I will surely use and book with you again. Beautiful location and ocean(gulf) view. So clean all of The Pearl, great carts for bringing up supplies. Just loved my over all stay, will book again. Maybe yearly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Navarre and the Pearl. This was a very nice clean unit, although some areas looked a little worn out. Some small maintenance issues around the trim and under cabinets look rough as did the dining room table and chairs. This unit has an option to connect with a larger unit next door so I'm sure it accommodates big crowds and takes a beating. These are no longer new units so could not expect perfection. Was assured by property management they were aware of condition, and we would not be charged. That was my biggest concern. Comfortable and charming and beautiful views. Chair rental has gotten very expensive. I'd recommend for sure.

Beautiful condo!

It was a lovely week in Navarre at this condo! The rooms were spacious and the balcony took in the entire view of the Gulf. Would request again!

Good Vacation

Overall great experience

Really enjoyed our stay here at Navarre. Great location right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Building was well kept and clean. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Only major complaint was that the carpet must have been cleaned immediately before check-in as the floor in the entire condo was soaking wet when we arrived. Thankfully it had dried out by the next morning once we turned on air and fans.

Chilly Christmas

2nd coldest Xmas since 1983. We loved the condo. Once it warmed up we were able to keep the patio door open to enjoy the sounds of the waves and the view. Both were amazing. With the full kitchen we cooked 80 percent of our food on our 10 day stay. Highly recommend 👌

Definitely will back!

We had the best time everything was super nice. The condo was the perfect size for a family of six. The kids love the pool perfect access to the beach. The room had everything we needed the fan in the big bedroom needed to be changed because it made a funny noise when you turned it on high And maybe the TVs could be updated but other than that everything was perfect. It was spacious check-in was simple and easy and we will definitely stay at this unit again we loved it.

Bunk beds were a bit squeaky but big and comfy. Master bed was comfy! Couches were nice! Had lots to use for cooking! Parking was super easy! Still cannot get over the view! Was a great place to stay! No one wanted to leave!

Reviewer Comments: very good experienceonly negative was that there was not any linen for the pull out couch and the mattress cover wasn't clean and the overhead fan in the front bedroom wasn't working. However, the rest of the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the spectacular view. It is a great beach rental.

Clean and Nice

Not the nicest unit I've stayed in at the Pearl but was plenty good enough for a weekend with just my wife and l. Prominently featured the pictures of this unit is a fireplace, which seemed like a nice feature for a late October trip. This fireplace though can only be controlled with a remote that was not anywhere to be found. Perhaps a previous guest removed it or it is secured in an owners closet to prevent guests from using it? It didn't matter all that much ultimately but does feel misleading.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best week here at The Pearl Navarre. The condo was overall nice and well cleaned upon arrival. Mattresses were hard in the master bedroom and the bunk bed squeaked everytime someone moved. Overall had good selection of pan use. Washer and dryer were nice, but would have loved one that allowed fabric softener. The refrigerator is a side by side and overall small so doesn’t fit larger freezer items well. They have a crock pot which I thought was amazing! They were also great about responding to any need we had come up during our stay. And we were able to check in well before 5pm which was amazing and a major plus! Would definitely stay again.
