Great small cabin for our anniversary trip with amazing views of the ocean with daily whale sightings! The hot tub looking out over the water was the cherry on top!

Lovely rustic/nostalgic property with some nice updates like the bathroom and the hot tub. Stunning panoramic ocean view with privacy hedges on both sides that made the property worth every penny. Note that there’s no oven, but there is a stove top and microwave, and the mini fridge was big enough for our takeout and drinks. There is no washer/dryer but there were about 6 towels which was enough for the hot tub and our showers.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great views and walkable to downtown. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch watching for whales. The house was clean and easy to access. We definitely will be back!

This was the third time staying at this house. We arrived to a clean, fresh home. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies. The hot tub was clean and refreshing. We were able to keep our eyes out for the whales while relaxing! Food was a short walk away with plenty of choices: Mexican, Thai, Seafood, a quick bite! Although there was never a need to contact the host the host was easily accessible by text message. the highlight of our trip was seeing 37 whale spouts from our patio! We would stay here again!

Great location, quaint property. Only need to know is there is no dishwasher and no washer/dryer so if you use the hot tub you need to hang wets in the shower stall unless you drive into Newport and go to the laundry mat. Microwave and stove top cooking only and small fridge. You can make light meals. View is fantastic and easy access to and from the highway. This is run by a rental company not an owner, they have easy communication methods.

Such a nice cozy cottage just steps away from downtown area and harbor entrance. Love to sit in the hot tub and watch the vessels leave and return. Incredible sunsets, and on our previous trip, took lots of video of whales just yards from the shore.

Hot tub was ok. One of the jets didnt work and hot tub needed service. Lock is inoperable. The cottage is great although a little dated...but the VIEW IS AMAZING. We really enjoyed our stay. Did i mention the VIEW IS SOOOOOO GOOD.

This was an awesome house with view to die for! My only issue was we didn't see any whales. The driveway is pretty steep and narrow for our big truck, but we managed.We stayed an extra night and would stay again in a hearbeat

The views were incredible, hearing the ocean the whole time was so relaxing - great place to decompress. The hot tub was a nice touch and was clean and easy operate as well.
