Amazing family vaca! Condo worked great for 8 adults and 5 children. Balcony was wonderful!Large, corner unit with spectacular views. The 3 secondary bedrooms could have dressers or additional storage for clothing etc. for a week’s stay. The dryer needs replacing. The patio door is extremely difficult to open/close. Loved the beach and water minus the jellyfish. Kids loved the pool and lazy river. We were able to see the turtle migration and the Sturgeon moon!

Perfect for my family had a few issues with some plumbing drains in bathroom sink and bathtub in master drained poorly and also dryer vent had to be blown out due to taking long to dry clothes and main issue were the flooring it was black on the floors which was on the bottom of socks and bare feet but I loved the amount of room my family had

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is the highlight of this condo! The front desk staff was polite and helpful during our stay and especially when we had a dead car battery the morning of checkout. The layout of the rooms was as described with adequate dishes in kitchen but only 5 small teaspoons for a condo that sleeps soooo many people. It also needed a better cleaning (puzzle pieces and playing cards easily visible under edges of furniture and dusting of lamps over the breakfast bar and decorations in bathroom covered in fuzzy dust. There was melted icecream (I think) dripped in the freezer. The bathroom has 2 sinks but they only supply one hand towel??? The major complaint was the pool security guard's attitude and the way that he talked to me. There is a right way and a wrong way of talking to the public and to seniors especially. He was disrespectful. Later several other guests stopped me to comment on his behavior.

Family Beach Trip

We are a family of 10 and wanted to all stay together. This condo was the perfect size giving everyone their own private space and bathrooms . The decor was perfect for being at the beach . We especially liked the spacious size of the balcony .

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the location-close to everything and the beach was wonderful! There wasn't a pool outside really other than part of the lazy river, so I think that area is mostly for children, including the hot tub as well. My only complaint was how dirty everything was...it was obvious that showers had not been touched nor the ice machines or even floors. The beds looked like they had been cleaned at least. I received all kinds of emails before my stay, but when I sent the email about the room being dirty, while we were there, I have yet to get a response and I waited a few weeks just for good measure, so just beware that this could happen to you if you come. We loved it other than this and wouldn't keep us from going back, but would upset some so wanted to put it out there!

One Bathroom toilet was hard to flush and the master bath toilet seat was broken. Bedding was a little dirty in one room. Not the sheets, the decorative comforter and shams. Very small fixes, but otherwise a Great Unit and Great Location!

Filthy floors!

This condo was spacious and well decorated. The floor was filthy. Within 10 minutes of our arrival, the children’s bare feet were black from walking on the floor. We reached out to the host to have someone come wet mop the floor and our message was ignored. I spent much of my time sweeping the entire condo, but it desperately needed to be mopped. Some light bulbs were burnt out and the dryer needs to be checked. There is an obvious problem with it. The dryer took hours to dry a small load of clothes. I would have loved to give a better review but, cleanliness means everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 3 daughters , 3 son in laws and 5 grandkids all stayed for 7 days . This was the absolute perfect location for us . When the baby’s napped we could watch our clan from the balcony and still feel included . It is walkable to anything you need - but you still feel lost in the beach atmosphere. One thing that definitely could be fixed to help the stay go smoother is the dryer . With all of the towels being washed and dried this process seemed to take forever . It normally took 2 and half long dryer cycles to dry one load - even the smallest of loads .

The crockpot did not work and needed a few kitchen staples like a strainer and extra flat wear,ect.Just be sure to take this in account if you plan to cook or eat in.The amenities were lovely and kept clean. And my kids love both the indoor and outdoor pools! And so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores as well.

Yes, the condo is able to be walked into from the parking garage, just remember that you'll need to drive up 6 levels round and round to get there. The lazy river was nice, but the water temperature was cold. The beach was a very easy walk and the indoor pool and hot tubs were great. The kitchen could use a couple more pots and pans. Most of the non stick pans were scratched and we avoided using them. The dryer took a long time to dry our clothes. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this condo to others.

Spring Break 2024

Wonderful property, location, and people! Walking distance to several restaurants and some shopping. Parasailing and Dolphin cruise. Beach is amazing! Property was clean and accurate with listing - wonderful views.

Great place/ couple of adjustments

Great stay. Couple things to adjust. Dryer takes a long time to dry clothes, and even longer for beach towels. Crock pot works but then would turn off, tried multiple outlets in kitchen. Whining fog horn sound in the plumbing anytime water is turned on.

We have more than enough room for our family to move around in the unit, play games and enjoy the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. The description of the unit was accurate and the location was great. The unit was clean and welll maintained. Good customer service from the property manager as information was provided in great detail. The amenities was great, the tennis court to the pools and of course the beach. I have stayed at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 times before and never been disappointed of the property. I love staying at this property and this unit. I have and would recommend to my family and friends to stay at POB.
