Anläggningen har många aktiviteter året runt på anläggningen inklusive skidåkning från lägenhetsdörren på Granby Ranch, vandring, cykling, golf, uppvärmd inomhus- / utomhuspool, fyra badtunnor, tennis- och racquetballbanor, träningsrum och restaurang, sommarkörning skidlift för mountainbike och mycket roligare säsongsaktiviteter.

Dessa lägenheter är ett utmärkt läge med Granby Ranch Grill med Happy Hour bara en kort promenad bort. På sommaren finns det underhållning utanför medan du ser cyklisterna komma ner på Granby Ranch Ski Mountain Trail. På vintern har de sociala aktiviteter inklusive marshmallows vid elden och nattskidåkning. Det finns också en liten pool och lekplats och en grill precis utanför lägenheten som ligger inom sikten av verandan som är öppen på sommaren.

Granby är en söt liten stad med fantastiska restauranger, kyrkor och City Market (King Sooper). The Ranch ligger nära många andra populära destinationer. Några av dessa är: Winter Park (20 minuter), Grand Lakes (30 minuter), Rocky Mountain National Park (35 minuter), Hot Sulphur Springs (12 minuter, en av de bästa naturliga varma källorna). Du kan bara inte slå möjligheterna för nöje och äventyr i detta område. Golfare kommer att älska de lokala banorna, Pole Creek, Grand Elk, Grand Lake och Granby Ranch är alla 5-30 minuter. bort.

Definitely rent this condo!

I don't think we could have found a better location of ski-in/ski-out! So easy to hit the slopes in the morning and go back to the condo for a quick lunch. And the view from the living room is so pretty! Lots of room and we enjoyed the big table for games in the evenings. I made quite a few meals in the kitchen and it was fully stocked for all our needs. I would definitely rent this condo again if we make it back to Granby in the future.

Cozy Ski Condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very cozy and comfortable for two couples and kids. The location at Grandby was amazing. We had never been at ski in and ski out and this was fantastic! We would definitely come back here!

Lovely home away from home right on the slopes

This home had everything you could ever want while being on the slopes all day. There were so many little touches that we loved from the extra blankets that made sitting in front of the fireplace extra cozy, the beds were very comfortable, tons of games to play with the family and a kitchen very well stocked with spices, pots and pans of all sizes and condiments in the fridge. The location was truly perfect. Walk outside of the condo and you are near the base lodge. We look forward to staying again.

Best host and great place

We had two families stay at this condo, and it was great accommodations. There was plenty of room and it was located perfectly on mountain… I can not say enough about the host, Jane was amazing to work with, she called on day of arrival to make sure everything was set and gave specific details about condo. They had extra items in condo available to use that most places you are expected to buy before you come.(spices, condiments, extra paper goods..). The one thing that was a challenge was skiing down to base camp, if you are a beginner it is a little steep…overall the whole crew gave it 5 stars… they had so much fun…. If you are looking for an amazing place to ski in/ski out..look no more…

Skiing condo perfection!

The owners were fabulous to work with. We were displaced due to the recent CO wildfire and they were so helpful as we tried to decide if we would go to the mountains or not. We loved the space and great views in this condo. Also, the accessibility to Granby Ranch ski hill was perfect for us! Our kids loved the many beds to choose from and the entertaining puzzles and such! The condo was well equipt with all of the cooking tools we needed. Thanks so much for your flexibility and ease of use with the condo! Thanks again!

Great ski-in/ski-out condo!

Like others said, it was a very well stocked kitchen. We ate most of our meals from the condo and had all the plates, pots, pans, spices, etc. we needed. There was plenty of room for two families – two bedrooms and a loft that could sleep 4-6. They also had two blowup mattresses. We were pleasantly surprised to see the condo was truly “ski-in/ski-out”. There were two rows of mountainside condos and this place was at the end of the higher parking lot. You can see the Quick Draw Express lift from the front door. From the parking lot, it’s maybe 50 yards to Ballroom run and just a straight shot to the lift. From any ski run off the main lift, you can ski down any blue run or traverse across from the green runs right to the walkway of the condos. The stairs were not as bad as we were expecting. If you have first time skiers like we did, they weren’t able to ski back to the condo until the second day. After that, it was easy. Overall, great experience for our first family ski trip. Jane always answered the phone if we needed anything.

Best snow in years

Walk to ski in/out from condo. Very well stocked with kitchenware, towels, etc. We spent three days skiing at Granby Ranch. The boys went to Winter Park one day while I took the girls snowmobiling to the Continental Divide. My Granddaughter said this was the best trip ever. The owners were easy to contact and timely responses to questions.

Great summer vacation spot

Stayed here with my family for a week and it worked out perfectly being able to drive less than an hour to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand lake was always a nice spot to visit with a lot to do in the little town. We had everything we needed in the rental and had a great time overall.

Friendly and welcoming

It was a great space for our family! Our only request would be extra towels and washcloths. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 preschoolers and an infant, and had just 8 towels. Otherwise, it was wonderful, very welcoming!

PERFECT... location, accommodations, amenities... PERFECT

Booked unit for a family ski trip, got WAY more than I expected... came home with a great family memory.... Thanks to the condo set-up, the owner, and... Mother Nature.... got to experience a high country snow storm, and man did it not disappoint. Watching the snow come down and pile up, the view out of the main room windows kept us enthralled all day... A big THANKS to the owners for the use of their unit. Absolutely will request to book again.

Fantastic and well stocked condo!

Jane was wonderful to work with, her condo was beautiful and well-stocked. The price was amazing for all that is provided in the condo! Jane was very attentive and fast to respond to questions. Beautiful mountain view condo steps from the ski slopes!!!

Jane was wonderful to work with and made sure the condo had everything we needed. We stayed over Christmas and she even put up a tree for us! The condo was clean, warm, had beautiful Mountain View’s and was well stocked. It was steps from the ski slope and truly a wonderful place to stay!
