Alabama vacation

Our 2 families had a great time! The place was amazing with excellent views. We made good use of the kitchen as we had multiple meals that we cooked and had all the necessary equipment. We never felt cramped. The balcony had comfortable seating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Loving it

It was great. We were all alone at the end of hall. No wait for elevators. Used all the community spaces. Pool lazy river, grills and tables and of course the access to the beach.

Penthouse Phoenix Orange Beach

We were late getting there because of traffic so everyone from the front desk was already gone. The next morning when we went to get the parking passes, the lady working the desk was late. Then she was rude to everyone because there was a line when she got there. As for the condition of the condo Everything was good for us. Loved the location. I thought the bed was hard as a rock, but everyone else said theirs were good. Overall I would rent it again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex was very clean and neat, checking in and out is easy. All cooking utensils are provided but you’ll need a lot of nonstick spray. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance great location. The condo itself was very clean. Parking is very easy and I like that the cars are covered in case you get any storms with hail. To me the mattresses felt cheap but adequate. We always bring our own Apple TV so entertainment wasn’t an issue. Maybe it’s just me but for a complex that size I would think they would have a volleyball net on the beach for active or younger people to use And they did not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condos location is awesome! Lots of restaurants and shops, ice cream and mini golf all within walking distance. Our kids loved this! The condo building is nice, kinda weird there is no outdoor pool, Just the lazy river, but we enjoyed floating in that on days the beach was too windy. Workout room is adequate.The condo’s views are amazing! The top floor made the balcony a favorite location! We felt it was a comfortable space for 11 people but not enough comfortable seating in the main areas for that many. The kitchen was the most disappointing kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental! No potholders! Only 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen dishcloth! No adequate pans for cooking multiple things. It was frustrating! The ice machine is an amazing thing to have, however the one in the fridge which made “harder” ice cubes was broken. The cleanliness was not the best and the furniture is definitely tired. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this building!

The condo was smaller than anticipated. a few problems arose: the sliding door was very hard to open/close. No plate in microwave, no remote in 2nd bedroom on right from the door, no bottle opener, no wine bottle opener, not all pots had lids to match.

Mostly it was good. The sliding doors that go out to the balcony or so hard to open and close, some of us in our group could barely do it. That was very annoying. Also, since the hallways stayed lit up, there was constant light coming in through one of the bedroom windows even though the shades were closed

This unit is perfect for a large family. There is plenty of room and beds for sleeping. The pools and lazy river are amazing for kids. Parking is plenty. They have shopping carts instead of luggage carts which was ok but took more trips. We would stay here again.

Girls Trip

We did a girls trip at seven of us for a 65th birthday. The condo was perfect for our group with everyone having a bed and bathroom. Our only issue was the beds. Not the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. We love spending time out on the deck, the chairs were very comfortable and perfect. Great access to the beach, the hot tub was great, it looked like people were enjoying the lazy river. We chose to go out to the beach. It would’ve been nice to have Beach chairs supplied by the condo instead of having to rent from an independent but I know that’s how this beach works. Overall, we had a fantastic time with lots of laughs. Thanks for having us.

Girls Trip

We are a group of friends that take a beach trip annually just to relax without the kids and husbands. We have as many diverse interests as we do common ones and this place allowed for us to participate as we wanted. Relaxing in the condo or on the beach or out enjoying the night life. Plenty of good food to be found and good times to be had.

Family Beach Vacation

Property was as listed. Great location, comfortable and enough room for everyone to have their own space. Only negative thing was some of the furniture was worn out and broken which is understandable for a rental and window in front bedroom had light shining through all hours of the day and night and needs a blackout curtain for light sleepers.

Fall Break 2023

Condo was nice, facilities very nice, pool was excellent. The only complaint is that all of the mattresses will kill your back by the end of the week. We highly recommend investing in new ones before we come back next year.
