This condo was tremendously comfortable. We appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was (so great to have coolers for packing lunches for long days in the heat)! The decor is beautiful, location was great for park access and walking to dining. Kel was a phenomenal host - great communication, wonderful knowledge of the area and an enthusiasm to share that with guests through detailed adventure, dining, and exploration ideas. If you are traveling to Moab, this is a great launchpad!We will be back and we will absolutely stay here again!

The location is absolutely wonderful. It is within walking distance of most restaurants and shops. It is well stocked, comfortable,and convenient. The check in information was very clear. We would recommend this condo to anyone. We loved Moab and all the great parks and activities available .

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was a great location…walkable to restaurants and shops in the area, which was super convenient! The kitchen was nice and well stocked, although we didn’t end up cooking here since there were so many restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable! It was quite hot in Moab during our stay and the AC had a had time keeping up. Otherwise everything was great.

Spent 3 nights in Moab and loved everything about the condo. Kel was amazing - let us in early when we arrived well ahead of schedule - which was a major plus. The condo itself is in a great location - right near restaurants, food trucks and information. The unit itself is great - just as described - stocked with everything you need for a short stay. The place is incredibly well organized and the layout works really well. A find!

Place was great. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and feinds. Only one suggestion. Place was hard to locate a little more detail on what to look for would be nice.

The host was always responsive when answering questions I might have. The unit was very well stocked with things you might need. If you like a location that is within walking distance to some great restaurants this is it. The parking area in the back of the building was very convenient and the storage unit for bikes was a plus. Overall, I would like to use this unit if I would return in the future. I am a cyclist and hiker and this a great place to start exploring the area around Moab. Thanks to the host! Mark

Location was perfect. The backyard area really was the most perfect part of our stay. We spent several hours out there each night after riding and absolutely loved it!

This was a great condo, it checks all the boxes. It is clean & well supplied. The location in Moab is very convenient. The owners were very accessible & always responded promptly. Great parking off the main street with a shed for bikes if needed. There was a small issue when we arrived with a faulty lockbox, but it was resolved easily. We would certainly stay there again.

This condo was a perfect base for a long weekend of exploring and hiking around Moab with my teen daughter. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen (among the best of VRBOs we've experienced), and you cannot beat the location -- right in the heart of town, but very quiet and secure. The property manager is very responsive and cares about their guests' experience. We stayed here once before this visit, and will stay here again.

Great walking distance to downtown (and you want to be able to walk because it is BUSY). Follow Kel’s directions to locate the place because it is tucked away between buildings. Only a 10 minute drive to the Arches. Quiet neighborhood even being so close to downtown. Apartment is on the 2nd floor and is VERY WELL stocked with anything you need. Plenty of space for 2 people. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

This was our second stay at the condo due to its ideal location for walking downtown as well as driving to hikes. We really appreciated that the hosts had thought through what guests need in the kitchen and throughout the condo. In particular, we loved the comfortable bed.
