The location of this condo is genuinely excellent, a short walk to a lovely stretch of beach near the pier, and under 5 minutes to Third Avenue’s restaurants and shops. The shared pool was good quality and well maintained. The condo itself is best described as perfectly adequate for a budget-conscious base to enjoy the area. It was clean and fully functional throughout our stay, but the interior is dated and feels a little tired, nothing we’d raise as a genuine complaint, just worth setting expectations. If a more modern aesthetic or plenty of natural light matters to you, this may not be the right fit. But if you’re after a solidly functional, no-fuss stay in a fantastic location at a reasonable price, this property delivers exactly that.

Host was very responsive. Hard to imagine a better location so close to the beach and restaurants and shops, and a new bookstore! It was a beautiful stay. The apartment was comfortable and had beach gear including chairs, towels and an umbrella! We're hoping to have the good fortune to return soon.

The location is close to the beach. Which was great for morning walks and quick relaxing on the beach. The condo was clean and basic/simple, which met our needs. Parking spots lines are confusing which made it a tight fit if someone used the wrong set. (White versus black). It is close to many restaurants and shops too.

Perfect location

Had a great stay & it was a perfect location. We did note a slight musty odor when we first entered the property, but we figured it was likely due to the humidity. The pool was also nice.
