The host was absolutely amazing!! The host always checked in to see if we needed anything. The location is amazing, walking distance to the steps into Santa Monica Canyon, a beautiful neighborhood, the beach, the ocean cliff park and to Montana stores and restaurants. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept better there than at home. There is no street noise from San Vicente in case you are worried, it was soundproofed. We would definitely go back again.

Great weekend trip

We came to visit my dad who lives in LA but decided to stay in Santa Monica to be near the beach. Natalie (the owner) is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We travelled with our adult son and although it’s a pretty small place, it was a perfect little get away location that had enough room for all of us. We will be back!

Perfect location and quiet stay

The rental was 30 minutes from almost all of our planned excursions, and very close to the Santa Monica Pier and Montana Avenue eateries. Natalie greeted me and my 11 year old child on arrival, settling us in to the very clean and quiet guest house. We used both the king bed and the twin pullout couch bed, and both were comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend making this your LA home base.

Great place in Santa Monica

Natalie was an awesome host with great communication from our initial contact to check out. The unit is comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the private deck and yard area. It is an easy walk through a nice neighborhood to Montana Avenue or the park along Ocean Avenue.

Comfy, cozy room.

My daughter and I liked this place a lot. The bed was SO comfortable, its soft and luxurious and I was very well rested. The shower pressure is amazing. Parking was super simple and right out front. I walked over to the Santa Monica Stairs every morning and got some exercise in! We would definitely stay again. Super close to everything we wanted to explore in LA!

Just what we needed

Natalie's home was such a wonderful find. The home itself is spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. She added all sorts of extra touches that made our stay extra special. Cozy getaway

This cute little private guest apartment is perfect! It's difficult to get a rental in Santa Monica but with owners like Natalie, vacation planning becomes easy! The location was wonderful and the rental is spotless. Natalie has thought of everything and is available any time to help you out.
