Denna andra våningen lägenhet har renoverats och avslutats i slutet av december 2018. Fastigheten ligger på västra sidan av Gulf Shore Blvd och ligger vid Neapel Pier och Beach.

Denna andra berättelse lägenhet (har en gemensam hiss) som har blivit gutted och är ny från studs. Denna enhet erbjuder alla helt nya golv genom ut, nya badrum, nytt kök, nya anpassade skåp och alla nya möbler och en strandat tema inredning att njuta av.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och det andra rummet erbjuder 2 extra långa enkelsängar som kan konverteras till en king size-säng också.
Vardagsrummet erbjuder en kvalitet drottning bäddsoffa för att ge mer plats för en bekväm natts sömn.

Detta är ägarens andra enhet i byggnaden som hon äger, det finns en annan enhet på första våningen som har varit ganska framgångsrik hos gästerna.

Amazing location!

Thank you so much Mary for sharing your wonderful property with us! The location was top notch, an easy two minute walk to the gorgeous beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The decor has a great beach vibe. Great restaurants nearby. We had an awesome stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great Location

Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Owner provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location can't be beat! Was one of the best vacations our family has had. Would definitely book again.

Old Naples Gem April 2024

Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful beach getaway!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The highlight was the short walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this rental for a perfect vacation getaway.

Amazing Naples Weekend!

Can’t say enough about our stay at Mary’s unit. The decor, the comfort, the updates, the cleanliness and the location. Just great being one block from the beach and fighting for a parking spot. Mary was the absolute best host I have ever worked with on any rental platform. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment-perfect location

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

It's the best!!!

This was our second stay in this property. We tell everyone we chat with that it couldn't be more perfect. The owner was very responsive to our questions before booking. The decor is Floridian which sets you in vacation mode immediately. We love that we are able to walk everywhere. The newly renovated pool was an added surprise.

Old friends in Old Naples

Perfect spot not far from the beach. Very clean and cozy. Darling beach decor. Beds were comfortable. The elevator was a plus for lugging things down for some beach time. The water was gorgeous! Thank you for all your hard work to make our play a wonderful memory for old friends! Susan

Had a wonderful girls trip to Naples. Unit is so comfortable and decorated like a wonderful seaside cottage. Definitely will return. Our host Mary could not have been more attentive… made our girls birthday trip extra special.
