Studio ombyggd med ett rymligt pentry, inbyggd i elektrisk kokplatta och vanligt kylskåp. Hela enheten färdig med stengolv, massor av lagring och "glatt" tak för ett rent modernt utseende. Och njut av den väggmonterade plattskärms-TV-enheten från king size-sängen!
Grannskapet:
Waikiki Grand Hotel ligger tvärs över gatan från en liten brygga, havet och zoo. Det här slutet av Waikiki har den största och bästa stranden i remsan.

Kapiolani Park och Waikiki Aquarium ligger några minuters promenad, 5 minuter eller mindre.
Att komma runt:
• Parkeringsinfo. Det finns ingen parkering i denna lägenhet. Byggnad parkering är $ 17 per dag - ring Waikiki Grand Hotel reservera en plats.

• Du kan parkera gratis runt Kapiolani Park, som ligger ca 5 minuters promenad. Parkering ligger på "Paki Street" -sidan av parken och längs Monsarrat St. Kapiolani Park har kostnadsfri parkering från kl. 18.00-10.00 dagligen och hela dagen på söndagar.

• På andra sidan gatan kan du parkera i djurparken för endast $ 1 per timme. Detta kan vara det billigaste alternativet eftersom du bara betalar för vad du behöver.

• Om du väljer att inte hyra bil, finns det flera busslinjer bara några steg bort. Uber eller Lyft finns också tillgängligt. Jag rekommenderar endast att hyra bil på dagar du planerar att gå North Shore. Allt annat är gångavstånd eller lättillgänglig med buss vilket är ett av de bästa systemen i USA.

I can get past the Home Depot bucket in the corner by the AC unit. What I can’t get past is you stocked a room for my 30 day stay as if I were staying for 5. The countless emails to get an extra set of sheets and a few more towels spanning 5 days and 2 different deliveries could have been avoided if you put a little thought into your rentals. Once that was straightened out, how can you go wrong visiting such a beautiful place and best location! In the end, it’s all good. Mahalo.

This location is absolutely beautiful and walking distance to many activities. Also near bus stop to get to all parts of the island or paid parking areas if have a car. I enjoyed my stay immensely, waking up to the view of the beach and Diamond Head was amazing! Thank you!

Great location

The room was exactly like the pictures and the customer service communication with the property manager was exceptional. We did have a few hiccups during our stay but overall it’s a beautiful view from the room and perfect location.

The host and hotel communicated extremely well—from the time I booked, to arrival, and even when we had a few questions after check-in. Both were great to work with.The unit was in a fantastic location just a few steps from the beach. The room layout worked well, and we were able to prep most of our meals in the room before heading out for the day. The large refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave were perfect for that.My only complaint—also noted in other reviews—is the air conditioner. It cooled the room effectively, but it leaked constantly. One day it soaked our bags and clothes that were near the window, which was very disappointing. Water ran across the floor and pooled near the sitting ledge. This really needs to be addressed.I would recommend this unit if the air-conditioning issue is fixed.

Beautiful views, best beach!

We loved being on the edge of Waikiki, with the views of ocean, zoo, and Dimond Head. The protected calm beach next to the pier was perfect for us, and the beach chairs saved us each the cost of renting for $10 per hour! We also enjoyed the 10th floor patio and meeting some of the year round residents.

air conditioner not working well, and then it finally spilled over water onto the floor, which we had to clean up, and we were given a lovely large Home Depot bucket for the water to drain in for the remainder of our stay. we noticed all the chords under the bed. This place has not been maintained poorly..to a set of false eyelashes and tangled in my supposedly clean comforter, to the visit of little cockroaches, to the TV not working until the last 3 days of our 10 day stay. They had to bring in a whole new TV. This room looked super cute in the picture, but there has been a failure to maintain anything in the room. The refrigerator was nice and cold, however. Also forgot to mention that there was a bar three stories below that had the most god-awful thumping house music you’ve ever heard. There were two nights, however, that they were closed and we were grateful for this. We would have left had the location not been good and we had already planned out our activities..

The South location made it easier to get out of Waikiki which I know can be a headache. It was overall an incredible experience and the room was very comfortable at night and during the day. It was helpful to see the vacuum against the wall as you can imagine a lot of sand gets into the room. I think I would stay here again.

Basic no-frills studio

A great location near the beach and basic nearby services. Everything worked fine, tv requires streaming accounts so couldn't even watch local news. Our main complaint was there is no table or chairs to eat -- however, it wasn't advertised as having so our bad for not noticing. Even tv trays would have been helpful. Host was prompt with any messaging.

Solid Option for Waikiki Beach

Overall our stay was good. The feel of the room and building is more casual, sort of a beach feel, which I suppose is appropriate for the setting. I had the impression from the listing that it was going to be a more upscale property. The location is not 15 steps as indicated in the listing, instead a long block away but still convenient to Waikiki Beach. Free parking is easily available on the street. Anyone considering a stay should understand that Waikiki Beach is a busy, noisy place, which can disrupt sleep, so just be aware of that when booking. There appear to be less expensive options with a city view, which could be a better value. Having a partial ocean view without a balcony is not really worth a premium when spending time mostly out and about.

The best location of Waikiki. This unit has no double pane windows so you hear street noise and the bar tel 1:30 am. A real nightmare. Motorcycles are all the time… unit was adequate.

The AC unit had its condinsation tube draining into a bucket under the cabinet that overflowed into the room there was only one small carpet in the unit..old pots and pans and there was no table at all in the unitI would not recommend this room at all ..its gets a 3 out of 10 only for the view
