Excellent stay, clean home, great communication

Really enjoyed the property. Accommodated our whole family and we all had a great time. Garage was great to have too. The condo is in a quiet location with great access to the beach and pool. Youre right at the center of the boardwalk, a short walk from the condo. The pool was a great temperature and well-maintained. Landlord is very kind and communicated everything we needed to know. House was comfortable, clean, and had lots of space.

The home is a great location to the boardwalk and beach. The home was clean and the community it is located in is very nice. However, nothing is provided down to there were no fish towels to dry dishes. You need to bring everything.

Love Wildwood Square

Property was very convenient. Owner was very accessible and replied quickly to any concerns. We love staying at Wildwood Square. so convenient and we love the pool. Our only comment would be that some things need to be updated but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, perfect for families.

We had a wonderful time in Wildwood. This property was perfect for us. Close to the boardwalk, Morey’s Pier. The condo was spacious and provided enough room for 10 people. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Michael, the owner, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing 4 Day Stay

Our family stayed here for a weekend event and it fit us perfectly! The property was clean, very well appointed and had everything we needed. We had a little issue with the wrong keys for the front door but it was quickly and easily fixed by the owner and property manager. We had no issue getting in the property with the garage and gate openers. Our family is looking forward to spending time here again next year!

We had our annual vacation this year and for the first time in 18 years we tried something different. The family is growing and we needed a bigger place. This place fit the bill and was very spacious. Everything was to our liking and the owners added many extras like beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. The pool was excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect Wildwood Getaway

This is a great property right in the heart of Wildwood. Fairly close and walkable to the center of the boards. The townhouse was large, comfortable, and completely enjoyable. The pool was warm and inviting, lots of fun after beach fun. The balconies are large with great furniture. The number and size of the rooms are great for families and many kids. I am super picky with beds and being comfortable for sleep and these beds were amazing, i absolutely recommend this townhouse. I slept like a rock after fun filled nights on the boardwalk.

Fantastic!

My family and I go to Wildwood every year for our family reunion. This year we chose Michael’s place and it was fantastic! The large living area/kitchen was a great place to gather :) there was also a nice sized balcony right off the living room! The bedrooms were clean and my aunt really likes she had her own oasis on the first level with her own private full bathroom! Michael was very easy to work with. He even let us check in a few hours early which was so nice of him to do! If you’re looking for a place to spend your vacation look no further! This is the place to be :) I will definitely be looking for this property next year for the next reunion. Thank you Michael!

Great location!

Just a short walk to the boardwalk and Morey’s Pier. Great view of the Ferris wheel and the Friday night fireworks from the third floor queen bedroom balcony. Nice to have the Rite Aid next-door for supplies. The unit was spacious and had a perfect layout for our multigenerational family vacation. There were charging stations and smart TV’s in all the bedrooms and the living room plus wi-fi. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, which had a nice large shallow area perfect for our toddler. There was a closet in the garage with a beach wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella and tons of beach & pool toys available for use. The host was great at responding quickly to any questions that we had during our trip. Would definitely recommend this vacation rental. Thanks again for sharing your home with us, we had a great time!

Perfect Multi-Family Stay

This was the perfect place for our Wildwood Beach trip. Our "bestie beach trip" included my best friend and I, both our adult daughters, and their children, ages 2, 6, 8, and 13. There was plenty of room for all of us! It was too chilly and windy to be on the beach the first day, so the heated swimming pool in the development was just right and was very much appreciated! The walk to the Boardwalk didn't seem bad, but we accidentally found a sweet parking spot last year, so we checked it out this year, and we could go back and forth the entire trip whenever we wanted. (see end of review) The townhouse was clean and beautiful and stocked with a beach wagon, toys, shovels, chairs, and an umbrella. There were also games and books and crayons for those "down times." Communication with Michael was quick and easy through VRBO, email, and text messaging. I had answers to any questions right away. I hope that we're able to make this a yearly tradition for all of us, and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! I could really go on and on about how perfect it was for our multi-family group. We all highly recommend it, and I may even see if I can find a week to get my parents and family down! ** Parking hint if you'd rather not walk...If you drive straight down all the way to the Boardwalk, past the public parking, before the Boardwalk to the right is an underground garage. The sign says you must be out by 2 a.m., but the owner will probably give you a deal for the entire time you're there. (We paid $50 for 4 days, but that probably depends on which days and what time of year.) You can come and go as you please. It's fantastic if you like to go back and forth to the beach and Boardwalk a lot. It's cool down there, and it's very close, so you can go back and forth to your car if you need things.

Great trip to Wildwood

Had a blast as usual in Wildwood with the family. The place was spacious, convenient, and close enough to the boardwalk where we could walk. Only complaint is the neighborhood seemed to be questionable at night (loud cars, people arguing, loud music, etc.). Claims to be a gated condo community, however, the entry gate was raised throughout our stay. Other than that, our experience was seamless and we would definitely consider staying again.

Our first family trip!

This townhome is so spacious! Absolutely perfect for myself, husband, our 10 month old, my mom, stepdad, my sister, her husband, and my 2.5 year old niece. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen were great! Also a ton of space and so open. The complex was beautiful, and the pool was so nice. Michael was very helpful and the whole process was easy. The space was nicely decorated and you can tell they put thought into making their home nice. My only negatives- the neighborhood surrounding the complex was a bit noisy at night and not the nicest, and it was too far to walk to the beach / boardwalk for us. The floors were not very clean, my baby’s knees and feet were black from crawling after we arrived and I noticed that areas under furniture definitely had not been cleaned. It was very bright in the bedrooms on the side where the sun rises, making it hard for us and our baby to sleep past sunrise. That being said, we were to take care of some of those things ourselves and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us.
