickleball courts. The house came with paddles, and the kids and I had a blast on the courts, as well as the playground! Walkable to a bunch of restaurants. Just a street over from the beach. The house was comfortable and well-appointed. Wish we had planned to stay longer!

Perfect Location!

The house is bright and spacious, and was more than enough room for 5 adults. Being on the water meant a beautiful view, especially sunrise, and there was always a cool breeze. It's close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood...perfect!

Nice getaway with the family

We have a young family (kids ages 9, 7, 4, and 3) and the house had everything we needed to live comfortably. Loved the beach toys, stroller and wagon for walking, everything was clean and neat. Would stay there again!

Total relaxation

2 blocks from the beach, but the dock and back of the property is a hidden gem. You can relax there if you get a little to much sun It's the perfect place for Clearwater Beach

Lovely well kept home in perfect location with bay access for boating, paddle boarding and/or kayaking. Close to the beach and town. Excellent management communications. Recommended.

Relaxing Getaway

My family enjoyed a relaxing and fulfilling week in Clearwater Beach. The house was perfect for our needs, and in close proximity to all we wanted to do. We walked to the beach every morning, and were able to easily drive to Clearwater, St. Pete, Tampa and Dunedin to enjoy spring training baseball and the beautiful Florida weather. It was a great getaway from the cold and snow we've had in the north!

Short walk to the beach

Very nice, with access to dock on the canal. Lots of extras including beach wagon, cooler, chairs, bikes, and bbq grill. The property is split up and has several stairs which could make it difficult or elderly renters.

Wonderful Property!!

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach yet very convenient and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. House was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The property manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony or dock. We even saw a dolphin playing there one day. I highly recommend this property.

Great proximity to Clearwater Beach

Property was comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Kitchen is sparse so you need to bring everything for cooking except very basic pots and pans (no pantry items either). There are a lot of stairs in the house and the backyard opens up directly to the water so it’s not the best for a toddler but it’s easy to walk to the park and other amenities.

A spacious, quiet, beautiful North Clearwater Beach Getaway

This was a great size home for four adults. We loved the different levels and space to relax. The bay outback was a nice area to sit and enjoy the view. The house has two decks so no matter what time of day it is you can enjoy sun or shade. Having the washer and dryer was a great benefit! We used the beach equipment every day . It is in a quiet area and an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. If stairs are difficult for you to manage this is not a home for you to rent.
