Ocean Paradise 3br/3bth on the Sugar Sands of the Gulf w/2 Bch Chairs + Umbrella

Welcome to Ocean Paradise, our beautiful 10th floor, 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condominium in Beach Colony Resort West on Navarre Beach, Fla. With 9 foot ceilings and 1680 square feet of indoor living comes a huge balcony for great outdoor living too. The ocean views are amazing and are backed by the gentle slap of the ocean waves.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and and an en-suite bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower and is surrounded by windows giving you full ocean views while you soak in the jetted tub .
The second bedroom also has a King bed with its own en-suite bath. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen plus a Bunk Set, and connects directly to the hallway bathroom which contains a walk-in shower.
The best views are from the huge oversized oceanfront balcony where you will have enough room to share a evening cocktail, serve dinner, or drink your morning coffee without trying to shuffle around each other.
All bedrooms and the Living Room have TVs and internet for indoor entertainment. The Living Room also has plenty of seating and its own Drink Center, with a bar and refrigerator to give you extra space to prepare that margarita to help you soak in the ocean views from the balcony. There is a full sized dining room table that can easily seat 8. The kitchen has lots of room for a family on vacation and we have a full sized washer/dryer set in our large laundry room.
The Beach Colony Resort is a gated community for your safety and offers an Olympic sized swimming pool, a fitness center with exercise machines, a grill/picnic area and a lower floor store room for guests to leave their bike, pool toys etc. so the condo won't be cluttered.
We have provided a complimentary set of 2 Beach Chairs and Umbrella that are set up for you at the shore line (March-Oct) just waiting for you to bask in the sun, sit in the shade, or just read while enjoying the soft sounds of the surf just feet away.
You are a few minutes walk from the Navarre Fishing Pier, where you can decide to fish, watch others fish, or just enjoy the sugar sand walk and play volley ball or listen to the live music at the bar and grill on weekends.

Stunning view and a kids’ bunk room

Condo is well maintained and well equipped for family meals. Pool area is very nice. Beach has lifeguards. Gorgeous view of ocean from condo and you can look east towards the sound from the patio. Owner is helpful and great to work with. We plan to come back!

Serene and beautiful beach stay!

We stayed for several weeks and the place was very nice. It had everything we needed for our family to make it a great vacation. Larry was a great host and we would definitely rent from him again.

Wonderful week in Navarre.

This was our 3rd time visiting Navarre and this unit was perfect! Nice, clean, plenty of room and amazing views. I was up every morning to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Management was so nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo with beautiful view

It was perfect. Everything was as described. The beach loungers were an added amenity that made our stay nice. We had everything we needed and communication with owners was easy and they were very responsive. Will definitely reserve again on our next trip to Navarre.

Beautiful views, gorgeous sandy beach and all the space and convenience for our family of 6. The host was super easy to work with, very responsive to all of our needs and extremely organized. Very well stocked kitchen for those of you looking to cook most of your meals. We loved this beach visit the most. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Beachfront! Dolphins! Sea Turtles! Sharks!

Very close to the pier. Saw sea life everyday swimming by the condo. Beds were firm and comfortable, as was the furniture. Kitchen was well stocked. Love the Keurig. Larry was very responsive to any question I had. We would stay here again.

First time to Navarre

We loved the location and roominess of the condo. The balcony is amazing! The beds are comfy. I did let the owner know that the cleanliness can be approved upon. He was extremely receptive and let his cleaners know of the issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Family Vacation Place

Navarre Beach Island is a hidden gem. We loved the condo and the complex. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. New kitchen, big dining table and ample seating in living room. Great view of the dunes, ocean and pool from the incredibly large balcony. The beach is clean and the ocean is calm which is perfect for children and older adults. We spent a lot of time at the huge pool. As big as the complex is the pool never felt crowded.

Perfect spot!

We had a great week. We were there for the 4th of July and it was PERFECT!! The water was so clear and beautiful the whole week! The fireworks on the pier were absolutely amazing! The condo had everything that we needed and then some! Letting us use the beach chairs was a plus! We had a set that came with the place and then we purchased another set. They were set up every morning. We hated to leave, but already looking forward to next year! We would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks!

Relaxing week!

The condo was perfect! It’s a great size. We had six adults and each couple had our own private bathrooms. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked even though we never cooked in but used the coffee pot each day. The balcony is where we spent most of our time. It’s large and has plenty of seating. It was nice having the chairs and umbrella with the condo and we rented 2 more sets ahead of time. Great company to work with! Michael was excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely fabulous!

Ocean Paradise was absolutely one of the best properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying at! Beach Colony Resort West is a beautifully maintained property with pristine grounds, lovely landscaping, and a fantastic pool. The unit itself was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The furnishings were pretty and comfortable with plenty enough seating and sleeping space for all 8 of us! The 3 bathrooms were large. The kitchen was wonderful - it was huge and was better stocked than any rental I have ever stayed in! It had EVERYTHING you could ever want for cooking, baking, meal prep, drink prep, etc. The crowning glory though was the balcony. It was awesome! We drank our coffee out there in the morning, ate every meal at the table, drank our adult beverages in the evenings, and watched our teenager swimming in the pool below at night. The view was absolutely amazing - we saw dolphins, a manta ray, and tons of fish from up there. With binoculars, you could even see what the fishermen on the pier were hauling up! Ocean Paradise is a fantastic property and one I 100% recommend. Larry is a joy to work with!

Excellent place

This condo unit exceeded our expectations in so many ways. First of all it is such a big condo with lots of room to freely move around. The bedrooms and baths are all big and very well equipped with starter essentials. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want or need. The ice maker and water dispenser in refrigerator door worked great. Ice maker kept up with our demand and we Never ran out of ice. The balcony is very roomy with awesome furniture. Two minor suggestions would be to get new living room furniture as they were not the most comfortable and to upgrade washer and dryer. They worked but took a very long time to dry towels plus washing machine would cut off in middle of heavy duty cycle and we would have to restart. Otherwise it was fabulous and we will definately come back and stay here. The owner was so very kind and easy to deal with. He was quick to answer any questions I had. We saw dolphins every single day while sitting on balcony and at the beach. Also need to add that the beach set up that comes with this condo is definitely a plus and the young man that does the set up was so friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. I wish we were going back next week. Loved it!!!

Paradise

We loved our stay at Ocean Paradise. The condo was big and had the best balcony and view! We watched many dolphins, sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony. Larry was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this unit-we loved it!!
