Vår lägenhet ligger perfekt på 8: e våningen direkt med utsikt över Lazy River på Phoenix Orange Beach med fantastisk panoramautsikt över viken! Undvik hissar och parkera på samma våning som lägenheten !! Vi har också ett nyckellöst dörrlås, så du behöver inte hålla några nötter under din vistelse! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Med över 1.750 kvadratmeter är enheten väldigt rymlig, nybyggd och ny på hyresmarknaden !!

Anläggningen är riklig på denna condo i Phoenix Orange Beach: enheten är utrustad med full storlek apparater, våt bar med ismaskin, 65 "4K SMART TV i vardagsrummet och en 55" 4K SMART TV i mästaren och en 43 "4K SMART TV i 2: a och 3: e sovrum. Vardagsrummet som en BlueRay / DVD-spelare medan sovrummen har DVD-spelare. Tvättstugan har en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns en king size-säng i mästaren och två queen size-sängar i 2: e och 3: e sovrum för att sova upp till 10. I vardagsrumsdelen finns fyra laddstationer och 2 stolar med 2 huvudstöd och den fristående stolen i vardagsrummet är också en manuell vilstol.

Det finns en fantastisk nollutgång utomhuspool med en vattenrutschbana som förbinder till en lat flod, uppvärmd pool i döden, två stora jacuzzi, toppmoderna fitnesscenter med utsikt över viken, grillgrillar och en tennisbana på 10: e våningen.

Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Din semester kommer att vara komplett på Phoenix Orange Beach med alla bekvämligheter, stranden och lyxiga logi. Kom och njut av allt som denna nya Phoenix har att erbjuda, vänligen maila för att boka en semester att komma ihåg. Vi har också flera andra 3br och 4br lägenheter i byggnaden om du har en stor grupp och behöver mer utrymme!

Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på $ 35 per fordon. Great for kids; great view; nice deck

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in great location on beach and kids love the water slide and lazy river. Unit convenient to parking as no need for elevator. Deck furniture nice. Master bathroom needed to be cleaner. Spread, extra blanket and pillow in master were stained and/or not clean. Main issue was kitchen. No scrubber or sponge or anything to clean a pan. No measuring cups and almost no plastic containers with lids. Some dishes were put in cabinets dirty and/or wet.

Annual Girl's Trip

Great place. Clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of balcony furniture for all of us. Convenient location and being able to park on the same floor as the condo was a real bonus.

My husband and I visited with his parents, uncle and our 5 month old. The condo was wonderful! Parking on the level you are staying is truly a luxury. Would definitely book again!

Girls trip

Condo was perfect! Very well stocked kitchen and beautiful deco! The balcony had plenty of seating for all 6 of us women just wish it had been warmer and sunny but still had a great time!

Returning to our Home away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As my 3-year-old Grandson open the door - He said, "Nana, Welcome to my new HOME!" He had been to this unit before, but he was only 7 months old. He just asked this week - When we are going to his new HOME again. Out of the mouths of babies - Honesty - We had a blast! We love the location - across from City Donut and close to the grocery store. There are some TLC issues - that needs to be taken care of - one of the rocking chairs on the balcony is broken. The front door hinges need oiling - it's hard to sneak out - when the door is noisy. Then bathrooms need more detailed cleaning - master shower has mold on the inside door handle and along the bottom by the glass wall. The tub needs a good scrubbing - it was dirty - we had to pull a hairball out of the drain. The Kitchen just needs a full set of measuring cups and spoons. The saving grace of paying what we paid is the amenities & the location. Will we stay here again, since it's gone up in price - Thats a hard one - and - we are still on the fence about it.

Wonderful condo! Very comfortable! And beautiful! Everything you need in the kitchen. Lots of fun for kiddos on lazy river and water slide. Beach was absolutely the best! Never crowded. Family friendly!

Long weekend in Orange Beach

Very nice rental, great location. Easy check-in. Televisions were challenging. Not a real concern because we really didn't use them much. Maybe the start up necessities could have been better. One roll of terrible toile paper per bathroom, one trash bag and no dish soap. Could have done better than that for the price. Also some folks may not be able to get to Walmart. All in all, loved our stay and would definitely like to come back.

Wow! Better than the photos!!

The photos do not do the condo justice. It is so large! We were very surprised at the grand size of the condo compared to others with similar layouts we have stayed in. High ceilings! It’s decorated very beautifully as well. The lazy river was so relaxing every day. Everything about this condo and the building itself was very clean! Elevators were quick to arrive. Overall, we give this property a 10/10 !!! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I believe one bedroom was missed for cleaning because there was sand underfoot and some child’s clothing in a corner - visible if someone had come in to clean. I don’t like to stay too high because I’m disabled and use a cane so Floor 8 was high enough for me.
