Other things to note
We are NOT on the first floor.
There are stairs both UP and DOWN required to access the condo. All condos at Mountainside require stairs to access them, even the ground level condos.
The photos of scenery are in the area but you'll need to exit to condo to enjoy them.
Our Condo is in excellent shape and one of the nicest units in the area.
Zero tolerance policy on smoking in the condo or balcony. Our HOA will catch and fine you, you agree to pay HOA fines if you break the rules. There are designated smoking sheds around the building, this is the only place smoking is allowed. Strict HOA policy, please respect our place.
The fireplace glass is VERY HOT. Do not touch it and be careful so your children do not touch it.
We have a SHARP check out time of 10AM - no exceptions. We must do this because of the cleaning crew time needs.
Check in at 3PM or ANYTIME after - Check out is a SHARP 10AM or earlier - late check out can't be offered. Cleaning crew may arrive at 10AM on day of check out and enter the unit, please be respectful of this time and plan accordingly.
Free pool outside during the warm summer months only, typically opens toward the end of May. Hot Tubs are available at The Silver Creek Inn, however this requires a short drive and a cost of approximately $10 per person/day paid to their front desk. They will not provide extra towels.
For winter guests - Ski in/out requires a short walk
