Välkommen till Magic of Moab! Vi är glada över att kunna dela vårt hem hemifrån med dig! Vår stadsbostad ligger i den berömda Rim Village - bara 5 minuter från Moab. Koppla av vid Rim Village community pool och badtunna. Njut av solnedgången från vår uteplats med utsikt över La Sal-bergen, Moab Rim och en lugn bevattnad betesmark. Vardagsrummet har stora bildfönster, gas spis och HD-TV. Förbered dina favoritmåltider i det fullt utrustade köket med frukostbar och plats för 8 i matplatsen. Stor master suite har en bekväm king size-säng och privat badrum med duschkabin. Det 2: a sovrummet (dubbelsäng och dubbelsäng) och det tredje sovrummet (dubbelsäng) delar ett komplett badrum. Wonderful home in a quiet area of beautiful Moab!

Loved this home, very nicely decorated, very clean and well-organized, with everything you could need. Lots of space in the garage for 2 cars, a private patio for dining and watching the sunset, amazing dark sky, easy access to incredible hiking, fun restaurants downtown. The hosts were easily accessible for any questions, but you will have few because all you need is right there! And the beds are comfy too! You won't be disappointed by this property.

Felt like home

The house was close to town with spectacular views. The home was so cozy and clean. The host were amazing, making sure there was nothing we needed during our stay.

Great location , well maintained

This unit is in a nice quiet area, well maintained and clean. Owner was quick to respond to questions and provided ample information about the unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Moab

We loved staying in this condo. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, which was a plus for us. There’s a nice grill, so we grilled hamburgers instead of waiting in a restaurant line. It was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here if we’re in Moab again.

Moab-National Parks Trip

This townhouse was perfect for our stay in Moab while we visited some of the National Parks in the area! The owners have thought of everything that you would need during your stay. The views from the townhouse are amazing! I would highly recommend this rental property!

Great stay

Hosts were SO fast to respond. Nothing was lacking and description very accurate. Lots of flyers and suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Also a few games and books were available.

Awesome stay in Moab!

This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The hosts thought of everything you might possibly need while being away from home and at this location. From the binder with things to do and places to eat, and all of the towels and bed linens, they had everything covered. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Moab again. It was a very comfortable place to stay!

Excellent Across the Board!

My wife and our two adult sons stayed here for a full week and it could not have been a better experience! Clean, well-appointed, convenient to town, roomy, comfortable and, most of all, with spectacular views of the La Sal mountain range, even from the living room: breathtaking!! The owners are attentive but respectful, and they put a ton of effort into making their lovely home and town easy to settle in to with their fantastic documentation, which includes personal experiences of the area and thorough labelling of anything that needs it. As a frequent VRBO’er, we highly recommend this option. Well done!!

Great home base for Arches

We had the best stay at this property in Moab. The rental is huge, bright and it has every amenity you could ask for! It was super quiet with room darkening shades. All the incidentals were great: kleenex, sheets, towels, laundry, kitchen stuff, etc. Convenient to Arches and restaurants/shops. The owners provide a guide with maps and information on every thing you could ever want to do. They were super responsive & helpful. Book here!!

Great Stay in Moab

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extras (all utensils, coolers, grill, pool, etc.). The hosts checked in with us throughout our stay. This place was a great size for our family of 4. We were able to spread out and relax when we were not busy at Arches or exploring Moab.

This home has it all!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in early April, 2024. Based on prior reviews, our expectations were high - but not high enough! This home had everything that we could ever need, and more. We enjoyed the spacious home with comfortable beds and sitting areas. We cooked all of our meals at home, and there were plenty of dishes and pots/pans to use. We spent the days hiking at Canyonlands and Arches. We used the provided cooler to bring and store lunch. After hiking, while the parents prepared dinner, our two boys used the large grass area nearby to play catch. Bathrooms were stocked with the necessities and laundry had plenty of detergent to send us home clean. Although we did not have any "toys" there would have been plenty of space to store bikes or 4-wheelers. The hosts are very good at communicating, and provided us with suggestions for places to shop, eat and explore while in town -very useful! Only wish we could have spent more time in Moab, but alas work calls...

Super clean, comfortable, and well appointed

We had a great time in the Moab area. This property suited our family of 4 perfectly. It was so nice to come back here after a hard day of playing. The property was so clean and cozy. The kitchen was VERY well appointed. This is important for our family because we cook most of our meals instead of eating out when we travel. I was pleased to find everything we needed including several storage containers in the kitchen. The garage was a nice perk, too. We will definitely considering staying here again.

Thanksgiving in Moab

Our daughter-in-law had never been to Moab so we decided to take her, our son and their two children to Moab over Thanksgiving. The property was perfect for our family. We loved that it was all on one level and there were enough beds to accommodate our group. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the large picture windows were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great in the showers. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We had one issue but we were able to communicate with the owners and they were very kind. We would stay at this lovely property again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Moab. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Fabulous Stay

This property is excellent. My son and I had a wonderful weekend; the house was clean and welcoming. While we didn't spend a lot of time there it was great to return from our outings to a fireplace in a comfy living. It was also nice to extras- real Kleenex; nice TP; decent shampoo, conditioner, and lotion... There were also 3 coolers available- We used the big for cold water for all our outings. I will definitely ask if it is available the next time I go to Moab!

Hi, we are Dale & Jo-Anne Ahrens. We have been coming to Moab for over 30 years. Moab is a great place for both adventure and relaxation in the unmatched landscape of red rock country. This is our home away from home! We've owned Z1 since 2015 and have been hosting guests and entertaining friends ever since. We've tried to make this townhome as comfortable and well- stocked as possible. We love to mountain and road bike, hike and cross country ski in the La Sal Mountains. We are pleased to be able to share our home and the Magic of Moab with you.

Rim Village is the best place for a vacation home in Moab. This townhome is located at the end of the cul-de-sac with views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim. The patio is a great place to relax after a day of adventure in Red Rock country. We love the one level living too. Plus the community pool and and hot tub are great fun.

What we love most about our townhome is the location and design! It is just close enough (5 minutes or so) from Moab. In Rim Village itself, it has one of the more private locations with views! Plus, one level living and the 2 car garage and large driveway are so convenient.
